I couldn't bear it if he did," he finally said, staring at his feet and refusing to meet her eyes.

Pansy watched Draco leave without another word, simply disappearing from the maze. She sighed, and her mind was a mess now. He'd cared so much and yet it seemed like nothing had changed. He'd still left her as soon as there was someone else there to see. But she couldn't think about anything he'd said now, Sev was here and was probably wondering what he'd just witnessed. She shook her head and walked over to him. "No, no. I'm fine. I promise. He wasn't, we were just talking and he sort of fell..." She shrugged, wishing she'd gotten to finish talking with him. She'd not really managed to get the straight answers she wanted from him, but she supposed there was always later. "Thanks for coming to find me though. If something had happened, I mean, it would have been... thanks."

Severus nodded, still worried he shouldn't have come, or should have come earlier, he wasn't entirely sure which, but he couldn't shake his awkward, guilty feeling, no matter what he did, although it most certainly had looked like Draco wasn't exactly being gentle with her. "I might fight pathetically like a muggle, but I can use my wand. I would have protected you," he said, rather unsure why he was saying it, only knowing the he needed Pansy to know he cared, and would never have let her get hurt, if he was around to stop it. "Are you sure you're okay? You look upset, Pansy, is there anything I can do? Do you need to talk? It's cold, here," he said, offering her his worn coat with a slightly embarrassed look on his face.

Pansy smiled at him, touching his wrist lightly. "I know you would have. And I promise I'm alright. Just confused is all. Not sure if I'd rather have been hit mentally or physically, either one's pretty tough to deal with." She took his coat when he offered it, putting it over her shoulders though she didn't put her arms through as the sleeves would have been far too long. "I'm fine though, you really don't need to worry. We were actually talking like normal people for once. Er, as normal as Draco and I could be."

"Alright," he said, feeling rather comforted. "Do you wanna go inside? I don't want you to get sick, either, even if you're alright now," he said, looking rather concerned for her, and much to his pleasure, he did not in fact blush or anything of the such when Pansy touched him. "We could go in and talk, or read together, like we were going to if you wanted. Or bring out the cute little fluffy creatures. They make you smile."

"Yeah, that's probably best. I think Lilu misses you." She nodded to him and started away from the dead end the were standing in, but paused once she reached the main part of the maze. "Think you can find our way out of here?" Pansy looked up at him, hoping that maybe he could because apparently she could only manage to get herself cornered in a dead end by picking ways at random.

"Yeah, I remember how we got here," he said, as he's struck with the thought of taking Pansy's hand and leading her out, but immediately shakes away such a ridiculous notion, and silently walks out with her, wishing he had the confidence to hug her and make her feel better, but knowing he'd never have the courage. "Hi, Vik!" Remus smiles, happy to see his friend - for more reasons than one, because he really thinks Viktor would be a great person to talk to about his current situation. "Oh! Thank you! That stuff was rather good." he holds out a piece of chocolate for Viktor. "Here, try some of this stuff Sirius brought me yesterday. It's really good." he smiles happily, then his smile fades and he looks down at the ground in front of him awkwardly. "Speaking of Sirius...can I tell you something?"

Viktor smiles and takes the piece of chocolate from Remus, not eating it as he looks at his friend with a concerned expression on his face. "Of course, you can tell me anything. He's not still bothering you and not taking you seriously, is he?" he asks, ignoring the chocolate in his hand for now because Remus' problems are more important.

"No, no, that problem is fixed..." he realizes now that he doesn't even know where to being - so he just states it plainly. "I like him. Like...more than like him. I can't even begin to explain how this all started...cause I'm not so sure I even know myself." he rested his chin on his knees, pulling absentmindedly at random blades of grass. "And now it's hard not being around him because it makes my heart hurt...every time I leave him it starts up again, a terrible aching that has me wanting to run back to where he is and just hug him...or something, anything, as long as I'm with him. Oh my god, this is so ridiculous. Makes me want to hit my head on the sink again."

Viktor listens to Remus carefully, taking in every word as Remus confesses his feelings for Sirius. He's not sure of what to say at first, so he settles for giving Remus a long, comforting hug. "Vell..." he says as he eventually pulls away from the hug. "That is..." He sighs, not liking how this looks because the last time he checked, Sirius was not exactly welcoming when he found out Viktor was gay. How would he feel if his best friend had feelings for him? "I'm assuming he doesn't know yet...About anything. And vhy did you hit your head on the sink? Are you alright?"

Remus blushed a lovely dark, quaffley red, when Viktor asked why he had hit his head on the sink. "I was fine. Really. Honestly. It's something we're not going to talk about and I should not have mentioned it. ANYWAY...yeah," he sighs sadly, "he doesn't know about anything yet. I told him earlier this morning that later I would finally tell him what's going on...except I'm having a hard time deciding whether that will or won't include mentioning the fact that I have feelings for him. Leave it to me to get into a situation like this..." he looked all sad and adorable, sitting there pouting and tugging at grass. Come on, don't you just want to give him a hug? He's so cute and squishy...hey little guy! I shall call you squishy and he will be mine, and he will be my squishy. Come here squishy! Come here little squishy!! *tickles him and gets bitten by wolfy* OW! BAD SQUISHY! BAD! BAD SQUISHY!

Amethyst will now stop quoting from Finding Nemo...she couldn't help it...*goes back to watching the awesome movie*

Viktor sighed and kept one arm around Remus to help comfort him. "I'm sorry, Rem...I just...I don't think I can really tell you vot to do. It's really up to you to decide vot you tell him and vot you keep to yourself. That's sort of the problem vith emotions and feelings. Ve can't usually control them," he says, sighing and thinking about Rolf who said he didn't want to actually date another guy, which really ruled out any chance of Viktor attempting to have an actual relationship with him like he wanted. "But I think that's good that you're at least telling him about everything else. I vould just see how he reacts to that before telling him anything else."

Unfortunately though, it's generally hard enough for Remus to work up the courage to tell just one thing like that...so he's going to end up just getting everything out at once. Which I can't say anything more about...cause that would be telling, and we haven't gotten to that point yet. "I just...I don't get it. How could this happen? I mean, we're friends! Just friends! And he is probably one of the straightest guys I know...which totally does not help the situation." slightly annoyed, he nommed at the chocolate. Grr, Moony! Grr! XD

Viktor hates not knowing what to say. Usually he always know what to tell people, but this is quite the complicated situation. "Rem? Exactly how strong are these feelings?" he asks quietly, having a strong feeling that Sirius wouldn't exactly take this too well, but maybe he's wrong. At least, he hopes he's wrong and that Sirius will be okay with this. "He is...really straight. But he's your best friend, right? He can't get mad at you for things that you can't control."

Remus looks up at Viktor with frightened eyes when Viktor asks how strong his feelings were. "I...I'm not sure...I mean, I've never really..felt this way about someone before. Liking someone to this extent, I mean. Oh god," he groaned, smacking himself in the forehead with the palm of his hand, wincing when he accidentally smacks his bruise. "This is going to go so terribly wrong...it's just going to make everything awkward, awkward, awkward. Maybe I shouldn't tell him after all...about everything. Just make up something else to tell him...no, that wouldn't work. He can always tell when I'm lying...not to mention the fact that I always feel terrible even trying."
