"No," Remus replied quickly, "we're not still dating. We just hang out a lot every once in a while now." he sighed at Sirius' question, but decided he may as well just answer. "I can't really remember it exactly...we were talking and I think he was trying to convince me that there would probably be plenty of guys that would be interested in dating me but I didn't believe him," the memory of meeting Jack the other day popped into his thoughts and he remembered Molly saying something about thinking that Jack had seemed interested in him...Remus shook his head and continued, "and then I think he said something about how even he would be lucky to and so I just asked him." he shrugged. "It didn't last long. He said he figured we were both looking for different things in a relationship so it wouldn't be good to continue. We're still friends and that's fine with me." he liked being friends with Viktor.

"Oh," was all Sirius managed to say, unsure how he felt about all of this, exactly, but just glad that whatever he felt, Remus was okay, and Remus was happy. One thing did surprise him though, and that was that Remus had done the asking-- he'd always been so shy around girls, it seemed shocking that he would take the initiative with a guy; perhaps it was his sexuality that made him so nervous around women, nothing else. "Well, as long as you're happy, nothing matters. Remus, are you going to tell me, if you start seeing someone else? I'd... I'd like to know. I'd feel better if I did, about all of this," he said unsteadily.

Remus couldn't help looking slightly surprised - he didn't think Sirius would want to know if he was seeing someone else or not...especially since that someone would be a guy. "Sure. I'll tell you if you really want to know."

"Alright. And I hope you know the rules aren't any different than if you were dating chics-- they break your heart, I break their face," he added, only half-joking there, because seriously, gender means nothing when it comes to Sirius, violence, and one of his rages. "But yeah. I do want to know what's going on in my best friend's life, you see," he said with a smile, rubbing Remus' back lightly. "I might not wanna hear the dirty details I'd ask for if it was chics, because I'd probably vomit, but you know-- I still wanna know. I wanna make sure whatever's going on, you're happy. That's what matters to me-- your happiness. And your safety."

Remus chuckled lightly, "Okay, I'll make sure to let anyone I date know that they better be careful if they don't want their face rearranged." He wasn't exactly a fan of violence though so if something came to that he'd probably stop Sirius from doing so. He'd feel really bad otherwise. Yep yep.

"Good," he replied with a smile, wrapping his arm around Remus' waist protectively, as he glanced over at the grounds in front of them. "It's cold out, Moony. Why don't we go inside?" he suggested, gesturing at the castle doors behind him. "We could go back to the common room," he said, because the dorm is taken.

"That sounds like a plan." he agreed, not exactly wanting to get up because he really doesn't want Sirius to move his arm right now, but it is kind of cold. It'd be better to go in and sit by the fire...~~and cuddle~~.

Eowyn would love to cuddle Amethyst by a fireplace right now, just saying. She doesn't really want to go get ready and leave for a fun day, she just wants to cuddle her Remus Sad

"Come on then," he said, removing his arm from Remus as he stood up, and offering his hand to his friend to help him up. "Let's go then," he said, walking ahead into the castle, unfortunately not holding Remus' hand the whole way.

Amethyst is too lazy at the moment to look up a picture for Remus...plus she'd probably get distracted and spend time drooling over pictures of Van. Yeah.. So Remus shows up, looking awesome and adorable because adorable is good, though he does seem a bit tired and there are dark shadows under his eyes. He pops up beside Jack, smiling. "Hello!"

Mya sometimes has to close her eyes and pic a picture at random if she ever wants to get anything done... *closes tab of Kingsley pics and looks sheepish*
Jack turns and grins at Remus, happy to see his gorgeous and sexy and adorable date. His smile fades, though, when he sees that Remus still appears tired and a tad drawn from his stint in the HW earlier in the week. He lifts his hand, one thumb brushing ever so slightly over the purplish stain under the Gryffindor's left eye and withdraws within a heartbeat. "Are you sure you're up to this?" he asks, concerned. Jack is a patient man when it comes to things worth waiting for and Remus, he knows, is worth waiting for. "We could postpone of you're not?" he offers, feeling the weight of disappointment settle in his stomach at the mere suggestion but keeping his smile in place.

Remus shakes his head vigorously, taking Jack's hand in his. "No, I'm fine, honest. Just a bit tired, but I've been looking forward to this all week so I'm not letting anything get in the way." he blushes slightly as he speaks, clutching Jack's hand tightly - he didn't want Jack to think he wasn't up to this. Not when he'd been looking forward to it so much.

"Well then, I'm glad to hear it," Jack says, grinning because he's genuinely happy and relieved to hear that. His own hand tightens around Remus' when he makes contact, and pleased that Remus does not let go right away even though he's usually shy, Jack holds it in his own. He won't pull away first. "I've been looking forward to this all week, too. Shall we?" he says, his head tilting to indicate the direction of the path to Hogsmeade.

"Yes, let's." He smiles, keeping hold of Jack's hand. Then they leave and head towards Hogsmeade where Mya should post because Amethyst has to run upstairs for a moment to put somethings upstairs and then empty the dishwasher.

Padfoot, after a strange whisper in his ear that sounded like it may have come from some Slytherin genius woman whom Eowyn adores, feels the need for more squirrel. He drags a net bag out with his teeth, goes on a squirrel massacre, puts all the squirrels in a bag, and heads to Gryffindor tower.

Caradoc is happily roaming about the grounds when he sees Nikki sitting on the steps, and he immediately runs over and glomps her. "NIKKI! NIKKI NIKKI NIKKI NIKKI WHY HAVE YOU NOT BEEN IN MY LIFE FOR LIKE TWO WEEKS WHAT IS THIS MADNESS I HAVE SO MUCH TO TELL YOU WHY ARE YOU ALWAYS DISAPPEARING ON ME IT IS NOT OKAY."

Nikki looked up. "Didn't I tell you I was joining a pirate competition?" She smiled. "Well, turns out it was cancelled, but some nice people thought I was an actress and gave me a role in a television show." She shrugged. "So now I have a job. Crazy, right?"
