I totally don't like Viktor's boyfriend because Viktor is, like, always so nice to me and Regulus just seems to make him sad. I don't like it when nice people are sad, which is how I seem to manage doing things like slapping the people that make them sad."

Kingsley's glad that Molly talks a lot, because he doesn't. He loves listening to her talk though. Yep. Oh, and now he isn't very happy with Reg, because he doesn't like people who hurt Molly. Nope. Yeah, that's right people. Don't hurt or insult Molly, because then you have to deal with the scary mountain tall guy. And he bites...through bone. Hehe. "Sounds like your sister had a fun time. I haven't spoken to Regulus much since the time he literally ran into me in the library and thought I was going to kill him. He seemed alright then but, if he's making Viktor upset, and did something to bother you, that doesn't really leave me with a good impression."

Molly can totally look after herself. But she's very flattered and pleased that Kingsley is on her side. She shrugs. "Well I'm totally biased, really, because I'd, like, never even met him until that day. But Viktor told me some stuff that was really kinda sad, and it made me think that this guy doesn't treat Viktor right, and the way I saw him treat Viktor totally confirmed it in my mind. I, like, can't even believe that someone would just slap someone they love because of a stupid thing that wasn't even his fault! And Viktor is, like, too nice a guy to stick up for himself, and I don't let anyone get away with hurting my family or friends, so... yeah. I wasn't hurt though - I was already starting to sit down when Regulus tied my laces together and tripped me, and besides, it's not like I ever have far to fall anyway, right?" she giggles, making light of it because slapping Regulus was definitely worth being tripped over. "So, whatever - I guess we've all got to take people as we see them. But I don't like him one bit!"

Kingsley shakes his head. "He better start treating Viktor right. Viktor's a great guy and deserves to be treated well. And it was just a game right? Regulus chose to play knowing what could happen. It wasn't Viktor's fault."

"Yu-huh. Totally stupid, if you ask me. And ohmyGod why am I still sitting here bitching about stupid Regulus Black when I, like, haven't seen you in forever! Um, I have something for you," she admits, colouring slightly and fiddling with the ends of her hair. "I, uh, remembered you saying that sweater you loaned me - which I had washed and will totally get back to you I promise, it's just I haven't seen you very often since then - was your favourite and you couldn't find a replacement, and uh..." she trails off, a rare thing for Molly, and reaches into her knitting bag. She emerges with something soft and dark, which she shoves into Kingsley's hands with an embarrassed grin. "I hope you like it," she says quietly (another rare thing for Mol). "I tried my best to get the yarn and the pattern the same."

Kingsley looks down when Molly shoves something soft and dark into his hands. He looks at the sweater and smiles. "Molly...wow, this is amazing." He was practically speechless - which isn't all that unusual because he hardly talks at all, but this was a different type of speechless of course - and he looked up at Molly. "I love it. Thank you, really." Grinning, he pulled her in for a tight hug and kissed her forehead. "About my old sweater...I want you to keep it, alright? You look adorable in it, plus now we can match." He doesn't feel like letting go of her right now, yay Mosley cuddles. ^^

Molly's face lights up as he tells her he loves the gift, and really does look pleased with it. When he pulls her into his arms and kisses her forehead, her eyes flutter closed for a moment. It really is the nicest feeling in the world, being this close to Kingsley. Still pulling into the hug, she moves her face so she can look up to him with wide eyes and a soft smile. "Are you sure? It's, like, your favourite - you said so. You won't miss it?"

Kingsley shakes his head, smiling down at her. "It is my favorite, but I want you to have it. I couldn't think of a better person to give it to. So, shall I try this lovely sweater on?" He really does want to, it's going to be his new favorite sweater. It's made by Molly so it's the best sweater of all time, OF ALL TIME.

Molly grins. "Thanks," she says, touched by the sentiment and not wanting to ruin the moment with her usual babble. She stays cuddled up to him for several more seconds, waiting anxiously to see if the sweater fits him. Then she realises that she has to actually move for him to be able to put it on. Oh. Bummer. "Oh!" she exclaims, grinning sheepishly and pulling away to give him room. "Yeah, you should totally try it on. I've been, like, dying to see if it fits, and if I got the details right. Plus I washed it in, like, a truckload of fabric softener so it should be nice and soft and have that yummy worn in feeling already. I hope." She twists a strand of hair around her fingers while she waits.

Kingsley chuckles when Molly finally realizes that she does indeed have to move away from him if he's to try on the sweater. Once she's moved away, he pulls off the shirt he's already wearing and pulls the sweater on. Meanwhile, Molly gets a lovely view of his upper half. Yummy. *blinks* Once he gets the sweater on he grins. "It's very comfortable, and fits well. I love it, Molly." Meanwhile, Amethyst has acquired a puppy on her lap. Hello puppy. You're warm.

Lenore wants a puppy. And a shirtless Old Spice Man. Instead, she has a sammich. Anyone wanna trade?
Molly blinks when he pulls his shirt off, her face heating up just a little bit because it is indeed a wonderful view. Her face practically glows with pleasure when the sweater fits and she automatically kicks into fussing mode, climbing up on her knees to reach as she makes sure the seams are straight and hanging right on that muscular frame of his. "Brilliant," she breathes, not even noticing the hard rock ground digging into her knees. "I'm, like, so glad you like it. Really, really. And I'm totally relieved it fits, too. I'd be so bummed if I'd messed up and had to start again. Not that I ever mess up with knitting or baking but you know, I really didn't want to this time either."

Kingsley can't help but grin as Molly goes into fussing mode. It's been a long time since anyone's really done that around him - his parents just sort of assume he has everything under control. So he's not used to people fussing about. "Well, you've done a marvelous job." He pulls her into his arms because, even though he may be like a stone wall to people sometimes, Kingsley does like cuddles. "I'd love it even if there was a mistake on it, because it was made by you."

Molly arches an eyebrow up at him, her lips twisting into a little smirk. "Hey! Molly Prewett does not make mistakes. She makes strategic and creative deviations from the plan." When he pulls her into another cuddle, there's no way for her to go but in his lap, not that she minds in the least. Thank Merlin she's so light, though. She braces herself with a hand on his chest - ooh, the sweater is totally soft, unlike the chest beneath it - and blinks when she realises exactly how sweet what he was telling her is. She doesn't have the right words, and actually realises so for once, so she leans forward and kisses him softly. She pulls back and smiles sheepishly. "I wasn't, like, being too much of a pushy cow right now, was I? Because I totally do that sometimes. I just, um, I'm happy is all, and what you said was really sweet," she says, picking an imaginary bit of lint off his sweater.

Kingsley smiles softly at Molly when she pulls back from the kiss. "I may be called a stone wall sometimes but I'm definitely capable of being sweet - I'm glad that you're happy, and, no, you were not being a pushy cow. I enjoyed that." He tilts her chin up gently and kisses her back.

She smiles when he leans back in to kiss her again. "I'm glad to hear it," she says, but the sound is muffled against his lips of course. Oh, right! Turns out her mouth can't really do two separate things at once. The thought makes her giggle and eventually forces her to pull away again. She rests her head against his chest, thinking that it's pretty cool that her size means she fits very snugly under his chin without either of them having to be uncomfortable. That's good to know. "So this date," she finally says. "Since I technically asked you out, it means I get to, like, do all the planning and stuff," she insists. "So wear comfy shoes - I have totally got the most awesome idea for where we're going!"

He holds Molly close, agreeing that it's pretty cool that her size means she fits well under his chin without either of them being uncomfortable. "Comfy shoes, huh? I'm very interested as to where we'll be going for this date. Do I get to find out now or will it be a surprise?"

And don't wear anything you're, like, super worried about getting dirty, because things are going to get so totally messy," she warns him with a little giggle.

Kingsley looks up at the sky, absently toying with a little bit of Molly's hair. "Comfy shoes, clothes I'm not worried about getting dirty, and it's going to be messy. I have no idea what to guess, unless you're planning on running around the forest - cause that could lead to some messy adventures, what with all the strange creatures and plants in there. Hmm, I think I'll just have to wait and be surprised."

Molly blinks at his thought process and her lips twitch upwards into a little smile at the feel of his fingers in her hair. It still surprises her, how gentle he is, how controlled. Molly's not like that at all - she's usually just this brash, crazy little whirlwind that throws herself around without much care at all, but she likes sitting here, not moving, just being close and talking quietly together. It makes sitting still actually seem worthwhile. "The forest!? OhmyGod, no way. Ah well, I guess you'll just have to be surprised then. I doubt you would've picked it anyway," she says, not to be rude, but just because it's true. "I haven't been in the forest yet, actually. I heard it was, like, out of bounds to students but I'm totally gonna check it out sometime, I think. Have you been in there? Is it as awesome as something called the Forbidden Forest sounds?" she asks eagerly, twisting her neck so she can see his face. She likes his face, after all.

Kingsley can't help but grin at the eager look on her face. "Well, I've only been in there once, but I didn't go far. Just to this small clearing near the edge - I was trying to find a place away from all the noise so I could read. If you're really going to check it out, I'd suggest doing it during the daytime and with a friend or two. I've heard what's in there, and I wouldn't want you to get hurt."

I bet I could totally be friends with a centaur! I wonder if he'd, like, get all huffy if I asked to ride on his back, though? I dunno - maybe I wouldn't. That'd be kinda rude, right? I wonder what else is in there. It can't be all bad, right? OhmyGod imagine if I could find a unicorn!" she bursts out, ~~grinning~~ ~~beaming~~ greaming.

OH GOODNESS, KINGSLEY IS NOW WORRYING THAT HE'LL HAVE TO WATCH OUT FOR MOLLY WHEN SHE'S AROUND SHINY RED BALLS AND WHEN SHE GOES NEAR/INTO THE FOREST. BWAHAHA XD

"You'll want to be careful around a centaur. And I suppose it'd be pretty neat if you saw a unicorn." Kingsley can't help but smile once more at her enthusiastic expression, but he's definitely worried that she should be more careful. "You do have to watch out though - there are more dangerous creatures in there, like werewolves."
