"I do remember seeing him carrying around a plant alot. And Parvati told me once that she was in his dorm, and this plant ,like, exploded all over her! Apparently it was really smelly too!" She played with her hair unconsciously. "Anyways, I'm famished. Fancy getting a bite to eat? Someone's told me how to get into the kitchen." She smiled at him.

"Ah, yes, the Mimbulus Mimbletonia! She must've touched it and caused a boil to squirt out the Stinksap." Seamus froze. "Merlin's beard, I know too much! Neville's contagious!" He cried with wide eyes, then licked his lips at the mention of food. "Love too! I could eat a freakin' hippogriff! Mmm, who told ya 'ow to get into the kitchens?" Seamus wondered aloud as he stood up.

She too stood. "Hmm, I could tell you, but then I'd have to kill you." She looked at him very seriously then burst out laughing. "I actually don't really remember. Hard to keep all of my sources straight. Well then, let's go!" She led the way while talking happily the whole walk up to the castle.

Molly looks up and grins, because she's friendly and she loves to smile. "Hey Zach, how have you been? It's been a while since I've seen you. How did that essay go? Did it, like, kill you or did you get through it alright? What else is new?"

Molly would like Zach to know that she remembers he doesn't like being blathered at.... so she toned herself down there. >.> XD
Molly grins. "Any essay that makes it in on time and doesn't get, like, a T, is decent to me. Me? Um... who even knows what I get up to in a day?" she shrugs because sometimes when she's high, she sort of forgets a little bit. Oops. "Uh, the usual really. Like, hanging out with my brothers and sister and stuff. Taught one of the girls in my house how to bake cupcakes which was pretty awesome. Threatened my brother's new boyfriend with a frying pan. Had a minor crisis with my other brother wanting to murder the guy I'm seeing. You know - just a regular day at the office. I like the quiet life," she jokes, grinning and swinging her legs back and forth again.

Molly scoffs, but she's giggling good-naturedly. "OhmyGod! Like, where would be the fun in that? Wands are cool and all, but sometimes it's just way more satisfying to go with the old-fashioned threat of violence. Besides, the frying pan was right there already, and it's not like I was gonna hurt the guy. It's just that I was demonstrating all the bad things that could happen if he hurt my brother," she says with a shrug. It had to be done, after all.

"The... Squid?" Zach looked over the water. "I've never actually seen it. Thought it was just a rumour. Seems a little unsafe to have a giant squid in water that students swim in, doesn't it? Big liability on the school..."

"OhmyGod! I know, right? I mean, there's like a giant Whomping Willow, a forest full of nasties right there, apparently the most haunted building in Britain or whatever down the road, staircases that move at random, and a deep sea creature in the lake!" Molly exclaims, ticking them off her fingers. "I totally do not see how the founders thought all that stuff was a good idea. But the squid is cool. Me and Viktor Krum saw him once. We named him Marvin and he ate our shoes. It was a good time," she says lightly, because shit like that happens to Molly all the time.

"Dude, I have, like, no idea why he went for the shoes, but I totally wasn't gonna fight him for them. Oh. Yeah. Huh. I just realised I have, like, no idea at all what a Giant Squid would eat. Weird, huh? I mean, it'd have to be something that lives in the lake. Ooh - I hope it's not Merpeople because that would be a bit awkward. Those trident pitchfork thingies they're meant to carry would kinda hurt, too." Molly starts twirling a strand of hair around her finger, contemplating the million galleon question of what in the world a squid would eat.

Molly comes skipping along to go Marvin Watching. Oh, brilliant, her Squid-Watch buddy is here! She greams and plops down next to Viktor, giving him a quick hug because they're, like, practically family now. Uh huh.
"Hey Viktor! How you doing? I just thought I'd come on down and see if Marvin was out today - I still haven't seen him since that day he ate our shoes, and I'm pretty sure that this guy from Hufflepuff thinks I was, like, high and hallucinated the whole thing but I totally know I wasn't because you saw it too and I definitely wasn't on anything that day! So have you seen him yet?"
Yep, that was pretty much all in one breath, too.

No, I haven't seen him since that day vith you, but don't listen to that Hufflepuff. Ve both saw Marvin vith our own eyes. He's real. I sort of miss him," he said sadly. "Do you think he's mad at us?"

Molly is greaming extra hard, because she loves big manly bear hugs. Yes, she does. Then her gream sort of dies, like it's blown a fuse. "OhmyGod! Viktor! What if he is mad at us!? Like, why would he be mad at us? Do you think maybe our shoes, like, gave him gas? Or maybe we should've brought more? I can't throw these ones in there for him - Fabian gave them to me and I totally promised I would take care of them! What if he's mad because I told everyone about him? Or that we named him Marvin when really she's Marvene?" She looks out at the water with wide, sad eyes. "I can't make it better if I don't know what's wrong!" she wails.

Viktor frowns because he can't frout. Viktor Krum does not pout. He gently rubs Molly's back in a comforting, brotherly manner as he tries to cheer her up. Poor girl. Marvin better show today, or else. "Vell, he might not be mad. He could be on vacation? Or...Um, maybe he's found himself a girlfriend- or a boyfriend, and they're off having a good time. There could be other reasons as to vy he hasn't been around much."

Molly does not like to be sad, she likes to be happy. So she tries to focus on the positives. She smiles again, thinking of all the good places Marvin could be. "You're totally right. I'm overreacting. He could be, like, at a Deep Sea Creatures Confined To Great Lakes convention, or visiting relatives, or at Rehab... oh, I hope he's off making cute little Giant Squid babies, though," she says with a dreamy sigh. "How cute would that be? The splish splash of little tentacles waving about on the surface...."
