Parvati smiled and nodded. "Yeah, I definitely am also very cocky occasionally." She said with a large grin. Parvati laughed when he said she could just walk around saying, 'Bitches, I'm hot as hell. Now part like the figgin red sea.' because she totally would say that if the people who were in her way were not people she was friends with. "Yeah, I think you told me about wanting to work in your Uncles Joke shop before." She said nodding. "I think you would do a great job working there. I mean, you definitely know how to make someone laugh, and it seemed to come so naturally to you so you would probably do really good."

James couldn't help but smile, because he liked having the support for something that he wanted to do. Parvati always seemed to know exactly what to say to make him feel even more confident in his choices and himself. "Thanks," he said, a grin on his face. "Humour and I try to go hand in hand. Though, it irritates my parents to no end. My siblings are rather used to it though. Though, I do enjoy pranking my brother quite a bit. Lily is rather feisty, so she usually has a good comeback for whatever I end up doing to her."

Parvati just smiled at him when he said thanks. "Yeah, well, I am pretty sure my parents would be pretty irritated if pranked them." She said with a light laugh. "Yeah, you seem like you would be a pretty hardcore prankster. Just be warned though, if you ever prank me, I won't let you get away with it." She said with a smirk. "I'll most definitely get you back for it, and my prank will be even worse then yours was." Um. That sounds kind of evil. Kind of like a threat. Oh well. It's all good.

"Don't worry, I have no intentions of every pranking you," he grinned. "As long as you don't get on my bad side, though I'm sure you won't." He looked at her and raised an eyebrow, because that was quite a threat right there. "You really think, you could out-prank me?" he asked. "Blasphemy." He picked up the plate of scones and strawberries then held them out for her. "Here...if you want more..." he offered, giving her a gentle smile.

Parvati grinned at him and nodded. "Oh believe me. I know I could out-prank you..." She said with a grin. She glanced down at the plate and smiled. "Yeah, sure." She said and grabbed a strawberry and took a bite. "Mmm." She said swallowing it. "Good strawberries." She said with a light laugh as she took a sip of her hot chocolate.

He liked a girl that was down with pranking. There was something about it that made him happy to know that he found a girl with similar interests to him and could put up with his ridiculous antics. He watched as she ate the strawberry, then found himself having to pull his gaze away from her. After all, the site...was....well...his breath definitely caught for a moment, "I picked them from bushes myself," he said with a teasing grin.

Parvati thought dirty thoughts when I read down. Um. It's not fun having a horny teenager in your head, because when one of them is horny it makes them all horny. Parvati wasn't the one who was horny to start with, but now she kind of is and it's very annoying. Parvati didn't notice that he was watching her eat the strawberry. Nope nope nope. "Did...Did you really?" She asked staring at him because these were very delicious and she never picked a strawberry this good. She then took another bite of the strawberry.

Dom really isn't that surprised that Parvati thought dirty thoughts. Like, seriously. This was Parvati. The fact that she hadn't slept with anyone recently was rather surprising. "No," he said with a light laugh, shaking his head. "I got them from the kitchens." He watched as she took another bite, some of the strawberry juice dropping down below her bottom lip. Without thinking, he moved forward slightly and used his index finger to gently rub it off, then pulled away, flushing when he realized when he had done.

Neville is wondering if Dom read the Parvati and Ted conversation and if you didn't, you should because James was talked about and it happened just before this date. "Oh, well they're still amazing." She said and smiled at him as he wiped the strawberry juice off of her. "Thanks." She said with a large smile as she set down the little green stem thing of the strawberry unless he cut them off then she didn't set it down and if he did cut it off then you should just ignore this long sentence.

Dom has not read the conversation but she totally will be reading it now that apparently James was talked about. "No problem," he replied softly, then glanced down at his lap for a moment. He was pleased that he hadn't made her feel awkward or anything when he had touched her, for he hadn't wanted to cross any lines with her. "There's something different about you," he mused out loud.

Parvati gave him a funny look when he said there was something different about her. "Umm, Different?" She asked, raising an eyebrow at him. "I hope it's a good different.." She said with a soft smile, still a tad confused as to how she was different.

"Oh! Yes," he said hurriedly. "Definitely a good different! You're just...there's something about you. You're not really like the other girls that I've been around. I like that though, I didn't mean it in a bad way. You're like...the epitome of awesome and the are lame like swiss cheese. You know? Why would you want to be something with so many holes that is so weird when you could be totally and completely awesome like cheddar! You're sort of like cheddar cheese. Oh my god, I just compared you to cheese," he said horrified. "I didn't mean it in a bad way thought!" he insisted. "I should...just not talk."

"Oh, good." Parvati said with a smile and listened with a large smile as he went on and on about cheese. Personally her favorite was American. But that is not important right now. Parvati just stared at him smiling for a few seconds after he stopped talking, not like a creepy smile, or a 'you're a freak smile', more of a 'You are amazing why am I not kissing you right now, smile'. "Well, I'm glad I wasn't compared to Swiss cheese because, well, I hate Swiss Cheese." She said with a light laugh. "And don't stop talking, then I wouldn't have anyone to make me laugh."

"Right," he mumbled, ruffling his hair slightly. "I just...I think that comparing you to cheese was kind of ridiculous. I mean, cheese gets moldy and smelly real fast. BUT YOU AREN'T LIKE THAT AT ALL!" he said quickly. "I just...I think I will no longer make some weird sort of analogies to food. I'll end up digging myself into some giant hole for making a fool of myself."

Parvati smiled at him. "Well, I'm glad you don't think I am smelly and moldy." She said with a light laugh. "Well, Some food analogies are good, if it is to good food and food that doesn't smell or look gross." She said nodding. "Here's one for you." She said and thought for a second. "You are as sweet as these strawberries." She said, gesturing to the strawberries and picking up her hot chocolate, taking a sip.

"Well then, I suppose that analogy isn't all that bad then," he grinned. He stared at her for a moment, taking in her features before pulling his eyes away. The last thing he wanted to do was come off like this massive creeper. That just wouldn't be good. "Well I'll be sure to keep the food analogies good if I do choose to use them again," he smiled, picking his hot chocolate up as well and taking a sip. "I really like spending time with you Parvati," he said softly.

Parvati set her hot chocolate down and smiled. "Good. I would hate to be compared to, Spoiled milk or something like that?" She says with a small smirk. Parvati doesn't usually blush, ever, but for some reason at James last comment her cheeks turned a tad pink. She smiled at him. "I really like spending time with you too, James." She said smiling.

"Well, no worries. I would never compare you to spoiled milk. I'm not that dense," he said with a light laugh. He really wasn't sure what came next on dates. Usually he had managed to have the girl get all angry and upset with him, so she would end up storming away. Thank Merlin that wasn't the case right now. "Are you warm enough?" he asked.

Parvati laughed slightly. "Good." She said and smiled and nodded. "Yeah, I'm fine." She said with a smile and took another sip of her hot chocolate. She did really like James and she was really glad that he had asked her on this date because she would have been very upset if she had to miss out on such a nice guy.

SORRY. My sister ended up basically hijacking me and watching Glee on MY laptop...so of course I could not go and open AWF with her over my shoulder for two hours. It was ridiculous. One was the sectional episode....soJamesisseeingParvinthatlightrightnow. He's a little...worried.

James was relieved that Parvati was warm, for that had been his greatest concern when setting up the date to be outside. Luckily it seemed that things were going in his favour so far though, and he really thought he was making a pretty good impression. Thank Merlin. "So how is the cheer squad going?" he asked. "I haven't heard much about the team recently."

"Oh, it's going great!" She said with a grin. "All of the girls are starting to nail harder moves so that's good." She said nodding. "It's really good. Great." She said nodding. It actually wasn't going that great, but she didn't want people knowing that the Cheer Team was actually having very hard times at the moment. So she just smiled and nodded.

"That's wonderful! I can't wait to see them at the next game." He always found the cheerleaders to be quite entertaining during the games. After all, sometimes the games seemed a little boring. The entertainment the cheerleaders provided was extremely welcomed in his opinion. "Still have all the members?"

Parvati nodded and smiled. "Yeah, I'm sure we'll get the routine perfect by the next game!" She said with a grin. "Yeah, We've still got them all." She said nodding. "Most of them are 5th years and up." She said nodding. "But we do have a few 4th years and younger, they are the more experienced ones actually, because they had to try more to get on the team. The older girls kind of get a free ride onto the team." She said with a light laugh.

"That's neat that you allow different ages to try out. After all, it's nice that you give everyone a chance to make the team. Shows diversity with the ages. Plus, everyone has different talents, so it must be cool to give everyone a chance to develop and improve them," he said. "So the other girls haven't been working as hard then?" he asked.
