"What, you think I'm going to choose to hang out with my baby sister, with all of Hogwarts to choose from?" he scoffs, pretending to rub his arm where Alice hit it. "Oh, hey Fay!" he adds, seeing his brother.

Fabian did the 'sup' nod and flopped down next to Alice. "Hey," he said casually. "Wait, are you just getting around to seeing each other for the first time since Ali got here?"

Alice nods. "Yeah, 'cause he's a real meanie. I met his girlfriend before I saw him. Is that normal?" This time, she shakes her head. "I think not."

"He took ages to tell me that he was even interested in the girl, and I'm his twin." he shook his head sadly. "Poor girl, really, having to date a large buffoon."

Gideon just shrugs. "Hey! I'm not a buffoon. I am, in fact incredibly manly. I have a life, it's not my fault I'm so amazing. So, Ali, what's happened with you then, seeing as we haven't had a chance to talk yet?"

Alice blushes like Polly, and hides behind her hair. "Oh, you know. The usual. Nothing out of the ordinary. Nothing came down from space and tried to kidnap me. Yep. None of that. Nope."

"Why, Gideon!" Fabian said, sitting up, his brother-senses going into overdrive. "Do you smell that? It smells like... failed deception." he raised his eyebrows. "Spill, Alice."

"Indeed I do smell that, Fay," Gideon added, leaning forwards and crossing his arms, "Do tell."

"What are you gonna do if I DO tell? Lock me in the cellar?" She crosses her arm defiantly. "I bet you would!"

"Oh Merlin," Fabian facepalmed. "I have an inkling. Per chance, does this involve... involve a specimen of the male species?"

"Well Gid, you'd probably worry that my poor precious female parts would be violated, and um... you'd probably try and force me into a convent." She glances at Fay. "There's your answer."

Fabian's face faded of all color and his eyes noticeably bugged out. "SALDKHASJKD!" he yelled. "YOU--YOU... YOU LOST YOUR VIRGINITY?!?!!?"

Gideon seemed unable to speak. In fact, he was too stunned. But... IT'S ALICE! She so little... and young...

"Please tell me you didn't." He said, almost begging.

"NO! No, of course not!" She puts her head in her hands. "That's not what I said!" she exclaims, blushing wildly. "My hymen is still very intact, thank you very much!"

Fabian breathed a sigh of relief. "Well, that's go--" his face turned starch white once more. "Wait... if that wasn't the bad news..." his voice lowered to a shaky whisper. "A-are you... pregnant?"

"Oh dear Merlin. Maybe we should start looking at convents? It might come in handy..." Gideon added.

"Yeah, twins," she says, wondering if he'd actually believe her. "No, stupid. If I was, I wouldn't have a hymen. Got it? And Gid, if you put me in a convent I will punch you so hard that your grandchildren will have brain damage."

"Can we stop with all the baby-talk?" Fabian asked, still feeling a bit queasy from the scare. "It's freaking me out. I think I'm still in shock." he blinked a few times, and suddenly narrowed his eyes. "Alice, what did you do and who did you do it with?"

"All we did was make out!" She points an accusing finger at Fabian. "You've done that," she grumbles. "So I pounced on him! What's the big deal?"

"YOU DID WHAT?! WHAT'S THE BIG DEAL? WELL, REALLY, ALOT. YOU'RE OUR LITTLE SISTER, FOR CRYING OUT LOUD!"

"Tell me who," Gideon added.

"I am sixteen! Not so little, anymore!" She glares at her brothers. "Lucky Molly. She doesn't have to deal with these two," she mutters before continuing. "I won't. You'd just go beat him up, or try and make him cry, or pee, or whatever."

"I have. BUT I AM NOT AN INNOCENT LITTLE GIRL!" Fabian looks as if he might faint. "Alice, I swear to Merlin, you don't tell us and I'll tell dad all about your little romp with Mr. Mystery. You know he's at LEAST ten times more protective of you than we are."

Alice pales. "Damn you're right. He'll bring out the can- Look! A Blibbering Humdinger!" She gets up and tries to make a break for it.
