"I don't think our daughter would mind blue. The colors are just stereotypes anyway." Remus pushed her gently to the ground and leaned slightly over her from the side whispering in her ear. "I am looking forward to getting my neck rubbed a lot." He kissed her, grinning.

*She kissed him back and let her hand slide uptowards his neck, just barely circling it a couple of times before she pulls away with a cheeky grin.*

You know, I don't want you getting withdrawals when you lose, maybe I'd better stop with the neck runs now so you have time to get used to it...

Remus sighs dramatically, moving to kiss her neck. "Oh, whatever shall I do? I think I'm suffering withdrawals already!" He chuckled and moved down her neck to her shoulder kissing the spot where her wolfbite was. "I wonder, will I be nice and give you back massages when you want them after carrying our daughter around all day, or not?" Of course I'd do it anyway, even if you didn't ask.

Well maybe for the time being we can come to some sort of arrangement. I do wish you'd stop mispronouncing 'son', though.

He kissed the spot again and smiled hearing her hum. "I think I can agree to some sort of arrangement. What'd you have in mind?" Remus kissed the spot a third time and fiddled with the bottom hem of her shirt. "I think you may need to get your ears checked though, because obviously you're mishearing the word 'daughter'."

Actually, I think we ought to send you to the Hospital Wing because you're clearly delusional. Any right-minded person woud've accepted that we're having a boy by now. And hmmm... I think the saying is I'll scratch your back if you scratch mine, so to speak. But all chocolate needs to be split 75 to 25 my way right now - there's a growing boy inside me!

He laughs. "If I'm going to the Hospital Wing you better come along too so me and the doctor can prove you wrong. And I agree to that arrangement. I wonder if our daughter will like dark chocolate, unlike her mother?" The low rumble was back in his throat as he kissed her shoulder once more, his fingertips slid lightly across the bare skin of her stomach under her shirt.

*Her breath hitches in her throat just a little as his fingers graze over her skin. Her eyes drift closed and her voice drops to a relaxed, lazy murmur.*

That eager to be proven wrong, are we? I thought you wanted to be surprised at the birth of our son. And he'd better not like dark chocolate, at least not yet - I've already lost coffee to this cub and I'm not ready to lose milk chocolate to him as well.

Honey if you pull a Peter and faint I will definitely be cursing you. And the next day I plan to be very busy taking care of our darling son, but I'll be sure to spare a few minutes for your apology backrub!

"I'm pretty sure our beautiful daughter won't mind if you spare a few minutes to rub my neck." He kissed the tender spot behind her ear softly, breathing lightly on it. His fingers had since stopped grazing her skin and he rested his hand on her waist pulling her close against him.
