"Fine. Whatever." Cormac knew Reg was still mad. He could feel it. "I know you're still mad Reg. But, atleast were taking baby steps."

Regulus let him go, and looked up into Cormac's eyes. "How can I not be mad? You were supposed to be my best friend, and you've been doing all you can to fuck up my relationship with Viktor, and saying whatever you can to hurt me. All I want is for all that to stop, so I can be your friend again. And yeah, that'll take baby steps, but it's worth it, to me. Because we've been through too much to let our friendship die entirely," he said, standing up again. "I'm going. But I'll see you around, I guess. And hope you don't change your mind and turn your back on me again." Regulus turns on heel and leaves.

Rolf walks onto the pitch with his broom. He hasn't gone flying in ages, and is relieved to find the pitch empty. He mounts the broom and starts to fly lazy circles around the pitch.

Luna walked out onto the pitch. She hadn't flown since she transferred to Gryffindor and wasn't on the team anymore. She looked up to see Rolf and waved from the ground before hopping on her own broom and flying over to him. "Hey Rolf."

Rolf freezes midair when he sees Luna walk onto the pitch. I wide smile spreads on his face, and he waits for her to fly over to him. "Hi Luna," he says as she comes closer. "I didn't know you flew."

She mirrors his wide smile. "Yeah, I use to fly more but I haven't for awhile. I see you do too," she says glancing at his broom....not his 'broom.'

"Yeah," he grins. "I play for fun, though I haven't been on a broom in ages. School work has really kept me from coming to the pitch. Why haven't you played recently?"

"I've just been busy I guess, and I'm not on the team so I haven't had an excuse to fly. I should probably start flying regularly again though. I miss it."

"Well, I'd love to have a flying buddy," he suggests. "I haven't really met anyone else who likes it. Wanna fly around the pitch for a bit. Maybe we can race after we're warmed up," he grins.

"A race? You mean, like something else I can beat you at?" She smiles playfully.

"Something else you can beat me at?" he asks playfully. "I seem to remember that I won the food fight and the water fight," he grins, remember how both had ended very happily for him.

She smirks. "I think someones memory isn't as good as it used to be. We'll just see about that race then, won't we?"

"I think my memory is perfectly fine," he grins. "We might have to check you for Wrackspurts though." He begins to fly around the pitch slowly while Luna flies along side him. "So I think, that the winner should get something," he suggests. "Bit of a prize or something."

"Well, if I win...I want to kiss you again," he says hesitantly while glancing at her. He hopes that she doesn't become upset or annoyed since she and Lee had just broken up.

Luna blushed. "Well then, I might just let you win if that's the case."

Rolf smiles at her reply, relieved that he didn't offend her in moving too fast. "Well, what's going to happen if you're going to win?" he asks.

"You mean when I win?" She grinned. "Hmm, when I win, ~~I want you to have your way with me on the bookshelf in the library~~ you need to make me some of those chocolate covered strawberries you love so much."

He sighs dramatically then says, "Fine...I suppose I can oblige." A grin slides on to his face then he asks, "Are you ready to start a race now, or do you need some more time warming up?"

"Oh, definitely," he grins then slows his broom so that they are resting side by side. "Jut one lap around the pitch," he says. "First one back to this point wins. On the count of three, alright? One...two....three!" His broom begins to move quickly, and he finds himself leaning forward as much as possible to avoid wind resistance.

Luna takes off with her broom, keeping up with Rolf as they race around the pitch. As they close in on the end she realizes how easily she could beat him. She slows her broom a bit, knowing that it'll be a win-win situation for both of them if she loses.

Rolf continues to urge his broom forward as they race, especially with Luna so close the entire time. "Come on," he finds himself muttering towards the end. He grins in relief as he reaches the starting/ending point, then glances over his shoulder to see Luna behind him, making him the winner.

"Well, well, well," he sys grinning. "Looks like I have won after all. Would you like to give me my prize now at some other time?" he asks while moving his broom to the ground and then hopping off.
