*screams and laughs at the same time, and ends up with a mouthful of water for her trouble. she splutters and holds onto him while she clears her lungs. her hair is starting to fall out of its anchoring, she pushes it back from her forehead and grins at him*

*kisses him lightly to take the sting out of her words, then shivers*

Ok, I think it's time to get out before I do freeze...

He grins and kisses her back. "Okay let's get out of here. I don't want you to freeze on me." He swims back to the shore backwards pulling her with him gently. When they reach the shore he summons a couple of towels to dry them off. He hands her one. "Here you go love."

*She smiles and accepts the towel, wrapping it around her shoulders to ward off the chill while she reaches for her own wand, speeding the process up with a Drying Charm on both of them. When they're dry again, she settles back down on the rock, curling up to fit as much of herself in the folds of the towel as possible*

He sits back down on the rock wrapping his arms around her. "That was fun." It was nice doing fun things together where they could just forget about their problems even if it was only for a tiny bit.

We should do this more often - be young and stupid. Well, it's us, so the stupid part might be a bit hard, but you know what I mean...

[fun!! welcome back! I am currently twitching over here because of this spin the bottle game...]

He laughs, "Yeah...well it's fun just hanging out." He leans back holding her against him. It was relaxing being with her like this and, for not the first time, he wished they could just stay like this. In this peaceful type of moment where nothing was going wrong.

*she smiles against his lips, not breaking the kiss and shifts a little, opening up the towel so she can pull him into her little coccoon of warmth, wrapping her arms around him, her hands resting on the cool skin of his still-shirtless back*

He moves down her neck to her shoulder kissing over the spot her mark was at. A light rumble came from the back of his throat as her hand tangled in his hair.

*Hermione hums in appreciation when Remus starts making that noise she loves so much. It's somewhere between a growl and a purr and just the thought of it melts something inside her. She smiles to herself, but doesn't speak - she knows the second she draws attention to it he'll become self-concsious and it will stop. She feels a little tingle run through her when his lips wander over her wolfbite and tightens her grip on him - it's getting harder to pay attention to insignificant details like remaining upright*

He smiles totally lost to everything around him. It's just them now sitting here together. He sucked gently over the marked spot then kissed it again before moving back up her neck to kiss her lips. The rumble kept up in his throat but he was oblivious to it.

*Hermione feels the warmth stealing through her body and for a moment she revels in it. She shifts, on the verge of drawing Remus down to the ground on top of her, when she becomes suddenly aware of herself again. Reluctant but resolute, she breaks the kiss, smiling at him and hugging him tightly*
