Hermione laughs. "She gets fed as often as she pleases, really. So I'm sure she's not malnutritioned! I think I'll start her on more than just milk though, because clearly she's interested in tasting new things. I'm sure I could puree up some vegetables in the kitchens anytime. You're an odd little girl, Kiora Rose," she says quietly. "But you are so very adorable."

"I think she'd enjoy that. She certainly does like duck and Viktor Krum buttons though," he jokes with a smirk. "Vy don't you try some of that. I think she'd appreciate it much more than vegetables."

Hermione giggles. "Yes, but it looks like you've already got that covered," she points out as Kiora detaches herself from the button, leaving a lovely little wet patch on Viktor's shirt, and looks back up at him. Then, she stretches her arms up and tries her best to give him a cuddle, not that her tiny arms can do more than even clear his shoulders, or that she even knows exactly what she's doing.

Viktor laughs and ignores his wet shirt for now because he's sort of melting inside as Kiora attempts to snuggle him. He gently wraps his strong, manly arms around her, giving her a gently Viktor Krum hug as he kisses her lightly on the head. "Vell, I'll be sure to send some shirts over to your dorm later. I vouldn't vant Kiora to go hungry."

Hermione is busy watching how completely adorable her daughter is being and forgets to respond for a while. "Oh, thanks," she finally says, smiling still at the little body snuggled up to her best friend, Kiora's hand now lazily patting Viktor's shoulder. She looks sleepy and Hermione moves forward to slip a pacifier into Kiora's mouth, Kiora just blinks at her mother and then pats Viktor some more.

Viktor smiles as Kiora pats his shoulder, and gently strokes her small little back, knowing it won't be long before she passes out in his arms again like she did last time. "She's so perfect," he says quietly as he sits there snuggling with Kiora.

Hermione's eyes light up. "She is, isn't she? I still don't know what I did to deserve my life, but I think I must've cashed in about five lifetimes of karma points at once." She watches Kiora still lazily patting Viktor, but the pats are becoming much slower, her eyes closing more and more often now.

"Yeah. I know," he said with a small smile. "I try to convince myself, though I'm really not as perfect as Regulus keeps saying I am," he said with a sigh as he lightly stroked the top of Kiora's head.

"Nobody is perfect, you know that. Doesn't mean you should get down on yourself over it - it's only human to make mistakes. Is she asleep?" Hermione asks softly, because Kiora's hand has stopped patting at last, and her face is turned inwards, towards Viktor's chest where Hermione can't see it for herself.

"I know that. I just hope Regulus understands that I'm trying my best. I can't help it if I make a mistake every now and then," he says, thinking of how Regulus overreacted to the bathroom incident. He glances down and smiles at a sleeping Kiora. "Yes. It looks like it. I guess that little snack she had tired her out. Eatting buttons can do that to you," he teases with a smirk.

"Regulus will understand. One day. He's just... I guess he just doesn't know how relationships truly work yet. He'll learn eventually, I hope sooner rather than later of course." She smiles, her eyes drifting back down towards Kiora. "Well, buttons are hard work you know."

Viktor chuckles and decides not to mention how Regulus might not be too happy with him, considering the way he left him in the locker room so suddenly the other day. "That they are. It seems like it vos only yesterday that I vos her age, and spent all my time eating button off of innocent people's shirts."

Hermione giggles, trying to distract Viktor from sad thoughts. "Well no wonder you grew up big and strong! Buttons clearly have excellent nutritional value. I may as well do away with other foods for her altogether!"

"I'll make a note of that," Hermione says wryly. Then she sighs. "I suppose I should get her back to her crib now, let her have a proper rest. Not that she doesn't seem to be very comfortable, of course."

Viktor grins as he looks down at Kiora, who does look very comfortable in her position. "She does, but I guess my chest has nothing against her bed," he said with a smirk as he gently handed Kiora over to Mya, trying not to wake up the sleeping child.

Hermione smiles as she takes her daughter back and climbs carefully to her feet. Kiora stirs a little, but Hermione rocks her and makes soothing noises and Kiora settles again almost at once. "See you around, Viktor," she says quietly, leaning over to kiss the top of his head in her usual maternal way and wandering back to the castle, holding Kiora close.

Regulus is walking around outside at night, rather shaken by what he'd seen earlier in the day, and completely at a loss as to how to deal with it. He sees Lucius in the distance- who could miss that blonde hair?- and walks over, glad to see his friend and mentor. He'd know what to do; he was so much more intelligent and experienced, he would be able to help him. He approaches him with a rather sullen look on his face. "Hey, Lucius, do you mind talking for a bit? I kind of need a friend right now."

Lucius looks over and Regulus and is about to make a sarcastic comment before he realizes that Regulus actually does look upset. "Sure, Regulus. What's wrong? Something to do with Viktor again?"

"Yeah," he said in a quiet, shaky voice, still thoroughly upset about it all. "I think I finally figured out what's been going on with him. I was on my way back from the pitch when I saw him with the Hufflepuff seeker, Cedric Diggory. Viktor had some kind of fling with him back when we broke up. I feel bad, but I kind of stayed and eavesdropped a little, because they looked really flirty, and I was just nervous and- they kissed. Viktor was kissing another guy. I don't know what happened after, I ran away, I was too upset," he said, his voice cracking.

Lucius is not the hugging type, so sadly he does not hug is sad friend. "He did what!? That asshole," he says, though he's happy for another reason to hate Krum. "You've been nothing but loving and caring, and he goes behind your back and does this to you. If I was you and I saw that happen, I would have marched on over and given him a piece of my mind. I'm assuming you haven't talked to him yet? I could talk to him if you'd like," he said with a devilish smirk as he fingers his pimp cane which carries his wand.
