Regulus wanders over and sees Dee talking to some blonde girl who looks a bit frazzled. "Hey Dee!" he says brightly and waving hello.

"Hello!" he says being all happylike, because the Reg in my head is happy for some reason today. "That's a pretty snazzy necklace," he says, pointing to her cork necklace.

Luna smile and offered out her hand to Regulus. "Nice to meet you. I think I've heard your name before. Viktor's boyfriend, right?"

Regulus shook her hand and looks even happier. "Yes, I am! How do you know Viktor?" he asked curiously while staring at the dirigible earrings.

Regulus laughed, and shook his head. "I'm no better, honestly, I babble about him all the time, ask poor Dee here, she has to listen to me every day," he said with a chortle.

Luna giggled because she's not Viktor. She can giggle. "That's cute. Oh no! Am I a bad girlfriend? I don't talk about Rolf as much as you two talk about each other," she says with a laugh, thinking about her perfect Rolf and his scones. Luna likes scones. Sconeessssss.

Regulus smiled and shook his head. "No, I think we're both just pathetically lovesick, honestly. It drives all our friends mad. Er- I don't mean to be rude or anything, just curious- but why are you wearing radishes on your ears?"

"Dirigibles," she corrected, absentmindedly fiddling with one of her earrings. "They keep away the wrackspurts," she tells him casually.

"Oh dear. I think I get those a lot, then. My brain likes to go fuzzy a lot, particularly around Viktor. Perhaps they follow him around," he said, looking contemplative.

"Oh! I have just the thing," she says as she looks in her bag, pulling out a pair of spectrespecs and handing them over to Regulus. "These will help. They're spectrespecs. When you wear them you can see any wrackspurts flying around."

Regulus looks at the spectrespecs in awe and puts them on. "WHOA! This is amazing!" He takes them off and hands them to her. "You must be really smart, to know all these things. I've never heard of a wrackspurt before. What house are you in?"

Luna's face lights up as she takes back the spectrespecs, shocked at being called smart. She's pretty used to being called Looney, and being complimented is a big deal considering what Evan called her the other day. "Thanks! I'm in Gryffindor. ~~because canon dies here and nothing ever happened in Ravenclaw in 1.0~~ What about you?" She glances down at the spectrespecs and hands them back. "You can keep these, by the way. My dad's the editor of the Quibbler so I can get another pair for myself whenever."

"... Your dad is the editor of The Quibbler? THAT'S AWESOME I TOTALLY LOVE TO READ THAT!" Eowyn thinks it's lucky Reg didn't say he reads it because he thinks it's a joke and it's bloody hilarious, yes she does. "I'm in Slytherin," he replied.

"Yeah. A lot of people here don't read it though...They think it's a waste of paper," she says with a small shrug. "Slytherin? You're awfully nice compared to some of the others in your house," she says, thinking of Evan. Jerk.

Regulus shrugged. "I dunno about that. Most of the Slytherins are alright- just- some aren't," he said, uneasily, unpleasant memories coming to mind. "A waste of paper?! It's bloody brilliant. I swear, if I ever need cheering up, I always read it. Can't not laugh, honestly- it's pure genius!"

"Like Evan," she grumbled, pushing him out of her mind and smiling. "I'm glad you think so! It's quite informative, if I do say so myself," she said proudly.

"Evan? I don't think I know Evan. But yes, yes it is!" Regulus suppressed a giggle at that, but smiled at her. "I guess I'm not your typical Slytherin, I have a lot of friends in Gryffindor. Er, at least I'm not now- I really was, at the beginning of the year, but than I met Viktor and it all changed. Except Dee, we're still friends!"

"You don't want to," she says, shaking her head. "And I love Dee! She's always been my best friend," she says happily. "Most of my friends are in Gryffindor. Hermione, Dean, Neville...Rolf's a Ravenclaw though. He reads the Quibbler too."

"Oh! I know Hermione! She's a friend of mine as well," he said with a smile. "I'm friends with Fabian Prewett, and Remus Lupin," he replied.
