Buckbeak, being a mind reader, regrets finding out that last part about dragons. But maybe dragons are the allies he needs in his campagin against apples? If one winged beast can consume a thousand apples, an armarda of winged beasts can consume... more than a thousand apples! He would need the reinforcments, too many good fruit had ~~died~~ been eaten in his crusades; and those apples return in force for every single apple he destroys. They are growing in number.

Buckbeak lowers his back legs, Hagrid would be invaluable in locating these dragons, if a bit heavier than some students.

Hagrid chuckles as Beaky lowers his hind legs and blushes a little bit. Nobody's ever wanted him to ride them before!

"All righ', Beaky. I'll try ter mind yer feathers."

He climbs on the majestic creature and waits to see if he'll be flying, or sinking knee-deep into the ground.

"Bok!"

That oaf is heavier than he looks. *Hurrrrrnnngggh* It is all Buckbeak can do to keep standing. He begins at a trot and advances into a gallop. Buckbeak's trusty lieutenant Hagrid jostled on his back, every bump a new bruise. It will be worth it, he tells himself, the look on Polly's face when I arive with my dragon army.

Opps, Buckbeak realises. Running out of runway here.

Hagrid lets out a whoop of encouragement and dumps about ten old Daily Prophets from the pockets of his moleskin cloak to lighten the load.

"C'mon, Beaky!"

[Something out of ET ensues. With flying past a moon etc.]

Uh-oh. Buckbeak is feeling a bit un-aerodynamic right now with a half-giant on his back. Realising he actually has no idea where he is going and that every second he is losing altitude and energy; Buckbeak spirals down towards a flat grassy area beside a very large and imposing tree... To Buckbeak almost seems like the tree is moving of it's own accord.

[I hope you have something in your pockets Hagrid.]

~~Hagrid pulls the sword of Godric Gryffindor from his pockets and slays the Whomping Willlow, before riding Buckbeak off like a great winged steed.~~

Hagrid dismounts ungracefully as Beaky ~~crash lands~~ touches down, looking around with interest at their new location. Hmm, slight breeze of - HOLY SHIT IT'S THE WHOMPING WILLOW! He roots frantically through his many, many pockets and pulls out... a pink umbrella. He puts the umbrella up and holds it over their heads like a shield as he continues to search. And owl comes out next, blinking it's big owlish eyes at the sunlight before it flies away to land in a tree not bearing down on them with big, fisty, angry branches. Hagrid pulls out something else and without even looking, pelts it at the knot in the base of the trunk to freeze the tree. The tree freezes and a dead ferret flops to the ground. Oh. Hope Beaky likes his meat tenderized.

Buckbeak is disgusted that Hagrid would expect him to play fetch with - Oh is that a ferret? Buckbeak hobbles over to the base of the tree to devour the morsel, unaware that he narrowly escaped from peril.

Hagrid calls Buckbeak away from the tree of doom and then turns to amble on back to the Forest, because I have to go now. BYE!

Harry walks down to the lake and sees some guy he has never met before swimming in the water. He waved to the boy then sat down in the grass right next to the water.

"Colin Creevey," Colin said, grinning, flipping his hair, and putting out his hand for Harry to shake. "Official yearbook-maker of Hogwarts. I'm surprised I haven't seen you around the common room - you're in Gryffindor, right?"

When Harry heard who this guy was his jaw dropped to the ground. "C-Colin Creevey??!! Wow...you've changed since I last saw you around Hogwarts...dude! You look like a different person! Uh yeah I'm in Gryff but my best friend is a Ravenclaw and my girlfriend is a Slytherin so I tend to stay out of the common room." He said trying to still hide his surprise.

Harry turns to Dustin. "Yup...it's THE Harry Potter...see?" He said as he pushed away his bangs revealing his scar. [dude that's sweet! lol!]

"Yeah I suppose.." Harry was thinking Colin was ~~prolly straight because Milli was his girlfriend...shoot.~~ a pretty cool guy so he smiled again and said. "Sure thing...sounds fun!"

Harry laughed at Dustin...he seems really really nice...maybe they would become friends..if he stopped flipping out. "Yeah...I guess I'm kinda getting used to it..it is annoying but.." he said looking at Dustin breathing in and out heavily. "don't hurt yourself ok?" He said grinning.

"Great!" Colin exclaimed, remembering Milli just in time to stop him jumping on Harry. Harry wasn't even that good-looking anyways. What was he thinking? He held up his camera and quickly took a picture. "I'm trying to get autographs of everyone too," he explained as he took the picture out of the camera. Handing the picture to Harry, Colin took a pen out of his back pocket. "Would you do the honors? I'm not sure I can fake your signature." He grinned and ran a hand through his hair.

Harry grinned for the camera and hoped he didn't blink. "Oh..yeah..urm..sure you can get my signature.." He said as he awkwardly scribbled down his name. "There ya go...Hey it was nice seeing you again Colin!" He turns to Dustin and says "Yup I could tell...my best friend is Ravenclaw..you must be a genius too! Nice meeting you Dustin..do you mind if I call you D? Cuz I'm going too...but I've gotta run now...got some last minute homework to do and my best friend would kill me if I don't have it done next time I see her...I'll catch you two later" He said as he nodded goodbye to both of them and started making his way up to the castle.

"Again?" Colin asked. "We've met?" He blinked, then quickly recovered himself and said, "Yeah, it was. I'll get going then..." He stored the picture in his pocket temporarily, in the pocket with Milli's, before he put it in the yearbook.
