Remus has no clue who the hell Spiderman is. He just gets a creepy vision of some huge fucking spider with a guy's head. EW. Hehehe. "I have no clue." he shrugs. He might have even thought it was neat at some point. Now it was just ironic. He's back to thinking now.

"Hey, I was only kidding," he said softly, not having wanted to upset his friend, and he reached out and touched Remus' cheek lightly. "You know I like all of you, even that part-- hell, especially that part, because it's what makes you, well, you. And I happen to like you plenty," he reminded him, letting his fingers linger on the scar on his friend's face. "You're my Moony. And I'm your Padfoot."

"I know." he replied quietly, staring up at the sky. If it'd been almost anyone else he would've brushed their hand away by now, but this was Sirius. Then he remembered that he hadn't told Sirius yet that Viktor knew. He guessed he should do that. "Hey...I should have told you this a while ago, but I forgot. Viktor knows." he was still looking up at the sky.

"Oh. I figured it was only a matter of time. If he ever gives you a problem, I'll beat the shit out of him. But you knew that, so I'm guessing he's fine with it," he said, absentmindedly stroking Remus' cheek again, and smiling slightly to himself. "I'm just glad it's still a while until the next time, even if I know I'll be there for you, just like the rest of the marauders. We'll all be there, and you'll be fine, because you have us. And we'll never leave you."

And yeah, I figured he'd find out eventually." he shrugged, trying not to think about what else happened that day Viktor found out. That was some snogging there..in the showers. "I'm glad. It kills me, over summer, to know that you're not with me, and there's nothing I can do, I can't even hug you after. All I can do is sit there, waiting for your letters, to know that you're okay, and you'll be alright, until I can make sure you are whenever I see you next," he said sadly, moving the hand that wasn't touching Remus' face over to squeeze his hand briefly. "But you're alright, and that's what matters. Knowing you're okay. But still, it hurts so much, being so afraid for you."

"Well," he replied quietly, "I always try to write to you the day after, cause I know you worry." he turned his head to smile softly at Sirius, squeezing Sirius' hand in return. He hated to worry his friends, especially Sirius. He couldn't explain it, but it saddened him to worry Sirius so much. He liked seeing Sirius happy, not sad.

Sirius lays there, his hand on Remus' cheek, and the other slightly curled in Remus' own hand, completely content to stay their like that under the starry sky. "Thanks, Moony. The sooner I get a letter from you, the better. Not just around then, either. I love getting your letters over summer, it makes being at home so much more bearable, when I have a reminder that soon enough I'll get to see you again. And speaking of, I've got a secret to tell you, Remus," he said, growing quite serious as he rolled over to whisper into his friend's ear, his lips lightly brushing Remus' cheek as he did so. "I don't believe in commas."

Remus wonders why he feels too weird to admit out loud that getting Sirius' letters is generally the highlight of his own summers. Unless, of course, he actually gets to see Sirius over the summer. That's even better.
He wonders what exactly Sirius' secret is, because, you know, Sirius doesn't get all serious a lot. Then when Sirius whispers in his ear, Remus blinks. He would laugh but he's too busy hoping it's dark enough outside to hide how quaffley his face has gotten from feeling Sirius' lips on his cheek. Why did it make him feel like he had when...no, that wasn't right. This was two different things. "And that's why your letters generally read like one long sentence, leaving me with quite the headache." he whispered back, unable to talk any louder. "I love them just the same though."

Sirius laughed lightly but quietly, for once not feeling the need to break the silence just for the sake of being loud. "I'm glad you love them, but even gladder they give you the headache. Then they must really remind you of when I'm around, I mean, I've got to bother you somehow, and letters just can't be loud! Capital letters just don't do the same thing, after all," he teased, still whispering into his friend's ear as he moved the hand on top of Remus' to drape around the other boy's shoulder, hugging him close for a moment, then letting go. "That's why we're friends, remember? We possess the ability to drive each other to the brink of insanity, while still making each other smile."

And besides, you look ridiculous when you get all disapproving, with the way you get all cross, and the corners of your mouth crinkle, and you furrow your brow right before you scold me, and the way you get all flushed in the face when you're trying to be angry because you know you want to be, but you can't really be angry because you know whatever it is I've done is also ridiculously funny, even if I shouldn't have done it," he replied, grinning widely, oblivious to any quaffle-ness, because you see, it is dark out. Remus on the other hand is glad that he's lucky it's dark out. "I don't look ridiculous." he pouted, folding his arms across his chest. "But, yeah, it is kind of hard to look angry when I'm trying not to laugh..." he shrugged. "Doesn't mean I'm ever going to stop scolding you. You deserve it sometimes, you know."

"If it weren't for me and my mischief, you'd never have any real fun, you know. We're both so lucky we have each other, to keep each other on our toes. Don't ever leave me, okay? I need you in my life forever, because a life without you for my best friend is just the most depressing thing I can imagine. Promise we'll be friends forever, no matter what happens? Even if I somehow end up framed for murder in Azkaban surrounded by horrible dementors who want to suck me and not in the fun way? You'd try and break me out, right? RIGHT?! Or at least come visit," he said, looking hopeful.

"I don't know! How am I supposed to predict what murder I'm getting framed for? Obviously if I know now, why would I let such a thing happen? Really now, Remus," he said, chuckling lightly. "I know you. You'll probably forget all about poor Padfoot in Azkaban, and waltz off to be a librarian or teacher or something else equally nerdy and involving a great deal of time surrounded by books. Or maybe you'll open a chocolate shop. Won't you at least send me a chocolate bar?"

"How about badass Auror who joins Prongs and Padfoot on our epic adventures, hm? You always were the brains behind the two of us, what are we gonna do without you, hm? We'll get ourselves into loads of trouble, you just know it," he laughed, slightly at first, then doubling over with laughter as he had another thought. "Y-you, you could ride on the back of my motorcycle with me, too! Wouldn't you just love that?!" he exclaimed through fits of laughter at the mental image.

The wind in your hair, the roar of the engine, the way it feels when you're going full speed, it's just amazing, Moony, you'd love it, if you only gave it a chance! You could hold onto me real tight, okay? I wouldn't let you fall, I swear, but really, if only you'd give my baby a chance! She is NOT a monster!" he exclaimed, sitting up as he yammered on excitedly, using as many large hand gestures as possible.

"But Remusss," he said, entwining his fingers with Remus' as he pouted at him, giving him the full on puppy eyes and the quivering lower lip. "You'd do it, just once, for me? Hey, I wouldn't even have to leave the ground, see? And we wouldn't go that fast... at first. I promise! Fine! I'll even let you sit in front of me, so I can keep a steady grip on you while I drive, okay? See, you'd be perfectly safe in my arms, no danger of anything! And you'll have a helmet," he added, before Remus went off about how Sirius doesn't always wear one.
