She shook her head. "No no! It's been fine. I bet we'll laugh about this someday. Whatcha writing in the sand over there?" She stretched her neck to try and see better. "Or is it super top secret?" She giggled and sat back normally.

"Hmm, I really don't know." He tilted his head to the side, trying to figure out what the jumble of letters ment. "Home, luck, care, and praise are in there, and others. You can look, I don't mind. It's just a bunch of random words." He turned to her with a faint smile, then leaned forward to write a bit more, this time with the wrong arm. Flinching back, he turned away to briefly hide his face. "Nevermind," he muttered.

She leaned over to read the random words. "Oh, I thought it was some secret code, revealing the inner most secrets of Seamus Finnigan." She laughed then saw his arms twitch, like he had moved it wrong. "Listen, are you sure you're okay? Do you need some ice or something. No need to act tough in front of me."

"My inner-most secrets? Ha! Only I know what they are, not even my closest friends or family know them!" Seamus frowned when she noticed his sharp movement was more than a small twitch and confessed, "It hurts a bit more than I orginally thought. Maybe dislocated it, but nothing I can't fix. I was going to wait till you were gone to throw it back into place. Nevermind, I guess, but I'll pass on the ice, thanks," he smiled weakly, annoyed at himself for being such a sissy.

"Well if you need to pop it back into place, I don't mind. It doesn't gross me out or anything, I don't want you to be in pain. I could try Episkey, not sure if that works for dislocations though." She placed a hnd on his non hurt shoulder. "Just do whatever you need to do."

"I don't want to take any chances of messing it up more. I'll fix it real quick." Seamus pulled up his sleeve and looked at his now swollen shoulder, trying to figure out which way to jerk it. Carefully, he placed his hand on the bulging lump, and sucked in a sharp breath, preparing himself for the pain. He threw his arm back and, pushing the upper arm bone as hard as he could whilst grunting in imense pain, let out a loud yelp as it popped back into place. "That's better," he said, moving his arm around with a little difficulty. "It'll take some time to fully heal, but other than that the pain is gone."

She bit her lip nerviously as he prepared to pop the bone back into place. When he let out a grunt of pain, she let out a gasp and her hands shot to stifle the sound. "Ar-Are you okay?" Her eyes were wide with concern, and she still fel guilty, feeling like it was her fault.

"Yeah, a lot better actually." He couldn't help but smile at her concern, face growing hot. "Like I said, nothing serious at all. It'll just take a few weeks before I have complete mobility of it, then I'll be back to normal. No worries!" Seamus noticed the guilt in her eyes, and reached out to put his hand on her leg. "Seriously, don't worry about it, it's not your fault I landed awkwardly on it. It was just an accident."

"Okay. Well. Let me know if there's anything I can do to help you." She smiles and laughs. "I wonder if anyone in the castle saw that happen. Can't imagine how it probably looked." She laughed again. "Wait until I tell Parv about this! She won't believe I actually got on a broom!"

"I hope so! It would be the audience I was looking for!" Seamus said excitedly, looking up at the castle windows as if searching for a face. "I'm sure it looked pretty funny from afar, until, you know, the almost dieing or being painfully hurt part. Then the muggle-borns or half-bloods would think of it as something from a movie. Anyway," he trailed off, stopping himself from going on and on. "What did it feel like? You know, shooting off and not being able to stop? Terrifying, of course, I know that."

She followed his gaze to look at the castle windows. "Movie?" She shakes off the unfamiliar word to answer his question. She reflected back on the situation and realized she didn't really remember much. "Honestly, it went by so fast that I don't remember a whole lot. I remember my hand cramped up, then the next thing I knew I was looking at the wreckage. I think adrenaline took over my mind."

"I see," he nodded, frowning in wonder. "I'm really surprised you remembered anything, really. I probably would've drawn a complete blank in your postion." Seamus pursed his lips, trying to remember every little detail of the inncident. "I have to admit, and don't get mad at me, but now that I look back the look on your face was priceless!" He snickered, turning back to Lavender contently. "You look positively horrified, as did I, probably."

She scoffed. "Well, of course I looked terrified! How else was I suppose to look, happy?" She fake glared at him "And sorry I didn't have time to comprehend your face as I was busy hurtling towards an unmovable object." She rolled her eyes.

"It's alright," he said, patting her back with mock pardon. "I forgive you!" Seamus glimpsed Lavender rolling her eyes, and couldn't help but give out a snort of laughter. "Well, Miss. Sarcasm, I'm sure the wall would've dented a bit if you'd hit it, therefore it is movable. Just not a lot. Besides, you didn't actually hit it right? Right. You were rescued by your knight in shining armor." His smile grew even wider. "And who might that be? Possibly the person you were just teasing? Maybe."

She rolled her eyes again. "Oh you speak sarcasm too? And ifyou see this 'knight in shining armor' can you tell him I'm looking for him? I need to thak him afterall. You know how the ladies love to be rescued." The sarcasm was thick in her voice, and she maintained a perfectly serious face the whole time.

"I'd be delighted to introduce him to ya! Excuse me for a second." Seamus got up and walked a little ways down the beach, then turned around and walked back. "'Ello, Miss! My handsome, sweet, caring, kind, loving, brave, amazing and handsome - Did I already say that one? - friend Seamus told me you wanted to meet me?" he said, attempting to cover up his Irish accent with a British one. He bowed low, then straightened back up, trying to hide his amusement with intense difficulty.

She shook her head as he got up and walked away, and rolled her eyes when he 'introduced' himself. She said with a disapointed tone, "Oh. I was hoping for someone...taller, more handsome, with an Australian accent. That's what I really like." She shrugged. "Oh well, I guess I'll keep looking for him." She heaved a dramatic sigh.

He hestitated when she denied him again, then said in a small voice, "Good 'ay, mate?" before returning to his seat. "Hey, there. Seamus again." He sighed. "Poor knight can't catch a break. Ya really know when to throw out those little things we guys tend to trip up on, don't ya? If I had a potion that made me taller, more handsome - as if I could get any more handsome - and have a perfect Australian accent you'd still find some loophole." He grinned at a thought he then repeated out loud, "You love playin' hard-to-get, it seems."

She grinned. "You're right. I'd find something wrong." She giggled and shoved him playfully. "Well, I can't just go an make things easy for ya can I? Where's the fun in that?" She smiled sweetly at him, as though there was nothing wrong with that. "And there's nothing wrong with your height."

He grinned as she shoved him, tensing up so that he wouldn't budge as she did so. "Psh, I think it'd be fun, much less work on my part. And I love how you said my height is fine . . . and forgot to add the looks are too. Just wanted to point that out." He brushed back his hair in a melodramatic way while looking soulfully off into the distance. "Ah, but I guess it's all in what the gal thinks of me, not what I think. How disappointing," he said jokingly.

"Oh, well excuse me! I didn't need to make your head any bigger than it already was. Think of how you would have reacted if I had admitted that you are cute. I think your head would probably explode." She giggled her girlish little giggle and laid back so that she was looking at the sky.

"I do not have a big head! You're just jealous of my high self-esteem!" Seamus muttered. "OH!" he cried, catching what she had just said and pointing at her excitedly. "You said admit! So you do think I'm cute!" He was beaming with joy as he laid back with her, and said, "Your laugh is cute, so that's a compliment in return. I just didn't make it one you had to look for. I'm nice like that."

"I was talking of a hypothetical situation Finnigan. I wasn't admitting to anything." She giggled again. "And thanks I guess, most people find my giggling a little annoying from what I can tell." She shrugged and stared at the clouds in the sky, finding pictures in them.

"Say what you want, but I know you think I'm cute. Deep down. Or maybe deeper." He looked over at her, putting his hands behind his head as he watched her gaze at the clouds, careful not to make his staring obvious. "Well, since you deny said compliment, I guess mine was given for free. Which is no fun at all."

She smiled. "Well, I did give a sort of compliment when I said there was nothing wrong with your height. So I think we're even then?" She looked over at his profile and laughed. She returned her gaze back to the clouds, finding one that looked like the bunny that was killed a few years ago.
