Well, shit. Her heart was now beating too quickly for her liking, but she wasn't sure exactly why. She bites down on her lip, making herself behave and NOT give in and attack Scorpius like he deserves. "Me, apparently."

"Affection? You wouldn't know where to begin." She laughed. She didn't know what to make of Blaise's defending her, and the casual way he shouted that he loved her. That bit still hadn't sunk in with her yet.

"Fucking affection? I'll show you affection!" He lunged and punched Scorpius straigh in the jaw. He was satisfied with the sickening crunch it made on contact. NO ONE hurt his ~~Panslut~~ Pansy. He looked voer at Pansy, "Im sorry" And he stormed out the common room.

"Fucking hell!" Scorpius yells holding his jaw as his eyes begin to water. "Merlin dammit Blaise!" he calls as Blaise leaves the room. He gently holds at his jaw, but finds it extremely sore to touch.

Pansy glared at him. "I've had more than my fair share of it. A useless emotion that only hurts you in the end." She leaped back as Blaise hauled off and punched him in the jaw, her eyes wide in shock. She watched him hurry out, and her lips parted to speak to him, but he was gone. She couldn't decide if she should follow him or just stay here, turning around to scowl at Scorpius again. "Like I said. What a great friend you are."

"Shut up," Scorpius spits out still holding his jaw. "It's not fucking swelling, is it?" he asks while temporarily taking his hand away.

Pansy couldn't help but laugh at him. "'Course it is. Blaise has a nasty punch. That'll be a pretty bruise tomorrow."

"Fucking hell," he says again. "As long as I didn't lose any teeth. Can't risk giving up my gorgeous smile. I should probably go and get some ice from the kitchens for this," he says standing up from where he was sitting on the couch. As he does so, he finds himself go a bit woozy and finds himself standing for a moment to balance himself.

"Right, well good luck with that," Pansy answered him, opening her book again to read as if nothing had happened. She skimmed the words, not comprehending a single one. What the hell just happened? Scorpius saw her as a slut for what happened, Blaise was in love with her and punched someone for treating her poorly, and Draco had left. Again. She wasn't sure what to make of any of it, and she didn't like not know what was going on in her life. She liked control, and was definitely lacking it at the moment.

Scorpius re-enters the common room with a bag of ice on his jaw. He ignores the rooms possible inhabitants, and collapses and lays down on the nearest couch.

Pansy looked up again as Scorpius came back in, with a bag of ice on his jaw. She decided she might should not speak to him, but figured she might as well ask how he was. Without glancing up from her book, she spoke softly. "Any better?"

" 's alright," Scorpius mumbles from where he laying upon hearing Pansy's voice. "I'm getting a bit of a headache though. Nothing I don't deserve though. Sorry," he mumbles again.

"Not the first time punches have been exchanged between us," he replies thinking back to a week ago. "It's an odd sort of friendship we have."

Walking over to the Fireplace Djinn sat down. Man that was a great little chat he had had with Regulus. Just as his bottom area made contact with the cushion, his Shadow appeared and sat at his feet warming them.In his mind he ran through the shockingly short list of dueling spells the wizards used. "Someone really needs to make some new spells for duels...some more Unforgivables that can be used indiscriminately." he mused to himself, silently but loudly enough he hoped that the awesome BAMF girl near him overheard what he was saying -hint-. "I think i'll make me a secret laboratory to work on them, in the Forbidden Forest." He liked this idea greatly, and if he had a partner who was BAMF -hint- like him he might just work on them.

Pansy couldn't help but overhear the.. um.. guy's obvious statement about new dueling spells. She was interested and glanced at him in her peripheral vision, before asking him curiously. "New spells for duels?" That could come in handy. She always had to use the same ones, it seemed, they were so limited. Fire, cutting, throwing, gouging, exploding.. there was only so much you could do before it bored you. Maybe that was a bad thing, if you dueled so often it bored you, but she didn't care. This interested her.

"I'll be fine, really," Scorpius replies [lately] to Pansy, still holding the bag of ice to his jaw. "I give it a day or two and Blaise and I will be back to being mates again."
