Remus blinks...then he gets what Molly's tone is suggesting. Out with the quaffley face again. "Oh...you think?" Then he's more embarrassed because he just totally let Molly know that he's starting to think making "friends" with Jack wouldn't necessarily be a bad thing. "Your nickname you had for him is amusing..." His tone saying that he might absolutely agree with her and Viktor on that one.

Molly greams. "Yeah I totally think," she says. She gives Remus a knowing look, an innocent little smile on her face. "What's going on in that big brain of yours, then?"

[Remus Lupin]

Remus doesn't even want to admit what he's thinking. He's not even entirely sure that he, himself, understands what he's thinking. "I don't know, Molly. I just don't know." It was getting late but he really didn't want to head back to the dorm yet.

Molly just shrugs. "See that's where you smart types totally go wrong," she says. "You always think it's, like, a bad thing or votever when you don't have the answers. Sometimes you just gotta sleep on stuff, you know. Or take it as it comes." She glances up at the darkening sky, and then at Remus' face. He looks hesitant, as if he's loathe to head back to his dorm yet. Smiling easily, she slips an arm through his and steers him along the dock. "Isn't it pretty at this time of day? I love how that last little bit of light reflects on the water, and soon the stars will be out, and everything reflects and looks twice as twinkly."

[PPan and Hugo both ship Rack but for different reasons. Hugo coz he wants to see Remus happy and PPan coz its just HOT!!! PPan is a little jealous though and can't wait to meet jack at some point.]

Remus is confused for a moment when Molly slips her arm through his and starts steering him along the dock, but then he sort of gets that she's helping stalling his return to the dorm and smiles warmly at her. She really was super nice. "It is pretty out." he agrees. "I like dawn the best, though. I love watching the sun rise. It's a beautiful sight, don't you think? The beginning of a new day..."

[Rack is going to be SO much fun! ~flails~]

Molly smiles, tilting her head slightly to the side. "I'm usually, like, completely passed out at that time of day," she confesses with a little giggle, still steering Remus around the very long way back to the castle. "One day though, I'll be awake early enough, or still awake late enough, whatever, and I'll say to myself 'I gotta see this, because Remus says it's totally gorgeous' and I'll go outside and see the dawn," she says decisively.

Remus laughs lightly, "Hm, you're more of a night person, aren't you? Well, maybe someday you'll get to see it. Or I can always send an owl to tap on your window around dawn so you'll wake up to see it. We should watch it together sometime. It'd be fun." he appreciates that they're taking the very long way back to the castle.

Molly greams and nods. "I'm not too bad in the mornings, really. I'm just a million times better, like, after I've had some coffee, you know? That would be really neat! I would totally love to see a sunrise with you sometime," she enthuses, walking rather slowly. "So you're more a morning than a night person, then?"

[Remus Lupin]

"Coffee definitely can help..." Caffeine doesn't do much for him though. Remus generally likes drinking tea or hot chocolate better. "Yeah, I guess you could say I'm more of a morning person." he chuckled lightly, "We'll definitely see a sunrise together sometime then, and I'll bring coffee to help you wake up if you want. Definitely chocolate too," he nodded decisively, "you have to eat chocolate while watching a sunrise." That's what he always did.

"There is no occasion during which chocolate is, like, not totally appropriate," Molly announces. "It would be totally awesome to hang with you and do that sometime. And we still need to bake ourselves a chocolate pie," she reminds him. "I met a nice Puff the other day and we baked apple pies together, it was fun. I love when people appreciate baking and everything!"

Remus totally agrees with Molly's statement about chocolate. "Oh, yes, we definitely have to bake that pie!" he grins, glad cause that means he'll get to spend more time with Molly which he's decided is a lot of fun. "Who'd you bake pies with the other day?" he asked, curious as to who the Puff was. It was fun to bake with other people, so maybe he could make a new friend who would do so with him.

Molly accidentally-on-purpose takes a wrong turn to prolong their trip, giving Remus another opportunity to put off going back to the dorms if he doesn't feel ready yet. "His name was Ted. Ted Tonks. He was super friendly and, like, picked apples for me. So I figured it was totally only fair that he get some of the pie in payment, you know? We decided we could take over the world with pie. You should totally get in on that. If you want, I mean," she greams.

Remus was going to point out that they totally took a wrong turn, but then sees what Molly did there and decides that it was probably a good thing. He grinned, nodding, "Take over the world with pie, huh? I think I could try helping out with that. I don't think anyone could resist a pie baked by you. They're way too good."

[Molly Prewett]

Molly greams. "Thanks! Plus I think it would be, like, doubly awesome to take over the world and then sit back and go 'yeah, I totally did that without a drop of bloodshed'! Like, take that, Voldemort! I inspire loyalty through deliciousness, not fear," she says lightly, because it's easier to joke about things like Voldemort than to think too deeply about them, sometimes.

Remus chuckles lightly at Molly in amusement. "That's definitely one way to do it. It's definitely better than how he's doing it, definitely." he didn't like to think about that noseless dude too much though...especially because it wasn't affecting things with werewolves all that well these days.

"Uh huh - he's, like, such a douche," Molly says with an air of finality about the subject. Yep, she just called Voldemort a douche. Go Mol. She shivers slightly as night falls around them properly, the last of the light and the warmth from the sun leaching from the sky. She covers it with a grin, though, because she won't push Remus to go back before he's ready, and she won't leave him alone when he needs a friend.

Amethyst is amused and wonders how Voldy would react if someone called him a douche to his face. Hahaha. Remus notes the chillier air and how dark it is and decides he may as well get back to the dorm now, as much as he's still nervous about running into Sirius. "Hm...I guess it's about time we head inside..." he turns to Molly and smiles warmly at her, "thank you so much for listening to me and cheering me up. It means a lot, it really does. You're a great friend." And then they head back inside and Remus totally breaches his comfort zone by giving Molly a small kiss on the forehead before going up to the dorm to sleep, glad to see that the others were already all asleep.

Molly returns Remus' warm smile with one of her own. "Any time," she says softly, not wanting to admit how much it means to her when someone appreciates her. Molly likes to believe that no thanks are necessary for what she does - she just loves to love her friends and family, but it's only natural for her to love the way her friends smile when she's managed to help them somehow. So when Remus kisses her on the forehead, it practically makes her week. "Goodnight, Remus," she says, turning to head upstairs and hoping everything goes ok for him.

Sirius leads Fleur out to the dock, and sits down at the edge with her, lightly placing his hand over hers. "So, Fleur, I find I don't really know much about you, and neither do you know much about me-- clearly we should fix this. Where to begin, though? Favorite colors? Hobbies? Or, how about a more general question-- what brought you to Hogwarts? You were here for the Triwizard Tournament, yes?"

Fleur follows Sirius to the dock and glances back only once towards the castle during their walk over as there are times when even she has doubts. Actually, she probably has more doubts with situations like these than others do. She dangles her legs over the edge of the dock, watching the water, "You find zat, eh? I deedn't know zat someone like you would 'ave 'Ufflepuff qualities. Eet's very cute!" she said, teasing him while her gaze fell on his hand over hers. Well, that was nice. "Favorite color? I 'aven't zot about zat really. 'Obbies? I do like to dance, but ze only theeng related to danceeng 'ere ees ze cheerleading," she replied, her pace quickening as she sped through the first two questions. She paused before answering the final two, cringing slightly at the mention of the Triwizard Tournament. She had not performed very well there. "I came 'ere because...well, I wanted sometheeng different zen Beauxbatons. Eet was alright, but zis ees far better. And, well, yes I was een ze tournament, but eet's not sometheeng I enjoy talkeeng about..."

"Hey! Even a Gryffindor can find things occasionally, you know, and I really am a true Gryffindor-- bravery and chivalry, that's me alright," he said, winking at Fleur and chuckling at her jokes. "Cheerleading? You cheerlead? That's awesome-- I get along alright with the captain of the Gryffindor squad, and one of the other cheerleaders-- Parvati and Dominique? They're pretty cool," he said, smart enough not to mention their varying degrees of sexiness. "Alright then, no need to talk about it-- so, you like Hogwarts, then? That's good to hear, I love it here, though I'd love to visit Beauxbatons sometime. As for myself, my favorite color is black, because see, my name is Sirius Black, and that should be obvious. I like to spend my time around beautiful ladies such as yourself, for my hobby," he said, half-jokingly.

"I do not mind cheerleading, but eet ees not above dance een my opinion. Eet ees ze only theeng zat ees similar to eet 'ere and so, I go with eet. I 'ave not met any of ze uzzers because I 'ave yet to be added, being a transfer and all. Eet should be...awkward." Fleur muttered the end of her sentence to herself. Clearly she was not looking forward to meeting a the cheerleading squad, even if they all would have something in common. She shook her head and smiled once more as she wondered how Sirius could be so at ease with everything. "Eet would be 'ard for you to visit ze school when eet ees under 'igh security, but maybe with permission from ze Madame, you would be able to visit. She does razzer like me." Fleur frowned near the end of Sirius' talk about himself, paying very close attention to his so-called hobby. That was not reassuring. "Zat ees not a very traditional 'obby you 'ave zere. Eenteresting."

"I was only joking, Fleur," he said, grinning easily at her. "But as for dancing, I'll have you know, while I don't look it, I'm quite a talented dancer myself, actually. I was raised to be a proper gentleman, after all, and with that comes dancing, though I really only like two styles-- tango and salsa. I don't mind other styles, but ballroom is too boring, in my opinion," he said. "Perhaps we can go dancing sometime together? Or better, I can take you to the next dance here," he suggested, flashing his best smile. "If you're as good a dancer as I think you are, you'll be capable of keeping up with me, and we could totally blow away the crowds!"

Right. "Your sense of 'umor ees very different zen ze males een France," Fleur said with a nervous laugh. It was probably not that different; the males in France were just not as vocal about their activities. "You know 'ow to tango and salsa? Zat's...well, remarkable. I never would 'ave zot zat you would know anytheeng besides ze weird jumping movement zat ze people at 'Ogwarts did during ze Yule Ball. Zen again, maybe I did not get a good look at you. I did 'ave a date at ze time." She began to reminisce and thought back to her gown and she remembered that weird Ronald Weasley asking her to the ball and many others who weren't as memorable. It brought good feelings. "Zat would be nice. I would probably enjoy zat more zen anytheeng else you've probably done for uzzer girls."
