Tracey's all bundled up from the cold, wandering along the edge of the forest. She trips over a tree root and gets up, kicking it in her anger. What if the fall had ruined her pretty face? Sniffing, she turned and headed in the other direction, wondering what kind of animals lived in the forest. They probably had mentioned in during a class but why would she even bother paying attention to that boring stuff? *cue Louis*

Louis is wandering the grounds for some fresh air and noticed a girl trip and fall and then turn the other way. He hurried up to her just to make sure she was okay like the good guy he is. "Hey, are you alright?"

Tracey hears a voice and turns, blinking against a cold breeze. "Oh, hello. I'm fine, thanks. I didn't realize anyone had notice me trip." she shrugs like it's no big deal though. "Are you out wondering what's in there as well?" she asks curiously, pointing towards the forest.

Louis looked in the direction the girl pointed and a slightly confused look. "Uhh, no not really. Just out for some fresh air..."

"Oh..." Tracey shrugs, "but don't you wonder what could be in there? Like...what if it's a whole bunch of scary monsters?" she shivered, not just from the cold this time.

Louis wondered if she was serious. Anyone who paid attention in classes would know that there were Unicorns and Thestrals and other such animals in the forbidden forest. "Well, I know there are Centaurs, Unicorns, Thestrals, and probably a few other scary breeds in there if that's what you're wondering."

Tracey blinks, looking between the guy and the forest. "For real? I've never seen a real unicorn before, I thought they were extinct. I kind of want to go find one now." she wondered if she'd get lost if she went too far in - she really didn't know any good directional spells so she probably would get lost. "Wait...what other scary monsters are there?" her eyes widened as she looked at him.

Louis laughed a little to himself, was this girl serious? Okay so he didn't really, he's not that mean. anyway. "I wouldn't go looking for any in there if you're smart. People can get lost in there really easily and you probably don't want to know what else is in there..."

"Well, I do get lost pretty easily anyway." Tracey giggled. "And from what you're saying I'm sure there are some really scary things in there so I think I'll just stay out here. I'm Tracey Davis, by the way."

Tracey blinks, slightly surprised. She may be kind of dumb, but even she knew the Weasley's were a pretty big blood traitor family. She'd been raised and told that they weren't the best people to be around, but this guy didn't seem all that bad. Well, she'd be careful then, just in case. "Nice to meet you, Louis." she turned and gave the forest another look. "It's such a shame though...I really wanted to see an actual unicorn. Do you think they can talk?"

Louis looked toward the forest again. "Umm, no. I don't believe they can. I'm sure the Centaurs can though."

"Woah..." Tracey tilted her head to the side, wondering what it would be like to talk to a centaur. "What do you suppose they'd like to talk about?"

Louis looked down and scratched his head absently, "dunno, maybe the stars I'd imagine. They seem to be very philosophical beings."

"But aren't they like...half man half dog or something? How can they be philosophical?" Tracey hadn't seen a picture of a centaur yet either. What? They were actually suppose to open their textbooks? "They can't be another thing, they're already two things at once as it is."

Louis shook his head. He couldn't believe this, not that he'd be rude about it. "Centaurs are half man, half horse. Being philosophical has nothing to do with their physical appearance. It's how they think."

"Ooooh." Tracey grinned. "Well, you learn something new everyday. So...they think a lot...about, like, stars and things? Huh. Must be boring. I mean, stars don't move, right? The sky's just...there."

Tracey beams at having been right about something. "Well, maybe they'll find something more interesting to talk about eventually. Like how cold it is. Why does it have to be so cold?" she sighed, pulling her cloak tighter about her body.

He laughed a little. "Maybe...well, it IS winter after all. That's one thing I don't particularly like about this time of year, the cold."

Louis' eyes widened a little and he just nodded "mhmm. perhaps they are."

Tracey just beamed. "Well, I think I'm going to go inside where it's warmer. It was nice meeting you, Louis. See you around." She skipped off, singing about unicorns, and figuring she probably wouldn't see much of Louis again because he was a Weasley and good purebloods like herself just shouldn't associate with them. Though she hadn't thought he was all that bad.
