Sirius, however, does notice, but says nothing. He does, however, look even more smug. "I do have a knack for attracting girls, don't I?" he said with a grin.

"Hmmm,. yeah right..." Katie said in an unconvincing sarcastic tone. He hands on their own accord dropped ino his hair playing with it in her hands, much like they had when they were dating. "Fortunatly, or not so much, not all of us have that er... afflicting disease you call 'Sexy'"

Sirius opens his mouth to respond, but just then the girl from earlier with the short skirt walks by again, and Sirius removes himself from Katie's lap and stands up. "Well, I think I'll get going. I'll see you around, Bell," he says with a smile, then walking over to the girl. They're too far away for Katie to hear, but it's clear he's flirting with her. They eventually walk out of sight.

Katie watched as he got up and went over to the blonde. Ditching her, again. Katie looked down at herself, she was no where near perfect, and that girl obviously was. She felt the tears sting her eyes as she saw Sirius flirt with the girl. It hurt. REALLY hurt. Katie wiped away the tears furiously and tucking her knees up dropped her head.

[I have been this girl so many times it makes me so angry.]

Scorpius comes out to a rock by the lake and sits down. He doesn't understand why she left after she said she loves him, and worries that she won't be able to face him now. The last thing he wants is for things to be awkward and weird between them.

Faye had gone to the common room originally and had not seen Scorpius. She walked down towards the lake and strained her neck, trying to if he was there. When she finally saw him, she walked over to him. The awkward feeling came over her again when she remembered what she had told him last night, "I - um - hi."

Scorpius' head snaps to her direction when he hears Faye's voice. "Hi," he says softly. Relief floods him, as he realizes that she wasn't going to avoid him after last night. He moves over on the rock, motioning for her to sit next him.

Faye hesitated, but slowly moved over to sit beside him. She was frustrated with herself for letting the words slip from her mouth. His facial expression the night before seemed shocked. Her hands clasped in her lap and she looked over at him, "So...um..."

"I...I think we should talk about last night. Get it all out in the open," he says while glancing at her. She looks so hesitant, so uneasy. "You left before I could even react or say anything," he mumbles then looks back out at the lake.

"Oh, okay," Faye replies, uncertain of how to address what she had said in the common room, "I know. I'm sorry. You don't have to say anything if you don't want to. It was silly of me - I shouldn't have - I'm sorry," She turned away and felt incredibly idiotic.

"You didn't give me a chance to say anything back," he mumbles. "I...I don't really know what love is. I mean, I love my mum and my grandmum, but that's different. I can't stop thinking about you though," he says glancing at her. "I can't stop thinking about how I just want to hold you in my arms. How I want to fall asleep with you and then wake up with you there. I just want you. I think...I'm pretty sure...I love you too," he says then glances back out at the water.

Faye looked over at him as he talked, utterly confused at first. She quirked a brow, wondering how one could say they loved you when they didn't know what love was. She shrugged it off, happy that he had returned the feelings, "In that case, I guess...." Faye smiled and rested her head on his shoulder, "I guess there's no need for me to be embarrassed."

"No," he says smiling in relief as she rested her head on his shoulder. They sit in a comfortable silence watching the lake, and he thinks back to the previous night. He realizes that he has never been so happy or so confused in one night in all of his life. The kitchens though, were definitely on his list of places to visit again. He smiles remembering the feel of her skin and the taste of the chocolate and cream on her body. His thoughts freeze when he comes across one thought though. "Fuck," he mumbles, panic beginning to set in.

Faye watched the lake's water ripple, feeling content with where she was now. It was interesting, not having multiple dramatic events in her life. Scorpius' words cued her worrying, "What is it, Scorp?" She whispered, curious, but also afraid to learn what he was panicking about.

"S'okay," Faye stared at him, trying to remember if she had told him that she had been on the pill. She hadn't. Oops, "Scorp. I was on the pill, it's alright. Don't worry about it," Her hand rubbed his arm, trying to comfort him.

"Pill?" he asks lifting his head from his hands. He feels relief spread through him as he realizes that everything was alright after all. "Whats this pill? Is it like the potion?"
