*Hermione silently vows to become the type of mother who never ever ever lets her child out of her sight. But she perks up a ~~little~~ lot at the mention of books.*

They're the cutest little picture books! The kind with cardboard pages so it doesn't matter too much if he drools all over them! And then we can move him on to more advanced literature. He'll be reading Shakespeare before we know it!

Well, we bought all this stuff in the Muggle world, where there is no quidditch, let alone books on the subject. Besides, Remus and I don't really know anything about it, so I thought maybe we should leave that to the professional!

Oh you can teach him to fly! I'd much rather you teach him than anyone else! Just not until ~~I stop being anal retentive and overprotective~~ he's big enough to handle it. And maybe we don't tell Remus about this arrangement.... I don't want him getting grey hair before he's eighteen!

I know you do, Viktor. It's just... I keep getting all these horrible thoughts and ideas about all the terrible things that could happen to him. And it's not just flying, it's everything! I mean, what if he slips on a bar of soap in the shower!? Merlin - he'll be killed!

*She starts to hyperventilate.*
