James sprinted across the grounds to the Whomping Willow, changed into a stag in one fluid motion, and stabbed the knot on the tree with an antler. Was Moony already transformed? FUCK, was he too late? He ran through the tunnel and bounded up the stairs at the end. The door was almost ripped to shreds by James' antlers of win as he burst into the room, looking all majestic like. There was a frantic search for Moony and then James saw him. Oh fuck. The wolf looked angry.

The wolf's head whips around at the sound of the stag's entrance and he growls. His anger was overpowering and he didn't care who got in his way he just wanted to fight, rip, tear things apart especially living things. With a loud snarl the wolf lunged at the stag tearing at it's legs.

The stag leapt backwards. He knew he couldn't out run the wolf, especially in these close quarters. He'd have to fight, but he didn't want to hurt Remus. Maybe he could intimidate Moony, scare him off. James was almost certain the wolf would win. He lowered his head and pawed the ground, showing Remus his antlers of win. Yeah. Now try to get at me.

Snarling the wolf lunged again grabbing hold of the stag's antlers throwing him across the room. He howled again and turned advancing on the dog growling.

The stag landed in a heap in the corner of the room, then got back up and ran at the wolf, head down. He caught the wolf in the belly, but not hard enough to cause any real injury.

James made an angry deer sound and scrambled out from underneath Moony. Oh shit. He bit me. Oh SHIT. He put his head down and lunged at the wolf again, this time trying to hurt him. If he injured Remus just enough, maybe he would stop fighting and they could just go to the hospital wing in the morning.

He spun around ripping at the dog's face making a big gash from his ear to snout. Then he kicked out with his legs tossing the dog into the wall.

Howling in rage that the dog was not defeated yet the wolf tossed himself at the dog and grabbed one of it's front legs with his powerful jaws tossing him against another wall hearing the snap of bones cause he'd broken the leg.
