Harry looked down at his son as he spoke and wasn't all that shocked when he said that Scorpius' parents had kicked him out of the house, that definitely seemed like something that the Malfoy's would do. "Al," He said stepping closer to him and wrapping his son in a big fatherly-son hug. "Don't be sorry." He said quietly as he hugged his son tightly. "You have nothing to be sorry for." He told him.

Al felt the tears silently fall down his cheeks as he wrapped his arms around his dad, hugging him tightly as he refused to let go. "I love you, dad," he mumbled against his father's shirt as he continued hugging him, knowing that he'd never be able to express just how grateful he was for his family. "Thank you."

Harry continued to hug Al tightly, wanting nothing more than to let Al know that he was happy no matter who he was or who he chose to be with. "I love you too, Al." He told him, keeping his arms around him. "You know what this means Al.." He told him quietly as he stepped back a little and looked down at his son. "You two can't sleep together anymore if you are together." He told him as he looked down at him. "You know the rules Albus." He said with a small grin. "Now, just to decide room assignments now." He said with a sigh. "We only have one extra room. What would you suggest?" He asked Al, figuring that Al knew who would get along with who the best.

Al couldn't help but smile at his dad's comment. Figures, that would be what he would think of right away. So much for spending the night with his boyfriend. "Erm...Well, I know James and Scorpius don't know each other too well. They...didn't really get along at first, so I'm not sure how they'd be together in a room for the night. Parv can stay in my room, though. I don't mind. We're really close friends, actually."

Harry smiled down at his son and nodded. "Okay, will you go up and let them know about the new room assignments for me?" He asked. "If Parv and James don't know about it and you don't want to tell them then you can just make something up for why they are changing around." he told him quietly, because he wasn't sure how many people had told. "So go ahead and tell them and I'll come up to get you all in a little bit for dinner." he said, giving his son a wide grin.

Al smiled and nodded, his heart racing as he realized it was done. The thing that had been bothering him for months was finally over and taken care of, and everything had worked out perfectly. "Sure. I'll tell them." He flashed one last grateful smile at his dad, lingering in his presence for a second longer before turning away and running up the stairs to inform the others about everything.

He stopped outside of his bedroom door, then slowly opened it to see Scorpius still in there. "Hey," he greeted as he leaned against the door frame, his expression serious as he looked at his boyfriend. "Gotta kick you out. No significant others sharing bedrooms."

"Honestly, it's too soon to tell," he told her softly. "I mean, you were only just introduced and they don't know anything about you yet. But once again, going with the honesty thing, they are really going to love you Parvati. I know you and I know my parents, and there's no way it's not going to work out," he told her. "You really have nothing to worry about."

Scorpius had moved onto Al's bed, sitting down while tapping his fingers on his knee. Though he had reassured Al that everything was going to be alright, he couldn't help but feel worried all the same. What if things weren't? What if Mr. Potter wasn't okay with him or wasn't okay with Al being gay? After some time of being left to his own thought, he stood up when the bedroom door and Al remained in the doorway. His eyes widened when Al had said he had to get kicked out. Shit, so Mr. Potter hadn't accepted it at all. Before he could open his mouth though, Al told him that they couldn't share bedrooms. Well, that must have meant that Mr. Potter had been okay with it and accepted Al for who he was. "Wait," he breathed. "It's...it's alright? Your dad is okay with it?"

Ginny Weasley March 27th 2011, 3:39 am

Ginny had turned when Al had entered the kitchen and asked to speak to Harry, knowing instantly what the conversation was going to be. She turned back to setting the table though, biting her lip nervously and preparing for any sounds of yelling. It was quiet though, no voices raising at all and she was tempted to go make sure that Al and Harry were alright. She remained in the kitchen though, giving Al a chance to handle the situation. After a few minutes, she peaked out into the living room to see Al moving up the stairs. "Harry?" she said hesitantly, looking at her husband with slightly worried eyes.

Parvati sat down on his lap and rested her arm lightly around his neck, keeping her other hand in his as she looked down at him. She couldn't help but smile slightly at his words for they were really relieving to hear. She was trying her best to stay calm and relaxed but she couldn't help but be a little nervous about the whole thing. He was the first guy she had dated that decided to bring her home to meet his parents so she thought of it as quite a big deal. "Okay, it definitely helps me relax a bit to know that." She said with a smile before leaning down and kissing him gently, pulling away after a moment because she really didn't think it would be a good idea if Mr. or Mrs. Potter came in and they were sitting on the bed sucking each others faces.

After Al left and went upstairs he turned to go back into the kitchen and saw his beautiful wife peeking around the corner. "Yeah?" He asked her curiously as he walked back into the kitchens, placing his hand lightly on her lower back to get her to walk back in with him. "Dinner ready?" he asked, because he had no idea that she knew that Al was gay so he was slightly curious as to why she was addressing him.

Al nearly flinched at Scorpius' observation. He loved Scorpius and knew he meant nothing by what he said, but...the way he worded his comment. Okay with it. It. Like being gay was a disease or a parasite. He knew he couldn't blame Scorpius. He would never say something to purposely offend Al, but he couldn't help but find his boyfriend's comment somewhat offensive. It.

But he shrugged it off because he finally came out to his dad. There were no more secrets and everything was going to be fine. So he smiled over at his boyfriend and nodded his head. "Yeah. Everything's fine," he assured him, smiling fondly at his boyfriend before walking over and pushing Scorpius back so that he was sitting on the bed again. He gently sat himself in his boyfriend's lap and wrapped his arms around his neck. "Everything's perfect," he murmured happily before he pressed his lips to his boyfriend's, kissing him deeply as one hand moved up and tangled itself in the blonde's hair. "I'm so in love with you," he mumbled against Scorpius' lips, his own head swimming with emotions as he broke away from the kiss.

Well, James is feeling just as nervous as Parvati. He's never really seriously dated a girl, so this was definitely the first girl that he has introduced to his parents. With that in mind, it meant a lot to him that she was willing to come to his home. He tried to remain calm and levelheaded and not freak out or worry about the whole thing, for he knew that having them both on edge definitely wouldn't help. "Well I'm definitely good at providing distractions," he grinned, gently allowing his fingers to tangle in her dark hair. Dropping his lips to hers for another kiss, he pulled away before saying, "We don't have too much time before dinner."

"It's almost ready," she replied, though that wasn't what she had wanted to talk to him about at all. She knew that if she simply inquired as to what Al wanted to talk about, that Harry wouldn't necessarily say. After all, it wasn't as if Harry had any idea she knew. "Did...did Al tell you?" she asked softly.

Parvati grinned down at him as he said he was good at providing distractions. "Mmhmm, you definitely are good at distracting me." She told him quietly. "I think I love how much you distract me almost as much as I love you to be honest." She murmured quietly before dropping her lips back to his for a moment, completely forgetting that Mr. or Mrs. Potter would be walking in at any moment to get them as she let her hand that was draped around his neck gently play with the hair at the nape of his neck.

Scorpius let out a small sigh of relief, glad that things had worked out and that Mr. Potter was much more accepting with Al’s sexuality and choice of boyfriend than his own father had been with him. “I’m glad,” he said, a smile on his face that mimicked Al’s. He allowed himself to be pushed onto the bed by Al, his arms immediately wrapping around his boyfriend’s frame as he returned the kiss. Once Al had broken from the kiss, he gently shook his head before replying, “I’m so in love with you. You really do amaze me Al,” he said softly, his hands moving to pull Al’s face towards his. As he kissed him once more, he slowly lowered his back until it hit the bed. Oh yeah, setting up an awkward situation for Mr. Potter to find.

Harry Potter March 28th 2011, 6:36 am

Harry's face dropped slightly when she asked if Al told him, so Al had already told his mother about it. Well that was lovely to hear considering it must have been a while ago since there was no way that he had just told her on this trip. "Yeah he told me." He said quietly and sounded somewhat irritated. Was he the last one to know? Had everybody known about Al being gay except him and they were just keeping it as a secret. "I'm going to go get the kids now, I'll tell them it's almost ready." He said before turning and walking out of the kitchen.

Harry walked out of the kitchen and headed up the stairs, planning on getting the kids for dinner. He walked down the hall to Al's room, figuring that both Al and Scorp were in there talking about what he and Al had just discussed. He didn't bother knocking though for this was his house and he found no need to knock. His eyes widened slightly as he saw his son sitting on Malf--Scorpius' lap. He cleared his throat loudly to make his presence known. "If you uhh-are ready to come down now. Dinner is almost ready. There are enough chairs for all of us though so no need to use Scorpius down there Albus." He said, giving his son a small smile to let him know that he was just teasing him before he walked out of the room.

He continued walking down the hall and he opened James' door to his room only to find his room empty, he must have been showing Parvati Lily's room still. He walked down the hall the rest of the way until he reached Lily's room, he pushed open the door only to hear Parvati's last words and once again his eyes widened, even wider than when he walked in on Scorpius and Al. He also honestly wanted to forget he ever heard that and he didn't want to know how James distracted Parvati at all. "Again." He grumbled softly under his breath and cleared his throat. "Uhh--I understand that when you are teenagers your hormones are kind of all over the place. I was there, been there done that." He said, slowly stepping backwards towards the door again. "But um, please refrain from getting some before dinner." He said with a small nod. "It's almost ready so you can come on down." He said with an awkward nod before slipping out of the room and walking back down the hall and down the stairs into the kitchen.

[I don't care if this post doesn't completely make sense because I wrote it up before that Scorp post and I don't want to change it so it's a little iffy but oh well]

Al sighed into the kiss, letting his hands slip underneath Scorpius' shirt and exploring the soft skin until...

"If you uhh-are ready to come down now. Dinner is almost ready. There are enough chairs for all of us though so no need to use Scorpius down there Albus."

He abruptly sat up, his face reddening in embarrassment, even as his dad left and walked down the hall. Oops. He really should have closed the door behind him. And he really should have known better than to straddle his boyfriend on his bed when he knew one of his parents would be up any minute to call them down for dinner.

"Oops?" He smiled sheepishly, his cheek still slightly pink as he climbed off of his boyfriend. "Guess we should head down now," he noted as he held his hand out to help Scorpius up off the bed.

James let out a light laugh before her lips landed back on his. For a moment he was distracted with kissing her, letting himself enjoy the gently pressure of her lips on his. He then pulled his mouth away from hers though, pressing his lips lightly to her neck. He soon pulled his lips away from her skin though, not even making it up to her ear where he had intended his lips to land, for his father had walked in. James' eyes widened widely from what his dad said, for he really did not need to hear such things from him. Flushing, all he could do was nod to his father. "We'll...we'll be down soon," he promised, watching as his dad left the room. Once he was gone, James turned back to Parvati. "I'm so sorry," he told her sincerely. "He...I guess he doesn't understand the whole knocking thing."

Scorpius froze when he heard a voice, instantly looking over at the door. He felt mortified to see that Mr. Potter stood in the doorway. Great impression he was making on his boyfriend's father. Once Mr. Potter left, shockingly not upset with what he walked in on, Scorpius glanced back at Al with a cautious expression. He took Al's hand, getting up from the bed and beginning to head towards the door before freezing completely. "Al, I can't go down there with what your dad just saw," he said, looking at his boyfriend with widened eyes. "It's bad enough he doesn't like me or my last name...but this..." he said, breaking off in embarrassment. "He's really not going to like me now," he said softly.

Parvati let out a happy sigh as she tilted her head slightly as James kissed her neck, completely forgetting where they were and who else was in the house until she heard another voice in the room. Her eyes widened slightly as she flushed, which wasn't really possible for her to do but she did flush as much as she could. Well she sure made a great first impression on Mr. Potter. She stood up off of his lap and nodded. "It's fine.." She murmured quietly, still a bit in shock about what just happened for she was always a bit embarrassed when somebody walked in on her in a position like that. "Maybe we should head downstairs." She said giving him a soft smile. "We don't want your dad to think I sucked you off quickly after he left or something." She said quickly, not really realizing what she had just said.

Al stared at Scorpius, not looking the least bit amused with his boyfriend at the moment. "I'm sorry? Scorp, he never said he doesn't like you, and he's never going to warm up to you if you avoid him. You're my boyfriend and I'm 17. I can do whatever I want with you, and me kissing you is not going to make him hate you," he told him calmly. "Besides, I'm not going down there without you after I just got done telling my dad that I'm in love with you."

"Yeah, downstairs would probably be a good idea," he said, his eyes soon widening slightly. Well, now that idea was planted in his brain and it was quite an appealing sort of idea. Damn. It's a good thing Dom doesn't have an inner!James living up in her head right now, because then he wouldn't be able to sleep tonight. "Err, right. Definitely don't want to give him that impression," he said, standing up and taking her hand in his. "Don't worry. My dad will probably forget all about it or not even bother mentioning it," he reassured her, leading her out of the bedroom and down the stairs, not even paying any attention to his brother's room because he was still in a slight daze at being caught in the middle of a snog with his girlfriend.

Scorpius let out a small sigh, knowing that his boyfriend was completely right. He nodded, hoping that Mr. Potter would really warm up to him. He supposed that, in a sense, he felt as though he had to impress Al's father. After all, Scorpius planned on being in Al's life for a long time and was sort of hoping that Mr. Potter could one day become sort of the father figure he had lost. "Okay, you're right," he said, gently squeezing Al's hand. "I just...I'm not used to the acceptance thing, so I guess I'm just preparing for the worst. It'll be fine though," he said, walking with Al out of the bedroom.

Right. About that, do you want him back soon? Because I don't really think it will be a good idea to have the two of them both in my head while at school tomorrow. Yeah that would not end well. Parvati smiled at him and intertwined her fingers loosely in his. "Good, that was definitely not how I was planning on making my first impression after all." She said with a small grin as she walked out of the room and down the stairs. Now Nev thinks we should go back to the official posting order thing for the dinner table scene since they will all be together in one room. So James, Parvati, Scorpius, Albus, Harry, Ginny? yeah?
