OH MY GOD I LOVE YOU *is dead forever and ever*

Viktor laughed. No way the painting girls were going to beat that one, though he wouldn't mind if they kept this up. He was finding all of it extremely entertaining. He'd show those girls a silly face himself, but it's just not like him to make silly faces. Now I'm giggling at the thought of Viktor Krum making faces at a painting. "It's fine. Most people don't realize until I tell them myself. Rolf is in Ravenclaw. I haven't been vith him too long yet, but ve met a vhile ago. Ve vere friends until just recently. Oh, that reminds me. How vos your date vith Gideon Prewett? He told me that he enjoyed himself quite a bit."

Lily giggles as the painting girls regroup. This is extremely out of the ordinary for her as well, but sometimes you've just got to forget about your image and have some good, clean, childish fun. She glances over at Viktor, surprise evident in her face even as she grins. "Well that sounds nice. Oh, you know Gideon? We've been on a couple of dates now. I like him a lot," she says almost shyly, tucking her hair behind her ear and blushing a little to know that Gideon has mentioned her. The painting girls cross their eyes and make grotesque faces at them now.

Viktor catches those faces and smirks. Looks like someone's a tad bit jealous. "I've talked to him a couple of times. I'm really good friends vith his younger sister, Molly," he says, smiling because his BFF is simply amazing. "Vell, I'm glad because it looks like he really likes you a lot too. He's a pretty awesome guy." Of course he is, he's a Prewett after all. "You two seem like you'd be good together. Vith his awesomeness and your...Sassy attitude," he says with a joking grin because he loves his redheaded friends.

"I didn't know you were good friends with Molly. She and I share a dorm," Lily says, employing tact enough to leave it at that. Then she laughs out loud. "Sassy attitude? That's one of the nicer ways I've heard myself described lately," she says, and then presses the tip of her nose with a finger, turning it up to resemble a rather cute little pigsnout at the little painted girls.

"Oh, I think she might have mentioned sharing a dorm vith you before," he says, leaving it at that because I'm pretty sure Molly mentioned Lily once and it wasn't positive. Or maybe that was a fanfic. Either way, he doesn't say anything else about Molly and Lily. "And yes, sassy," he says with a grin. "Really? I can't think of a single thing to say about you that isn't nice. I don't think you vould hurt a fly ~~unless that fly was actually a stag that doesn't know when enough is enough.~~." He chuckles at the pigsnout. "They don't give up, do they?"

Stags are stubborn things who sometimes need to be kicked where it hurts. Hmm. I wonder if Prongs' antlers are a metaphor for his inflated head...
"Thanks," Lily says with complete sincerity, because it's nice to have someone call her something that isn't a rude word. "You're very nice yourself, I think people must like you far more for than than your celebrity if they ever get the chance to get to know you? They are persistant," she says with a little giggle, waving at the painting as the two girls try to come up with a comeback face.

"Vell, thank you. The keyvord there is 'if.' If people get to know me, though luckily I've had to deal vith enough fangirls and boys that I'm able to tell the fans from the friends," he says, instantly thinking of Hermione, the girl who liked him for the person he was right from the start. "And fortunately for me, I've made quite a few real friends since coming here. It's refreshing having people that like me for...Vell, me," he says, smiling as he thought about what Rolf said to him in the Room of Requirements before they fell asleep.

"That's lucky - I suppose there would be a lot of people just out for reflected glory or some such nonsense," Lily muses. The two little girls in the painting are still furiously whispering and Lily giggles lightly. "Coming up empty, girls?" she can't resist taunting, eyes sparkling playfully as she tucks a strand of hair behind her ear. The girls poke their tongues out. "Original," Lily says, and returns the gesture as she rolls her eyes.

Viktor nodded and couldn't help but think of Justina, though he's not quite sure what she wanted out of him. Scary little girl. "Maybe next time," he says with a light laugh as he glances at the little girls in the painting. "Huh. Maybe I'll keep this in mind next time I'm bored, start games vith the paintings," he chuckled.

Lily shrugs. "I didn't intend to, but they started it," she says with a little laugh. It was actually quite a relaxing way to spend half an hour before she has to go on her prefect rounds. "Anyway, I have to go, Viktor. It was nice bumping into you again. Only, not literally this time. See you around," she says with a friendly smile, and waves bye bye to the little girls in the painting as she turns and marches off to take care of her duties.

Viktor chuckles and waves goodbye to Lily before giving the little girls the 'sup nod, and turning in the opposite direction to go study or play Quidditch or something like that.

And Fred is there, walking as well. Except it's a quick walk and as he turns the corner he doesn't have enough time to stop himself so he ends up bumping into some Slytherin girl. "Oh, sorry 'bout that," he says quickly, resting both hands on her shoulders for a second to make sure she doesn't fall before crossing them across his chest. Normally he wouldn't apologize to a Slytherin, but seeing as he doesn't know this one and she just so happens to be a pretty female, he'll be polite until she gives him reason not to.

"That seems only fair," he said, chuckling lightly. "Name's Fred. Fred Weasley," he introduces, waiting for her reaction because if she's anything like the Blacks or the Malfoys, she'll have a problem with his name. "And yours?"

Fred grinned at this, though he was rather surprised to meet a friendly Slytherin. Just wait until he tells his siblings. This'll be one to tell the kids! "Daphne Greengrass. You're not like the others in your house, but looks like already know that. Pleasure to meet you, Dee."

"Huh, I wonder why I was put there, then," Dee said curiously with a shrug. "Oh well, it's nice to meet you too, Weasley... or Fred." She decided to use his real name, rather than his last, as he had done to her.

Fred chuckles and gives Dee a 'Well, why didn't I think of that' sort of look. "Looks like we're in the same boat then. Not sure what I'm up to either, come to think of it," he says because there's no way he's going to the library without Alicia. Can you imagine going there alone? Madness.
