[aaack haha i'm going to speed things up a bit cause i'm bored lol]

The night stretched on and the werewolf continued to lay in the corner head resting against the wall. The defeat, loneliness, and utter sadness it felt rendered it motionless. It had no energy to move or even cry out. As the moon went down and the sun started to rise the wolf transformed back.
Remus felt sick to his stomach. He got dressed but couldn't bring himself to leave the room, to go out and face the world. He curled back up in the corner and waited for Sirius to come back after having been shoved unceremoniously out the door. He didn't want his friends to see him like this but he couldn't go by himself. He covered his face with his hands and sighed. All he wanted to do was be with Hermione and sleep even though he knew the first part would not happen.

EDITY EDIT FULL OF EDITNESS: James raced down to the Whomping Willow, panicking maybe a little (a lot). He sent a stick flying into the knot on the tree to freeze it, then ran inside and got down the tunnel as fast as he could. "MOONY?" he yelled as soon as he was in the Shack. Completely ignoring Sirius, save for a contemptuous glare, James threw open the door to the room Remus was in and sighed in relief. So no one was dead, then. "Moony?"

Remus slipped into the destroyed room and sat on the floor. His anger from earlier came flooding back. He'd hid it while talking to Sirius, James, and Tam in the hospital wing but now that he was alone it came back. If Parkinson was the one who'd done that to Hermione...well he wouldn't put it past her. She would totally do something like that. you'd love the chance to fight, give me a chance to fight this time you're too weak and you know what I could do... Shut up... He replied but it was weak, his anger plus the wolf was taking over and for once he was giving in, not caring what happened.
The moon shone through the window and hit him. He gave in to the transformation gritting his teeth and letting his anger cover the pain. The wolf howled in anger and delight at having been given total control.
