Viktor nodded because this sounds reasonable, and he agrees that the splash of little tentacles would be adorable. All the little Marvin's and Marvene's swimming around. Aw. "That'd be great! It's sad that I von't be here next year to see them. Maybe I'll be allowed to visit, so I can meet the little Marvin's because I vould not vant to miss out on that opportunity."

Molly nods. "I'll keep a lookout and, like, send you a postcard or something if I see the little guys and girls." Then she gets one of her very rare, but no less cute than all the other expressions, Serious Face. "It's going to be, like, so weird next year. Like, most of the people I know and love will be gone... And ok, ok, so I know I'm totally awesome and people totally like me, and I'll still have Ali, but it just going to be different, you know?"
She looks out at the lake, her eyes continually scanning the surface because, hey, Marvin's probably out there somewhere.

Viktor is also keeping his eyes on the water...Just in case. "It's going to be weird in September ven I don't come back to school. It's going to be sad not seeing everyvon all the time. But I can alvays visit. And I'm sure I'll be around the Prewett house a lot this summer," he said with a grin because Fabian BETTER invite Viktor over for Prewett family dinners.

"You'd better be over a whole bunch this summer!" Molly says, cracking a bit of a gream again because she just loves to cook for people. Especially people who make her family happy. "If nothing else, I'm sure Kingsley will appreciate the more sane company if he ever comes over for dinner, and to watch movies and stuff. It still bums me out, though, thinking of next year. I won't have him around... not that we spend, like, every waking minute together or anything, but I kinda like knowing he's close by, you know? And not having Gid and Fay around is going to be super hard! And I'm going to worry about who's feeding them, because I know there's really nobody else who looks after all of us properly... I'll go home for Christmas and they'll have been living on takeout for four straight months or something!"

SORRY FOR BEING SLOW! My mom came home and I had to help with something.

"Vell, you know I can cook so you don't have to vorry about Fabian going hungry. If he comes to visit me in Bulgaria, I'll be sure to make him eat properly. Not those crazy sammiches he thinks are so delicious," he said with a laugh. "And as for Gideon? Um. I'm sure he'll be fine. I guess there's alvays take out until you get back." He grinned as he thought of Molly and his Old Spice buddy. What a cute couple. "Do you and Kingsley have any plans to hang out this summer?"

[No worries! *tried my hand at a little bit of this 'work' stuff I get paid for...*]

Molly nudges Viktor playfully in the shoulder with her own, but all that happens is she sort of just bounces off. She giggles and throws a hand out to keep herself upright. "You'd better look after Fabian, or I'll totally be after you with my frying pan, Viktor Krum. And Gideon... yeah..." Molly bets his stupid French whore can't even make a decent sammich. Wow. She's really never letting that go... She shrugs, straining her eyes against the water because she sort of thinks she saw a flicker of movement right out in the middle of the lake. "Kingsley and I talked about doing some stuff before. I hope he still wants to. He said he would teach me how to ride a horse, and I was gonna show him some old movies and junk. Should be cool."

"That sounds fun. Horses are awesome," he said because how different can it be from riding a broom, really. "And don't vorry about Fabian. I'd never hurt him. I actually got him to spend some time in the library the other day. He touched a book and everything. I think this relationship is going to do vonders for both of us," he said happily. Fabian reading books. Viktor having soft hair. What a life.

Molly's eyebrows rise, and she's impressed enough even to glance away from the lake for a moment. "You got Fabian into the Library? And he, like, touched a book and everything? OhmyGod it must be love."
She sees a flutter of movement out of the corner of her eye and her head whips about. "Did you just see that? I thought I saw something moving in the water." She stares intently at the spot where she saw the disturbance.

Viktor's face lights up as Molly mentions the word Fabian and love in the same context, but his attention is quickly averted to a possible Marvin sighting. "No. No, I didn't. You think it vos Marvin? Or a friend of Marvin perhaps?"

Molly tilts her head to the side, regarding the expanse of blue before them. "I dunno," she finally shrugs, when no tentacles break the surface. "Maybe it was just the wind. Or, like, The Black Pearl or whatever... Loch Ness monster popping over for a cuppa? Oh hey, there it is again!" she squeals, pointing.
Sure enough, the water in the middle of the lake is swirling as if it's being churned beneath the surface. "Maybe the merpeople are making a whirlpool!"

Viktor's eyes widen as he watches the swirling water, wondering what it could possible be. "Oh. Woah. Maybe...That doesn't look like the time ve saw Marvin. I vonder vot else is in the lake besides him, merpeople, and the grindylow." He furrowed his brow and kept concentrating on the water, waiting for whatever it was making the whirlpool to reveal itself.

Molly shrugs. "You're the one that's been down there, you tell me," she says lightly, still watching the water. "Oh! Maybe it IS Marvin, and he's dancing, which is why the water is moving all funny. Or maybe Marvin is entertaining a guest and they're dancing together," she says, putting that last little bit in air quotes because they're probably shagging. Yeah. "I wonder what the Loch Ness Monster and Marvin's love child would look like..."

Viktor also shrugged. "I only saw the merpeople and grindylow. Not the most friendly of creatures. It vould have been cool to see Marvin ven I vent down there though. Dancing together, eh?" He smirked. Marvin really knows how to 'entertain' his guests. "Looks like somevon's having a good time whoever it is. Hopefully it is Marvin. I vant him to be happy," he said smiling. "Their love child? It'd probably be really adorable. Postcard picture worthy in fact."

Molly giggles. "Look at that water fly," she says gleefully, watching the lake give a particularly spirited churn that even creates a little wave action. "Certainly looks happy-making to me! Except I don't know if little Marv-Ness - ohmyGod that sounds a little like Marvelous if you say it super fast! Erm, anyway, I don't know if little Marvelous would end up on postcards, coming from two kinda camera-shy parents and all. Sad, really. Maybe they have body issues and don't realise how awesome they are. I totally can't imagine being like that, but whatever. Some people are shy, and stuff, right? I mean, I don't know myself, but I've heard about it..."

"Marvelous...Marv-ness...Marvelous...Huh, you're right," he says with a happy grin because little Marv-ness is definitely marvelous. Viktor considers telling Molly that he didn't say much back in the day, but realizes that it would be too difficult to explain to Molly Prewett. She wouldn't understand if Viktor said 'I just never had much to say' because Molly always has stuff to say, which compliments Viktor quite nicely, not gonna lie. "Yeah. I know some shy people. Reg vos sort of shy. He made me look like a chatter box ven I introduced him to my friends," he said with a light laugh. "Who knows? Maybe little Marv-ness vill end up not being like his parents. Maybe he'll love spotlight!"

Molly contemplates telling Viktor that Reg was a stupid bitch, but decides against it. He already knows, after all. If Viktor tried to explain the concept of 'not saying very much' to her, she would tilt her head to the side like a puppy, say "huh, weird", and promptly chatter on. She even makes Kingsley talk a fair bit, so she really doesn't get it. "There should be, like, an institute for overcoming shyness or something. I would totally offer to run it myself, but the thing is, nobody else would get a word in edgeways so I don't know if they'd really get anywhere. Whatever, I only wanna teach fun stuff like baking and knitting anyway. Maybe little Marvelous Marv-Ness will become, like, Nessie and Marvin's spokesbaby-squid-monster-thing, and they'll all get out more."
She keeps watching the water, certain if she's just patient... she thinks that's the word, but she doesn't really know because she doesn't usually wait for stuff, she just goes to get it... maybe they WILL see Marvin today.

Viktor keeps his eyes on the water, hoping that Marvin will pop his little, er- his big head out to say hello. He chuckles slightly at the idea of Molly at an institute for shy people. "I'd stick to the baking and knitting if I vere you. That sounds like it'd be a lot more fun. It's alvays fun to teach people vot you know. I've thought about becoming a trainer of Quidditch players venever I end up retiring from being a seeker for Bulgaria."

"OhmyGod you should totally be a trainer or a coach or whatever they call them whenever you retire. Hey, when do Quidditch players retire? Because you totally can't play for as long as most people work for, right? Cause if you did there'd be a lot more wrinkly grey people on teams, and the posters wouldn't be nearly as hot as they are now. And that would, like, be so bad for sales. I mean who wants to buy a poster with some old dude on it? I taught one of the girls in Gryffindor how to bake cupcakes last week," Molly says proudly. "She totally nailed it, too!"

Viktor frowns slightly, thinking about how he won't be able to play Quidditch forever as much as he'd love to keep going until he keels over. "Oh, it sort of depends on the player, I suppose. Early 30's usually," he says with a shrug, though he's Viktor Fucking Krum and will probably end up playing until he's like 40 because it's actually making me sort of sad to think of the day when Viktor isn't the Bulgarian seeker anymore. 40 is good for me. "Cupcakes, huh? Who's the lucky student?"

"So you're gonna be, like, the first 40 year old Quidditch star in forever, huh?" Molly giggles, because she knows they'll have to drag Viktor from his broom. They'll probably have to call Kingsley in to help, because it would take a LOT to be able to get Viktor to stop flying. "Oh, um, Demelza. She was so cute - she said she never ever ever could make stuff without messing it up, but she totally underestimates herself I think. OhmyGod!" Molly screams, pointing. A tentacle! Either Marvin is about to go for the big finish with the Loch Ness Monster, or he's coming to say hello!

"Hopefully. I'd like to think I'll last longer than the average Quidditch player. And I hope I can last longer than Gideon because I've sure got a lot to live up to in 2.0." Viktor will never stop flying because he's going to have to fly with his and Fabian's kids all the time. It just won't be professionally. Poor guy. It'll be a sad day when Viktor turns in his red robes, and omg I'm going to stop thinking about this now. Viktor greams when he sees Marvin. "Marvin! It's him! He's here! Looks like he's not mad at us after all!"

Molly smiles. "I'm sure you will. And hey, you'll still fly even after you retire, right?"
Then she's all bouncing around and squealing and clapping because OHMYGOD it's Marvin! She waves excitedly.
"Hi Marvin! I'm sorry we didn't bring you any more shoes! And we, like, don't know what else you eat! Maybe I'll bring flowers next time?"

"And you've got to teach my kids how to fly too, don't forget," Molly says with a nod. "Except Ron, the douchebag who does not deserve Hermione, or Percy the asexual, uncoordinated loser."
"OhmyGod, a pie! That would be, like, the best idea ever! I should totally bake him some cookies, too don't you think?" Molly says, and then bursts into hysterical giggles because she now kind of wants to know what would happen if Marvin had the Special Cookies. She bets he'll spend hours watching his tentacles flail... and now she kind of wants to get baked and come down here to watch Marvin's tentacles move... Oh jeez, she's making a mental note of that for Gid and Mol's Excellent Adventures.
She grins, watching Marvin wave back at them. The Loch Ness Monster has yet to make an appearance, but hey, she may be busy underwater and OMFG WHAT THE HELL AM I ON TODAY?
