He grinned at her and splashed her playfully. "See! I told you it would be!" he said even though he didn't tell her it would be.

She smiled then floated over to him and stood so she looking down at his floating figure. "I agree." She smirked then leaned down and kissed him.

He grinned at her and stood up, pulling her over to the shallower waters and plopped back down with her, resting one arm gently around her waist and kissed her deeply. "I'm glad we have the same idea's." He said with a wink and pressed his lips back against hers.

She smiled at him. It felt so good for her to be held in those deliciously sexy, wet arms. Mmmm. She kissed him back passionately. She pulled away for a second to shake her long hair back out of their faces, then returned to kissing him.

He laughed and grinned at her when she shook her hair out of her face and pulled her closer to him, keeping one arm around her waist and the other resting lightly on her..knee....for now. >.> He kissed her deeply and forced his tongue into her mouth, quickly meeting with hers.

She parted her lips and their tongues met. She wrapped her arms around him to get closer to him, pushing harder against his lips. One hand went up to tangle in his wet hair, the other traced a slow pattern along his chest and arms. She couldn't believe how lucky she was to be here with her dream guy, who didn't flinch at the sight of her like she was used to. She continued to kiss him, the butterflies in her stomach grower larger and larger.

He smiled against her lips and tightened the grip he had with the arm on her waist, keeping her close to him as he leaned against her, pressing their bodies against each other as he grabbed her legs with his free hand and slung [*just wrote slug instead of slung and cracked up laughing*] them over his legs so she was semi in his lap but not quite all the way. Gently running his hand up her back lightly as he did so.

As much as she would have loved to stay here kissing him, there was a problem. She pulled away grudgingly, "Marcus. I'm turning into a prune.." She bit her lip and giggled a little. "Wanna move this to shore?"

He let out a small groan of frustration when she pulled away and girked when she said she was turning into a prune. "Sure." he murmured when she asked if he wanted to move to the shore and quickly stood up, wrapping both his arms around her waist from behind and walking out of the water, forcing her to do the same since he was pushing her along in front of him like a wheelbarrow.

Illlie is wheelbarrowed out of the lake and TOTALLY DID NOT forget about this scene. She runs to her wand and does that charm that Dumbles does in DH..you know the one, where we dries Harry off after their little swim. Anyways, she dries herself off so she doesn't get cold. She turns and looks at Marcus. "Want me to dry you off?" She smiles and holds her wand out at him.

[*resisted the urge to say "Want me to do you?"*]

He rest his head back in the sand and closed his eyes and said quietly. "Would you rather sit here with me while I am wet? Or dry? Whichever one you fancy." He said still lying there. Falling asleep because he is lonely with her all drying off and such.

"Hmmm, who says I want to sit with you at all." She teases. She grabs her towel and wraps it around her waist. She then sits a whole two feet away from where he is. "I'm feeling sorta famished. Fancy grabbing a bite?"

He looks over at her and frowns when she sits far away from him. He doesn't like teasy people. Now sad Marcus is sad. "Sureeeeee, Let's go!" He said standing up and reaching his hand out for her to grab.

Seamus and Lavender arrived at the lake, and he immediately kicked off his shoes and fell to the ground, enjoying the warm sand and water licking his toes. "Ahh, much better. Still a bit tense from earlier, obviously," he patted the spot next to him, then leaned forward and started writing random thoughts into the sand, humming happily. "This is one of my favorite spots on the grounds, it's always so calm." He looked over at her, smiling. "The sand is just so relaxing when it's at that perfect temperature."

She followed after him, quickly rolling up her pants and kicking off her shoes. She conjured up another blanket to sit on, not wanting to get sand in her clothes. "I agree. It's always really nice here. You can share if you want." She patted the blanket . "There's plenty of space."

"Oh, thanks!" he scooted over so he was sitting on the blanket, then continued scribbling in the sand. "So tell me, Lavender, would you say you've had better dates other than this one?" He grinned widely, knowing that this was probably, if not the worst, the most fatal one yet. Scary, yes, but he found it funny as well.
