Sirius forced himself to look at Viktor; acting awkward would only make this even worse. "No, not normally. I was pissed off and there wasn't really anyone I felt like talking to, so chewing squirrels that remind me of Granger is generally the next best option. And you looked as upset as I felt, so..." he trailed off, not sure how to explain himself. "You looked like you could use a friend. I felt sorry."

At the word trust, Sirius recalled something else, and his expression hardened. "Trust? It doesn't seem as though either of you were trustworthy," he remarked, but he was too damn depressed to be snarky about it.

Viktor glares at Sirius. "That kiss was Fabian vas nothing. It vas a von time thing to help him get out of his awkvard denial. I felt terrible for it and I'd take it back if I could...unlike Regulus. I'm sure he's happy vith his decisions."

Sirius sighed, and backed off. "I'm sorry. I didn't really know- I just made assumptions. I tend to do that," he admitted, feeling guilty, and somehow not that bothered by his lack of undergarments. He feels like Archie from the World Cup and thinks that he likes a nice breeze around his privates. He looked at Viktor, about to comfort him, but realized he was probably right. "Yeah. Honestly, I bet he is."

Sirius nodded. "Yes. Yes, it is. I just wish... I wish I'd been less of an arse to you. I might have warned you. I knew what he was like... or at least, I thought I did. I never thought he'd... I don't even understand how he'd even get that stuff," he said, looking confounded.

Sirius sighed sadly. "He's not worth worrying about. He's not worth much at all, really," he said bluntly, running a hand through his hair. He realizes that while in dog form he was cute and cuddly, in human form he looks a downright wreck from last night, with his hair mussed up, and not even in the sexy way, and bloodshot eyes.

Sirius shrugged, figuring that he already knew all there was to know about Viktor's life, unfortunately, and decided there was no harm in being straightforward. "I feel like shit. My best friend decided to steal away the only girl I've ever loved. He apparently asked her to prom, before I could. I was just rejected by a girl for the first time in my life, ever, in any way, because my asshole of a friend decided that bros don't come before hos anymore. As if fucking her once wasn't enough for him," he remarked, looking quite dead. "Not to mention being turned down by her was the most embarrassing experience of my life."

Sirius couldn't help but burst out laughing. "I'm not sure how much better off you would have been. I mean, look at me," he said with a snort of laughter. "Fuck this. I'd say let's go get drunk, but you're Bulgarian, and I don't think you can get drunk. Besides, it's not even noon yet."

Sirius smiles, then cringes. "Yeah. I think I'm going to need a whole fucking lot of alcohol after hearing... right. I'm gonna go now, before I need to follow through on that suicide pact," he said, waving and then transforming back into a dog. "Woof!" he says, picking up Viktor's robes with his teeth and handing them over. "Arf!" he barks one last time before bounding off towards the castle, going "EWWWWWWWW!" in his head.

Scorpius comes out to the tree. He's still wearing the grey sweater because it needs to smell like Scorpius and Tag for Faye. He sits down and waits to see if his knitting buddy shows up.

Viktor walks down to the tree with his knitting stuff. He was depressed, but being with people helped and he would never cancel on his knitting buddy. "Hey Scorpius," he said quietly before sitting down.
