Even if Viktor had kissed him roughly, Fabian wouldn't have cared, as he was already rolling on the ground going "TOO CUTE! SOO CUTE! AGH, GET A ROOM, WOULD YOU? EWWW! PDA IS NOT OKAY! YOU'RE GOING TO GET COOTIES!" and just being a general annoyance.
