Viktor walks over and sits under the tree with his broom. He sat there polishing it because he couldn't bring himself to go to the pitch or even fly for that matter. That kiss with Fabian did not help. He still wanted Regulus.

Cedric walks until he sees Viktor polishing his broom. It's just his Firebolt though, so he smiles and approches. "Hey," He says, "how's it going?"

He looks up and smiles. "I'm ok." He looks down and goes back to polishing his broom. "I talked to Reg today," he says quietly without looking up.

Cedric sat down beside Viktor and silently admired his broom. "You talked to Reg? Why? What happened?" He found himself suddenly very focused on the conversation.

"I valked into the same room he happened to be in. Still doing drugs," he said sadly. "It didn't go vell."

He shook his head. "No. I just haff to get over him I guess." He looks up at Cedric and decides it's time to change the subject considering he's been such a debby downer. "So how haff you been?"

"I haven't been in a while either..." He thought about going. Viktor wouldn't like it.... But it would probably be good for him. "Want to go now?"

Viktor looked up at Cedric with sad eyes. Really sad eyes. "I can't Cedric. I'm sorry, but I can't do it. I need to go." He gets up with his broom and leaves.

Pansy headed down the hillside toward the lake and sat under a tree, pulling out her books and some parchment. Hopefully she'd have a more productive afternoon at the lake this time. She had quite a bit of work to catch up on, and not much motivation to do it, but she figured she might as well get out of the common room and get some fresh air while she attempted her essays.

[cue Dee, when you get on.]

Dee walks down towards the tree, and noticed Pansy sitting there. She fidgeted with her jacket, and waves slowly. "Hi Pans," she says, standing ten feet away, stiff as a board.

Pansy glanced up from her essay, that hadn't progressed any further than an introductory sentence... that she wrote half an hour ago. "Hey, Dee. You alright?" Dee looked tense, awkward, and Pansy wondered what was wrong with her.

"Alright? Me? Yup. I'm as good as ever. Great, in fact." Dee's hand inched down to her pocket slowly, her fingers freezing with fear. She couldn't bear to do what she was about to do, but she knew it was necessary.

Pansy sat her stuff aside and stood up, taking a few steps toward her friend. "You sure? What's with you, Dee? You're being... weird." She didn't notice Dee's hand reaching toward her pocket.
