Regulus couldn't repress a grin as he thought about Viktor. "It was wonderful," he said, recalling the way Krum had smiled at him. No. Stop it. Those thoughts aren't okay. In an attempt to distract himself, he touched her cheek softly and kissed her lightly.

"I'm glad," she says, before being distracted by his kiss. Dee was taken aback by this, but melted into it, pulling him closer.

Regulus felt Dee pull him closer, and it took all his effort to refrain from pushing her away quickly. No. That's not right. She's... she's kind of your girlfriend, right? You're supposed to do this. You're supposed to kiss her. You're supposed to be close to her. That's just the way it is. He force himself to act the way he knew he should, wrapping her up in a warm embrace and kissing her again, despite how uncomfortable it made him feel.

Dee smiles. This was right. This was better than Fred or Dean or Blaise. She belonged right here, in Reg's arms. He still seemed distant though. She pushed that thought to the back of her mind and kept kissing him.

Regulus couldn't take it anymore, despite his efforts, and he pulled away rather abruptly, looking away and sitting with his bare back against the tree. He looks TOTALLY SEXY because of his new tan, and his awesome boy. Remembering what Krum said, about not walking off or anything after kissing her, he reached for her hand and held it, losing himself in thought as he gazed up at the stars. "They're pretty," he said. "Like you."

Dee, though slightly hurt when he pulled away, smiles again. "Thanks Reg. But I am not as good looking as you by a long shot." She looks back at the sky. "Ever believe in love at first sight?"

Reg blushed a little at her words, then looked at her thoughtfully. "I.. I don't know. I've never really thought about it," he admitted. Before Dee, he hadn't really thought about love at all. Girls just weren't on his radar. He wondered what Viktor thought about it.

"Yeah, I guess so," he said, his thoughts nowhere near the conversation anymore. He didn't really want to be here. He wanted to punch Cormac for being such an asshole, and go back, to talking with Krum. He hadn't even gotten to hear Krum's answer, about how long he'd been playing. He sighed, wishing it was tomorrow. He absentmindedly let pulled his hand away, fingering the snitch in his pocket instead. He seemed to take it with him everywhere, these days. He slowly came back to reality, and smiled at Dee. She was so nice to him. He inched closer to her, letting her rest her head on his bare chest. "This is nice," he said, but he wasn't talking about Dee; he was thinking about the earlier events of the day.

Her breathing slowed. She didn't notice his uneasiness. She was too infatuated by him. Love can be blinding, after all. "It is nice," she sighs. She was thinking about him; however, not some random Bulgarian specimen who wears Old Spice. She just wanted him. Here, next to her always. "What made you look at me, anyway?"

"Huh?" he asked, Dee's voice bringing him down to reality. "Oh. I... I don't really know, honestly," he replied. He didn't really have any interest in Dee prior to the night they'd shared their first kiss- in all honesty, he hadn't even really noticed her much before. But she was the first girl to show any interest in him, and that made him smile. She liked him. So he liked her.

Regulus felt bad for not having a proper answer for her, and wrapped his arms around her, kissing her on the forehead. "I don't know what drew me to you, I just know that I'm glad I'm here right now, with you, and that's what matters. That you're here, in my arms, and it makes me happy," he whispered, giving her a quick and awkward peck on the lips. He was happy. He had a girl here. Who liked him. Who wanted to be with him.

"I went to check on Hermione...found you unconscious and injured. Remus told me what happened. Didn't want to bother anyone...so I let you sleep and recover and left.
