Molly tilts her head to the side, regarding Viktor over the top of her almost-completed scarf. Fabian is just going to DIE when she shows it to him! "Hmm... I couldn't imagine a Krum not playing Quidditch. Krum is, like, synonymous with Quidditch. Oh, unless the baby would take Regulus' name? Oh, if he didn't play Quidditch, I think you would have to legally drop the 'Krum' from his name. Because that would be, like, illegal or something, right?"

Viktor laughs. "Ve probably vould, but he'll play Quidditch. He von't have a choice vith Regulus and me alvays talking about it. That kid vill be flying before he can valk....Or she," he adds because although Alex and Eowyn know it's a boy, Viktor and Regulus don't.

"Ali is a pretty good seeker," Molly comments offhandedly, because girls can indeed play Quidditch. And as far as Molly knows, it's only a hypothetical baby right now, and is therefore genderless.

"Oh yeah. I've met her. She told me she played quidditch a lot. Ve have Alicia, Katie, and Angelina on our team for Gryffindor. They're much better than the Bulgarian chasers if you ask me," he says remembering the World Cup game against Ireland.

"Bulgaria's chasers suck," Molly agrees. "Who loses to Ireland!? Honestly... You should probably watch yourself, though - if Ali sets her sights on your seeker spot, you may just wake up in a magical trunk with seven compartments, half way back to Bulgaria. Oh.... I shouldn't have told you that. Never mind, forget I said anything!" she says brightly.

Viktor laughs. "It's fine. This is my last year anyvay so she can have the spot ven I leave. She looks like she'd be a vunderful seeker. I haven't seen her play yet, but I can tell she's determined enough for the position."

Molly groans and considers taking out all the potential challengers herself just to save the headache. "Merlin, I'll never hear the end of it! She'll flip. In fact, I think my next endeavour will be to knit myself a pair of earmuffs!"

Molly shrugs. "Well you didn't actually expect anything different, did you? What house wouldn't want an international Quidditch star on their team? It's like an automatic pass to the Quidditch Cup."

Molly arches an eyebrow. "But only a few right? So essentially, the Cup is still in the bag for Gryffindor. Because his best hope would be distracting you, right, which means he would be distracting himself in the process?"

Viktor smirks. "I still have quite a few tricks off my sleeve. He can't beat me to the snitch-- Vell, as long as I'm on my broom at least," he adds, thinking of Regulus and his sneaky ways that night at the pitch. Naughty, naughty.

Molly bites her tongue to keep a straight face. "That look is somewhat disturbing, you know. It tells me you're thinking things my brothers would have a heart attack over if they knew said things were ever thought in my presence. Poor boys - so naive. But if their delusions keep their heads from exploding, then so be it." Then she blinks, wondering if she really just said all that out loud, and if it made as little sense in the real world as it did in her head. Whoa, like, lay off the Special Cookies, Mol.

Viktor blinks innocently. "I vos just thinking about Quidditch stuff. You know, flying, brooms, snitches. The usual," he says while nodding. "No idea vot you're talking about," he adds with a smirk.

Molly giggles and goes back to her knitting. "Ok. Whatever you say. Although I maintain that Quidditch is about the most innuendo-laden and euphemistic sport there is. But never mind that. Look - I think I'm nearly done. You think it's long enough?" She holds out the scarf to judge - it could probably wrap around Fabian's neck about ten times, but long scarves are the bomb. And this way, he can flail the ends about fabulously as he walks.

Viktor laughs because it's true. He looks up at the scarf and smiles. "It's perfect for Fabian. Vot do you think of mine? Still don't have a clue vot to do vith it, but it's finished."

Molly reaches out a hand to inspect Viktor's scarf. "This is really good! I can't believe you've only just picked knitting up - you're kind of a natural. Oh, hey - you know if you don't tug the yarn quite so hard on your final stitch in a row, you won't get that little gather thing right there," she advises, pointing out the only minuscule flaw in the awesometastic work.

Viktor grins happily at the comment because how awesome is it to be a natural at two things! Well, three if you ask Regulus because I'm sure he could think of one more thing that Viktor is a natural at. "Thanks," he says, still smiling. "And I'll keep that in mind for next time. Ve should do this again sometime. It's nice having somevon else to knit vith," he tells her, trying not to think of Scorpius.

"It is," Molly agrees, finishing off her own scarf and beginning to roll it up. She'll have to find a big old sparkly bow to slap on it and give to Fabian. "I'd definitely like to do it again sometime. There just aren't enough people in the world who appreciate how awesome it is to take a ball of yarn and, like, make something cool out of it!"

"Exactly. And knitted items make great gifts. My boyfriend alvays has his scarf vith him," he said with a smile. "It vos the first thing I ever made ven I first learned out to knit."

Molly smiles. "That's so sweet," she coos. "I can't even remember the first thing I knitted, but it was undoubtedly misshapen. Well, I suppose I ought to head back." She finishes packing everything into her knitting bag.

Molly grins and takes his hand, getting to her feet and dusting the dirt off her bum. "Thanks! I've had a great time too. It's kind of nice to have a friend I'm not related to! It hasn't been as easy to meet people as I'd hoped... haven't even met Giddy's girlfriend yet," she chatters as they turn towards the castle.
