Re: The Library: A Study Table
She blushed a little when he said she was sweet, how sweet of him. "I'm in...Oh whats is called." She said, putting her face in her hands and thinking. "Something with a bird." She said, looking back up at him.

His eyes went wide. He sat there staring for a long time. Then finally said, in a sort of dead voice. "Oh. Ravenclaw." So much for staying away from Ravenclaw girls. What did he have some sort of magnet towards them, or what?

"YEAH THAT!" She said and then noticed he sounded upset about it. "Whats wrong with them? Is it bad to be in Ravenclaw?"

He shook his head. "No. Nothing wrong. Wit beyond measure is a man's greatest treasure." He recited. "I guess you're pretty smart then."

"Umm, Yeah. I mean, I'm smart if I try and stuff." She said nodding. "Just...school work is so boring sometimes." She said and shrugged.

"I agree. That's why I draw all the time." He shrugged. "There's always something amazing outside to draw. I usually spend all my time here. I usually only come in here if I'm looking for my brother. I figured it'd be quiet in here and I wouldn't run into anyone I didn't want to see."

"Yeah, I only go to the library if I absolutely need to." She said and shrugged. "Otherwise I would much rather be outside and in the fresh air!" She said happily.

So, they had something in common. "Yeah, I used to study out there all the time with..." He stopped. Crap. He just thought of Luna. He quickly looked down at his hands to try and collect himself. After a few minutes, he finally looked back up. He attempted another smile. "I agree. I prefer to be outside, but it's starting to get colder out.."

She watched him and looked a little freaked out when he just sat there. She decided it was none of her business and moved on. "Yeah, But the cold isn't too bad. Just get a jacket and you are good!"

"I guess you could use a charm to keep you warm too." He nodded, that was a pretty simple solution.

Re: The Library: A Study Table
"Yeah." She said nodding. "That would probably work out nicely." She said and smiled at him. She stood up, picking up her books. "Well, Dean it was really nice meeting you and I hope everything works out for you, but I've really got to go. I think I'll go find my sister and work on this essay with her. " She said and smiled at him. "Bye." She said and went and checked out some books and left the library.

He smiled a little. "It was nice meeting you too. Have a nice night." He gave a little wave, then resumed his position with his face back on the table.

Re: The Library: A Study Table
Theo walked in and sat down, opening his Charms homework. Stupid Charms. Why did he need that? He had battle spells, and artwork. He could just grow up to be a battling artist. Yep.

Re: The Library: A Study Table
That would be the coolest profession ever, can I do that in real life? Anyway, Pansy's wandering through the library like she normally is, gathering up an assortment of books on both dueling and astronomy. Seeing Theo sitting at a table, she took a seat across from him because she hadn't seen him in way too long, plus it looked like he could use a break from homework anyway. "Hey Theo!"
Re: The Library: A Study Table
"Hey Pans!" he looked at her books, cuz he's nosy like that. "Dueling, eh? It seems like i;ve been away for a long time, i don't remember you taking an interest in dueling!" Oh Theo, you have been away for a long time. a Very long time. You've grown cobwebs in my head. Anyway.

Re: The Library: A Study Table
"It's been way too long since we hung out last time! But yeah, I've gotten into dueling since you've been gone. I'm not pathetic anymore!" She laughed, stacking the books up in front of her. "Pretty sure I can hold my own now against pretty much anyone in this school." Pansy nodded quite proud of herself, because she really is quite proud of herself for taking the initiative and the hours of studying and practice she'd put into it, perfecting as much as she could. Sure she still needed practice, but everyone could always use more practice no matter how good you are.
Re: The Library: A Study Table
Theos eyes lit up. "Well now! I bet in a bit, you could take this place over. I'll have to start calling you Pansy-queen, Lady of all Hogwarts! Dueling champion!" he chuckled. "I'd love to duel you someday, for fun. It's great for practice. How are things with the Malfoy going?"

Re: The Library: A Study Table
Pansy laughed, and she would have blushed at his compliments, but it took a whole lot to make Pansy blush. In fact, I don't think she's ever blushed before. Interesting. "I don't know about that just yet, but you give me time and some more books and I'll see what I can do." She jokingly winked at him, still laughing. "That'd be great, we definitely should. Lots of fun, I bet. Things with him are alright. We've stopped fighting at least. He's apologized I can't even begin to think how many times, but I'm just not sure where I stand on the whole situation so I'm not letting it go anywhere yet. But we're sort of friends again at least."
Re: The Library: A Study Table
Theo nodded. "That's good. I heard the little slime-ball hit you around a bit. He's lucky i wasn't nearby, Queenie, or i would have spelled him into something icky. Maybe a nasty little STD." he laughed darkly, his dark eyes burning. "If he does it again though, i bet you could take him. All those books of spells."

Re: The Library: A Study Table
Pansy laughed softly, loving how protective her friends always were when they'd heard she was in some kind of trouble. "Well, yeah, he may have been a little rough a few weeks ago, but I think we've got that figured out now." She didn't want to make excuses for him. It wasn't right no matter how she justified it, but they'd moved on now and he was making obvious efforts to make it right. "But yep, I can handle myself now for sure. He'd be sorry if he tried something like that again, but I don't think he will. I think we'll be alright, actually."
Re: The Library: A Study Table
"Okay, I trust you." He smiled at her then pointed to one of the books. "This one is really good, but have you given a thought to more...darker...things? We are Slytherwins, after all."

Re: The Library: A Study Table
Pansy smirked, approving of the Slytherwin name. Because they are wins, clearly. "Yeah, I'd looked into some darker things before. Crucio, Imperio, darker dueling techniques, dark manipulation, all that. I'd read about it all a bit, but then things got really complicated with Draco and his family and mine and the Death Eaters and all. And I sort of left that route of studies behind."
Re: The Library: A Study Table
Theo nodded. "That's so true, i had forgotten about that. Well, i guess we'll have to hunt out some books on that, i'm sure they have them here somewhere!"

Re: The Library: A Study Table
"They're all hidden toward the back of the restricted section. There's a false back in one of the shelves on the outer wall, actually, and there's some good stuff in there if you haven't seen it yet. I could show you?" She suggested, remembering the horribly dusty books she'd found, but they really had some great information if the darker things was what you were looking for.
Re: The Library: A Study Table
Theo's eyes again brightened. "Ah! That would be amazing! Oh gosh, can we go now Queenie?"
