She thought about how many seventh years wouldn't be coming back. "Wow, next year will be strange. I'll be the big kid... finally. It is weird, thinking about leaving Hogwarts..."

Ohh yes. I'd love to see what happens if we all got together and had a barbecue! Not wherever I'm living though, because I'd prefer my home intact. I'd suggest a bonfire one night, but, well.... have you met Sirius Black at all? That much fire is just a disaster waiting to happen. We'll all end up on the muggle news with singed eyebrows, getting lectures from the fire department. And honestly? Before Kiora came along, and necessity forced my hand, I'd never even allowed myself to consider life after Hogwarts! I think we convince ourselves it'll never come, and then, here it is!

"We need better career counseling. One meeting before OWLs definitely isn't enough. And I ran out of time. I didn't find out everything I wanted about the career options." She pouted a little, but then giggled at the idea of a barbeque. "I think if we planned it on Guy Fawkes Day, we may get away with it!" She giggled, and then glanced down at her watch, partially obscured by Kiora. "Goodness! I have to go!" She gently handed Mya back her beautiful baby daughter, and kissed Kiora on the forehead. "Bye sweetheart." She hugged Mya carefully around Kiora. "Good luck, okay?"

[I have to go, second to last final tomorrow!]

Milli wades barefooted in the water. Well, I would hope she's barefoot or she's just ruined a lovely pair of shoes and socks. Which would make Mama Vane mad. Grr.

Alice skips over to the beach, trying to forget last night because last night was sad, it was. She sees a girl in the water and waves. "Hello," she says, wading in her shoes and socks because that would make Molly the special cookie hogger mad.

"We could shank people," she suggests half-heartedly. "Or play pranks. Or go get pregnant. Wait, damn, I have a boyfriend, so getting preggers is out for me!" Milli sighs dramatically, flopping down in the water.

Alice weighs all those options. "Though shanking people sounds oddly fun, Azkaban does not. I think you can go to Azkaban for that anyway, if you kill them, or whatever. And the process of getting pregnant may sound fun, but the actual pregnancy does not! We could pull a prank, I suppose, but who? And what?" she asks, feeling incredibly uncreative at the moment. She watches Milli get soaking wet for a moment and moves over to the shore, shivering. She slips on a few rocks, but manages to keep her balance.

I AM SO EXCITED BECAUSE I HAVEN'T HUNG OUT WITH YOU FOREVER!! ON ANY ACCOUNT!!!

Illie comes down to test out her new body in a bathing suit. She spots Dee, the only person besides Marcus that was nice to her. She was Illie's only friend. Awww how cute. She yelled out. "Hey Dee!!"

Dee turns at the sound of the voice, and she cocks her head, confused. Not recognizing Illie, she asks "Do I know you?" But she smiles anyway, this girl was a Slytherin after all.

"Yeah. It's weird. But look! I can actually get places without losing my breath! I actually have you to thank. After reading those brochures you gave me, remember? I really started thinking about how I should be more concerned about my health. I had actually lost a lot of weight before I got the surgery. I feel great!" She smiled. "How have you been?"

"That's awesome! But don't forget to keep eating fruits and vegetables. They're a very important part of your diet, you know." Dee shrugs, running a hand through her hair. "Alright. I've been studying for O.W.L.s, but they'll be easy."

"Oh, I will. I worked hard to get this body. I'm not going to throw it away." She smiled "Don't worry too much about the O.W.L.s, they aren't as bad as everyone makes them seem. I did pretty bad with History of Magic though."

"But doesn't everyone?" Dee says with a chuckle. "I mean, nobody, except for Mya, of course, listens in that class." Dee shrugs again. "It's not like I want to continue that class anyway, so it's not a big deal."

"Yeah, that's a good point. I thought the Defense Against the Dark Arts one was pretty easy, potions was alright too." She sat on the sand. "Been up to anything else? I feel like I haven't talked to you in forever!"
