Her shirt annoyed him, it was in the way, and he almost went to remove it but paused. They had just started dating again, he didn't know if they were ready yet to return to that level of intimacy or not. He was content at where they were at now at least... He didn't know what her opinion on the matter was but he wasn't going to push her. Moving his head back up he nibbled affectionately at her ear.

[I just realised I did 45 minutes overtime yesterday (OMG meeting with all the big bosses sooooooooo scary but I was totally awesome!) so I get to go home 45 mins early today! *happy dance* Only 3 more hours for me! WOOT!]

*She feels her body heating up and is almost ready to make a move when she feels Remus withdraw just a little, bringing the intensity down a notch and she realises it's for the best right now. There's so much history between them, so much they're still trying to come to terms with both individually and together, that to reintroduce that extra dimension into their relationship at this stage seems dangerous and foolish. Still, it's with a little reluctance that she shifts away from him and sits up, crossing her legs and fiddling with her shoelace.*

Maybe we should be taking our time with this?

He sits up next to her and looks out over the water. "Yeah...probably a good idea." He was happy where they were at though and knew that eventually they'd be comfortable enough to take the extra step. A lot had happened between them and there was a lot to sort through.

[yeah...i've been creeping on it haha. so Remus and Mya can come and talk to you for a bit then Remus can go talk to Peter as well later on. Though I have no problem being in two places at once, it would just give you and Mya some time alone to talk as well.]

He holds onto her hand gently rubbing the back of her hand in small circles with his thumb. He felt more at peace than he had in a long time and he hoped it would stay like this. Life had been rather crazy in the past couple of weeks, months, however long it'd been, and they deserved a break from all the drama.

*After what seems like a long, but peaceful silence, Hermione turns her head slightly to glance up at Remus' face. He looks completely at ease, lost in his own little world with his eyes fixed blankly on the water and his hand absently rubbing hers. She nudges him slightly.*

"Hmm?" He looks down at her and smiles. "Oh, well, I was thinking about how...we've been through so much it's about time we get a break and some peace for a while. No drama or other craziness. No more stupid mistakes," on my part, "and no more sadness. We should get to have lots of FUN now!" He throws his arms around her in a big hug.

He grins leaning back a bit still keeping his arms around her. "That's absurd!" [haha I thought of Snape from AVPM when I wrote that xD] "You are capable of having fun! Otherwise you'd have to tell me that you didn't just enjoy spending all this time with me. Cause I found that quite fun!" He laughed and tugged her hair playfully.
