"Okay!" Whisked out on to the dance floor, Pansy realizes how dizzy spinning had made her. She couldn't stand up on her own, so she wrapped her arms thankfully around Draco's neck, pressing her face against his warm chest. She smiled and stared off at nothing in particular, wondering in the back of her mind if that four-leaf clover was still on the ceiling, but was too content to actually look.

[Lily's pretty much going to show up and sit around until Sev or James or Ron show up...I guess or Hermione / Fleur decide to talk to her either...but I have to go, I just want her to actually be in the dance area.]

Lily walked in alone, not being able to find Ron, and decided to go sit down, as it looked like everyone was pretty much going crazy. Feeling sort of lonely, she was tempted to pull a book out of the small bag she had, but restrained herself to crowd watching. Her hair was pulled back with a green clip, and she was wearing her green dress with gold heels, and she smiled to see all of her friends looking stunning, if out of their minds, in their own outfits.

Lily I'm so glad to see you! Hi, how are you? You look great you know, you're lucky green is your colour I don't think I even have a colour but I do have a problem right now and I can't seem to stop talking. I think I must've been slipped a potion or something and it's really terrible, everything I think just keeps on tumbling out of my mouth and it's pathetic and I'm scared I'm going to say the wrong thing to the wrong person and I really need someone to help me!

*stuffs fingers back in mouth*

Draco twirled with Pansy in his arms. He felt very content as he spun with her, dodging the other dancers. He squeezed her close and then pried her off his chest to perform the dip. All of a sudden, he felt as if the room had gone dark. There, across the way, was the most beautiful girl he'd ever seen. He dropped Pansy on the floor and smoothed his hair as he began to walk over, starting to sing, "She - is the hottest girl I've ever seen," He paused, snapping his fingers and did a small spin, "Now! Because she's like a girl I've never seen!" He smirked and he jumped to the left, dodging Fleur and Sirius, as he continued to walk over to the girl, "Don't know why - why I'd ever be so mean!" He paused, tripping slightly over his feet. His facial expression fearful, "This...could mean DANGER!" He began to spin in circles, skipping towards her, "I'm falling in love, falling in love, falling in love!" He again froze, putting his hand to his chest as he swooned, "I could be falling in love, falling in love, falling in love - " He stopped at her feet, taking her hand into his, "...With Hermione Granger."

Lily was about to say hi to Hermione, but instead was befuddled at her constant talking...then Draco showed up, Draco Malfoy, who hated Hermione...and now was singing about...Lily wasn't even sure, and decided maybe her book was safer, so she pulled out a book on the history of holidays, and started reading about St.Patrick's Day.

Pansy was roughly deposited on the ground, but she didn't get up because the instant she hit the ground, she found the four-leaf clover again. She'd smacked her head on the ground, but ignored it, because it wasn't as important as staring at the glittering four-leaf clover. It seemed so important, like it had a message for her from another world. If she watched it long enough, it would totally tell her something, she just had to make sure she was paying attention, because she knew it would only happen once and she couldn't bear to miss it. She might've wondered where Draco had gone if she'd been able to comprehend anything else, but that certainly wasn't the case as she laughed to herself watching the clover in the enchanted sky.

[I'd be mad if I could stop laughing at Granger Danger!]

Draco kissed Hermione's hand and then stood up, "You are the most beautiful girl I have EVER seen!" He pulled her to him, wrapping his arms around her waist, "Why didn't I see this before? You are perfect!" He smiled, hopeful, "Will you do me a favor and dance with me, Granger?"

You don't have to love me in return, but humor me with one dance." His eyes pleaded with her as he squeezed her tight. He glared at Luna, "LATER! I want to dance with Granger. She's - she's who I love, Luna. Please understand!"

The clover winked at Pansy. It was making sure she was paying attention. She laughed at it as it waltzed through the stars. "Did you see it? Did you all see it? Sevvy did you see it, it winked at me! It knows I understand it!" She didn't really say any of it to anyone in particular. She knew Severus wasn't there, but felt she ought to say it to someone and he'd popped into her mind first. She smiled happily, blinking occasionally, her breathing very slow. She pulled out her wand and pointed it at the ceiling, and it started to sprinkle down rain.
