Re: The Hippogriff Pen
"Oh, that's so cool. I wish I could hang out with my brother here. Or my sister. Are they really that overprotective? My brother's never really had the chance to be overprotective for me...I think he wishes he could be. My sister imitates me too sometimes! We've made it into an act. " Aurelia laughed, remembering. "Sometimes we'll both walk into a room and start saying something at the same time, then respond for the other...it amuses both of us, and annoys our parents and brother though I think they're fond of it anyway. It's so great that you and your brother are so close! What do your other friends think of your siblings? " She asked, curious as to what they were like and automatically assuming Molly had more friends than herself because Molly was talkative not awkward and seemed fairly awesome.

Re: The Hippogriff Pen
Molly laughs. "That sounds, like, so cool. With my sister though it's more of a monkey-see-monkey-do type thing which is why it gets so super annoying. Especially since when Alice will just, like, be herself, she's totally awesome in her own right. And yeah, my brothers can be totally that bad. Fabian can be a little more reasonable sometimes, but Gideon is just, like, freaky stubborn about looking after me and Ali. There was this one time where he told a guy he would break his legs off and use them as, like, table legs just because he said I looked pretty one day," she confides, giggling slightly at the memory because annoying as it was, the look on the poor guy's face had been priceless. She blinks and brings herself back around to the conversation at hand to answer the question. "Oh, like, everyone thinks they're cool. I guess that's a family thing, though, because we sort of just do that, you know? People like us, or whatever," she grins, though the smile falters for just a second when she thinks of Kingsley. It's back up to full wattage a moment later though. "How about you? Do your siblings and friends get along? It would suck if they didn't, right?"

Re: The Hippogriff Pen
Aurelia paused in her babbling, brought back to her sense, and moved her gaze to the ground. "Yeah...my friends get along with my siblings. I mean, I don't really have many at all, but those that I have had that have actually met my siblings liked them. " She made herself be less depressing and look up with a smile. "But, I mean, they're awesome. My brother's always got all this cool weird travel stuff and stories and my sister makes up her own or tells what she remembers of our family trips and lets one of us fill it it and is just adorable otherwise...but they're awesome. I don't really know why anyone wouldn't like them. " She shrugged, suddenly a bit more reserved, though she didn't really want to be. Molly seemed nice. Like a friend.

Re: The Hippogriff Pen
Molly smiles. "They sound pretty awesome," she says, not really noticing Aurelia withdrawing a bit because she's too busy chattering happily away, enjoying the conversation and most certainly not thinking about one Kingsley Shacklebolt, because she does not think about him. Nope. Not at all. "I bet everyone would like them for sure. So, like, what do you do around here, then, if you don't have your siblings to hang out with as well as friends? Like, what do you do for fun besides hang out with cool animals?" she wonders, curious as she gestures to the hippogriff that has become bored with their talk and started scratching around.

Re: The Hippogriff Pen
Aurelia smiled, and shrugged again. "Um...read, I guess. And draw, and write. I don't know, I pass the time somehow though, because it certainly goes by. It's just nice to think, or learn about things....so that's what I do, I guess? Honestly, mostly reading. I can't get enough of books, though textbooks can be dull. Ooh! I people-watch too. It's so interesting how different people act...that's not weird, is it? I just think it's interesting...and there are always the cute guys who make the view a little better. When they aren't total jerks, I mean." The girl giggled at the bored hippogriff, and her still somewhat nervous chattering talk.

Re: The Hippogriff Pen
Molly greams. "Oh, neato. I'm totally not one for reading too much - only on the odd occasion I guess. I, like, prefer to knit and bake and all that jazz. But I totally love to people watch! My friend Viktor and I, we have this totally awesome thing, where every morning we have breakfast together and then we scope out all the cute boys in the Great Hall. He's got a pretty good eye for it, too - he picks out all the straight ones for me, and I pick out all the gay ones for him and we're both happy! It's just this fun little thing we do to bond, you know? Plus there's the added bonus of cute boys to look at," she giggles. "Don't even get me started on the jerks, though. They can all, like, go live on Douchebag Island where they belong!"

Re: The Hippogriff Pen
Aurelia practically squeals. Like, high-pitched sound of excitement. "Really!? I like to bake too, though I can't at Hogwarts so I don't do it as much. That sounds so...I don't know. Interesting, and funny!" Aurelia is shy because Aurelia has word-choice failures and is too awkward to get a date so would never ask Molly to pass on info of straight, nice, singles because those just don't happen and Aurelia would not know what to do if she met one as she now has a friend and would be so out of her depth. "How many guys are there at Hogwarts that you can do this everyday?" Her voice was incredulous, wondering how many people she's missed seeing while staring at the window or her plate or the teachers or in general avoided meeting the eyes of the general school populace.

Re: The Hippogriff Pen
Molly tilts her head to the side. "Like, why can't you bake here? I do it all the time. I just, like, waltz on into the kitchens and off I go. The hosue elves are really sweet about it - they were all hovery and stuff at first, but now they just let me do my thing. You should totally try it if you want to - I could show you where the kitchens are if you don't know?" Then she giggles some more. "Well there's, like, heaps of cute guys around, really. But we totally also have our favourites that we just love to see every day. Like Henry, and Mr OhmyGodyesplease. We still totally haven't figured out his real name yet," she adds unnecessarily.

Re: The Hippogriff Pen
"Er..Really? That's be cool, I guess. I sort of never thought of going to the kitchens here. I mean, the food is so good anyway...but that'd be great. " She burst out laughing at the names. "Imagine if he had a name really weird, it'd be great! I guess I just overlook them because I figure they'd never look at me. Plus my House is so small, I just sort of ignore the guys in my House. It feels like liking them would nearly be considered inbreeding. " She shuddered. "So weird. Not like it would be...it's just too small to feel like anything but a somewhat distanced family. But yeah, that's cool that you two can help each other find the good dates of the school."

Re: The Hippogriff Pen
"Yeah, Hogwarts food is pretty good, I guess," Molly smirks, because Hogwarts food is good, but her cooking is better. She giggles along at the thought of Mr OhmyGodyesplease having a really weird name. Then she bursts out laughing when Aurelia mentions Hufflepuff being so small it would almost be inbreeding. "Yeah, plus, like, more than half the boys in your house are gay, you know. So I think there's, like, three left to choose from if you're lucky. Kinda a shallow pool, you know? But yeah - good dates, just a nice view, whatever. It's a nice way to pass the morning before the horror of Arithmancy class sets in."

Re: The Hippogriff Pen
Aurelia shuddered. Arithmancy. She totally didn't have that class today, so totally did not have it wreck her day with it's boring amount of numbers, like she's sure it would have. "Ug. That class sounds wretched. Numbers and I don't agree. I mean, I think logically. Numbers SOUND logical, but they're just fooling you." She looked around, noticing the time. "Do you think maybe we should head in? I just remembered some homework i'm supposed to do, and I meant to before the next meal...it has been lovely talking to you though!" She stopped, nervous again. "We'll talk again, though, right? I mean, I would totally understand if you thought I was some weirdo but it's so great to talk to someone so much and you seem really nice I just thought that maybe...maybe we could be friends? " Aurelia stops awkwardly because she is awkward like that and needs to stop it sometime quite soon.

Re: The Hippogriff Pen
Molly winces. "Ew. Homework. Like, whatever. Yeah, I should totally head in as well. What? Like, why would I even think you're a weirdo?" Molly asks, wrinkling her nose in confusion. "I just, like, walk up to people all the time and start random conversations, so it's totally all good. A weirdo would be someone who doesn't know how to carry a conversation on from there like Kingsley Shacklebolt, he's such a douche," she says and greams. "We could totally be friends!" she enthuses. "We'll, like, hang out and stuff and I"ll show you where the kitchens are and it will be awesome! So, I guess we should head on back," Molly says, and Aurelia can post us leaving. XD

Re: The Hippogriff Pen
Aurelia joined her in greaming and cheerfully nodded. "Terrific! Sounds like loads of fun! But yeah, let's head back." And so the two head back to the castle happy and such except possibly hungry so that this thread of chatter can come to an end for now.

Nikki floated down to the Hippogriff pen. She missed playing with her favourite Hippogriff, Bloodspiller. She called him Sweetie.

This is why we're friends. I bet Sweetie gets along great with Princess Pretty Whiskers the jaguar. Yup. "NIKKKKKKKKKKKKIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII!" Caradoc promptly glomps Nikki. Yup. Just like Eowyn will do next time she sees Addie.
Re: The Hippogriff Pen
Not if Addie glomps Eowyn first.
Nikki laughed in delight. "Rad! I haven't seen you in ages! I've been off competing in the Ninja Assassin games, but don't tell anyone!" She looked around secretively. "Ninja Assassins aren't supposed to reveal that they are Ninja Assassins."

"Indeed. Though you must wonder what ninja fucked up so badly that the entire world knows of their existence. How've you been, girl?! I've missed my buddy," he said, grinning and sitting down on one of Hagrid's giant pumpkins, because I imagine they're around, this time of year. "Tell me everything!"
Re: The Hippogriff Pen
"Well, our first task was..." Nikki cut herself off. "I don't want to dishonour my foes by glorifying in their deaths." She shrugged. "Let me tell you that is was super fun! I learned how to use nun-chucks like a caffeinated Chihuahua. And I am now a master swordsman. Er... woman. And I spent three weeks learning ballet to get close to a target." She stood up, kicked off her shoes, and began to dance en point. She stopped soon though, and massaged her feet. "It hurts if i do it too long."

Re: The Hippogriff Pen
[I believe you should know that the term Jaime uses for Brienne is 'swordswench' because she cannot be a swordsman. She gets called this by everyone now and wants to murder someone. I HAVE TO GO NOW I'LL BE BACK TONIGHTTT]

Eowyn failed and thought she had posted. Well then. Caradoc raises a brow and nods in approval, chuckling slightly at the mental image. "Nun-chucks are pretty badass, as is ballet. You know, ballet is quite useful, really-- at least, when you're the one dating a ballet dancer," he laughed, winking at Nikki.
Re: The Hippogriff Pen
"Excuse me, good sir, whatever are you implying?" Nikki asked flirtatiously, batting her eyelashes ridiculously at Caradoc.

"Implying? I'm implying your future boyfriend-- er, or girlfriend, I suppose-- will most likely be a very, very, very lucky person," he replied, grinning widely. "Speaking of, is there anyone special in your life you should tell me about? Because you should totally tell me."
