Re: A Nearby Park
Lavender was still blushing. "Yeah... Um." Now she had to think of a good truth. "Who was your very first crush? Non celebrity of course.." That was pretty simple, but her brain couldn't come up with anything else at the moment.
Re: A Nearby Park
"Hmmm," he tapped his chin, thinking back to before he came to the school, but most of it was blurry. "This one girl named Haylee that I met right before my first year here. I wasn't allowed to try and get something going because she was a Muggle and I was going to be away for long periods of time every year, so there was really no point. However, one night after I had gotten all my stuff from Diagon Alley for school, I saw her walking off in the dead of night. Out of curiosity, I followed her. She walked all the way out to the woods and sat there for a while, staring at the stars it seemed. She sat there all night, not moving an inch, before she got up and returned home. Weirdest thing ever. But anyway, she was my first crush." He shrugged and asked casually, "Truth or dare?"

Re: A Nearby Park
Lavender finally looked up and smiled. "Awww. How sweet. Okay. Time to spice it up again. Dare." She perked right back up and put on her game face again. She was insanely curious to see what he would come up with next.

He rubbed his hands together, looking around once more. "I dare you to show me your best and most difficult cheerleading move you've ever learned." He nodded approvingly at this choice, grinning.

Re: A Nearby Park
Lavender looked smug. She had FINALLY mastered the move that took her so long. "Gladly. Try not to let your jaw drop." She giggled then went a little bit aways so she'd have more room. She paused and took a breath, focusing her mind because she did not want to mess this up in front of Seamus. Then she took of running for a few steps then went flawlessly into a round-off then back-handspring then finishing off with a perfect back tuck. She landed and did the typical cheerleader kick with a huge smile on her face. Lavender ran back to Seamus and was still beaming. "How was that?" She giggled then asked. "Truth or dare."
Re: A Nearby Park
Seamus tilted his head to the side as she shot off, then he jumped in his seat as she practically sailed through the air, barely skimming the ground with her hands until she landed perfectly on her feet and kicked into the air. "That was awesome!" He clapped in excitement, beaming, and added, "I feel like in order for you to learn all that you had to go through fifty years of bootcamp.. How long did all that take to get right?" Then he quickly answered, "Dare."

Re: A Nearby Park
Lavender was still beaming. "The back tuck was the hardest to learn. It took me a couple months to get it right." She smiled and could only thing of a pretty lame dare at the moment. "I dare you to eat that flower." There was a tiny dandelion sitting nearby that she pointed at.
Re: A Nearby Park
He made a revolted face and stared at the flower, as if it were challenging him. "I'm no chicken." He walked over, picked the flower, and returned to Lavender. The dandelion was in perfect condition, none of it missing, unlike the ones that surrounded it. He got as close to Lav as possible, held up the flower right in-between their faces, and, while resisting the urge to blow it in her face, shoved it in his mouth. "D-delicious," he coughed, stepping back and clutching his chest. "Dear Merlin." After a minute of wild coughing, he straightend up and said, still spluttering, "N-now then, truth or da-dare?"

Re: A Nearby Park
Lavender was actually a little stunned when he got so close to her. Her eyes widened and she was left a little speechless. Until he starting coughing.."Are you okay? Sorry, I didn't want you to like..choke or something. Um. I'll go with truth. But take your time..."
Re: A Nearby Park
"Oh," he held up a hand, the wheezing finally starting to go away. "Okay, I think I'm good. Oh. Alright, so anyway. Ehm. What is your idea of a romantic evening?"

Re: A Nearby Park
Lavender was still concerned, and felt a little bad. "Um.." She had to think for a moment. "I don't really know. I think just spending time somewhere quiet. Maybe a homecooked meal. Flowers. Maybe some soft music while sitting by a warm fire. Yeah. That all sounds pretty nice." She nodded to herself. "Truth or dare?"
Re: A Nearby Park
"That sounds nice. Different compared to the usual walk on the beach and such. Most sharks come out at night, ya know? Not to sound violent or anything." He took a deep breath and grinned, "Dare."

Re: A Nearby Park
Lavender cocked her head to the side at the shark comment. "Oookay then. Ummm." She was staring at Seamus and realized something. "I dare you to kiss me." She realized they couldn't be just friends without having stronger feelings. She looked at him very seriously, letting him know that this wasn't like a joke thing.
Re: A Nearby Park
He didn't like sharks. Nope. "Oh," he was really surprised at how sudden it was. He thought she would take it slow, not start anything until they'd hung out a few times. Cautiously, he drew forward, his eyes never leaving hers. The moment he was sure that she was being completely serious, he quickly leaned forward, wrapped his arms around her, and kissed her. His mouth moved quickly, hungrily, taking in the moment he had been waiting for for some time, his hand twisting into her soft hair and the other pulling her closer, tighter.

Re: A Nearby Park
Lavender bit her lip a little when she saw Seamus' intital surprise. She had intended to wait things out, but she figured she would be able to tell by kissing him if this is what she wanted. A kiss really could say quite a lot. She took a quick breath in before Seamus had crushed his lips to hers. She matched the same desperation that Seamus had, realizing at that moment that she had been waiting for this for a while now. She brought her hands up to cup the sides of his face as she continued to kiss him back. Yes indeed a kiss could say a lot, and this kiss said so much.
Re: A Nearby Park
His heart beat fervishly when she kissed him back, almost as if he was half-expecting her to pull away. What a silly thought. His tongue dove deeper, exploring her mouth while his hands moved eagerly along her back. He didn't want it to stop, but he had to know what she was thinking, what she thought, if she wished to continue. Unwillingly, he pulled away, still holding her to him. "Date me. Be my girlfriend," it sounded more like a demand, so he tried once more. "Be with me? Please." He stared anxiously at her.

Re: A Nearby Park
[OH MY GOSH THAT WAS SO ADORABLE.]
Lavender was blushing as Seamus pulled away. She didn't think he sounded demanding at all, but rather found it adorable and romantic in it's own way. "Seamus...I.." She looked at him with wide eyes, hating how anxious he looked. Well, better not keep him waiting any longer. "Nothing would make me happier." She smiled sweetly, the blush staying on her cheeks.

Re: A Nearby Park
Finally, he allowed his heart to soar, unlocking its cage that he kept it in in case she had said no. It was a yes, and it buzzed sweetly around his head as he stared into her eyes, taking in the moment. "Oh," he hugged her tightly, then kissed her once more. He wanted to say how he felt, that it was the happiest he'd been in a long time, possibly in forever, but he couldn't speak. Not now at least. He leaned his forehead against hers, absolutely beaming with joy.

Re: A Nearby Park
Lavender couldn't help but laugh at how deliriously happy he looked after she said yes. He looked like a little kid on Christmas morning. She closed her eyes and let her forehead rest against his for a moment. Then she giggled. "I believe it's your turn." She smirked at him a little and tried to swallow down the excited squeal she had been holding back.
Re: A Nearby Park
He didn't move from where he was when he chuckled and asked, "Truth or dare?" His eyes closed as he thought about everything while waiting for her response, his whole body tingling with excitement and his heart bouncing around his chest like mad.

Re: A Nearby Park
Lavender smiled again. "Well, since I don't really want to move, I guess I'll go with truth again." She giggled and waited to see what she would be answering now. Having a feeling it may be a little more deep then previous times.
Re: A Nearby Park
The fact that she didn't want to move made him unbelievably happier. "What are you thinking, right now, at this very moment?"

Re: A Nearby Park
Lavender had to think about what she was thinking about. "Honestly I can't really focus on one thing right now. First I think about how I had told myself I needed to wait. Then I think about how I don't want to wait. Then something random comes up like, a pair of shoes I saw in the last Witches Weekly catalog. My brain is kind of a mess right now." She giggled a little, knowing she probably sounded like a crazy person.
Re: A Nearby Park
"Shoes?" He laughed at this. "Other than the shoes thing, I agree. Everything is flying around in my head at once." He kissed her briefly again. All thoughts in his head were, of course, about her. Most of them were blocked about by the beam of joy he felt right now, almost blinding him from them, but they were definately there, buzzing around like gnats. Slowly, he reached up and touched her face, enjoying the fact that he could do it now without worrying about what she would say.

Re: A Nearby Park
Lavender smiled some more, unable to stop now. "I guess I should say sorry that I put your through all that. And thank you for...I don't know, waiting? I don't really know. But thank you for always being there for me. You've been way nicer than I deserve." She leaned in and gave him a small kiss as well.
