Molly bursts out laughing. "They, like, definitely fail at keeping me and mine out of trouble," she says, her mind on Excellent Adventures and other such misdemeanours. She brightens up as Dem hands her a perfect apple and puts it in her now-bulging bag. "Thanks! That's, like, totally awesome. I think I've definitely got enough, though. And I still have to decide what I'm even going to turn them into!"

"I don't know what you could make, I don't really know many recipes involving apples and the ones I do know aren't creative or original, so I can't really help you there." Dem took the final bites of her apple and put the core in her bag so she can throw it out later.

Molly shrugs. "No big, I'll totally think of something. Anyway, Dem, I'd better, like, go get creative in the kitchens I guess. It was super cool to meet you," she says with a grin. "Bye, Dem! See you around!"
And with that, she lugs her full bag back to the castle to go turn apples into delicious baked goods.

"Goodbye Molly. It was nice meeting you!" Dem grabbed a few apples and put them in her bag for later and then headed back up to the castle.

Albus walks down to the trees and realizes there are apples up there. He jumps up and grabs one off a branch and chills here by the tree, nomming on his apple.

Albus turns around and sees his cousin, Rose. "Hey, Rosie! What's up?" he asks happily before taking another bite of his apple.

"Hey, Alby!" Rose said, giving him a little wave as she levitated two apples from the tree. One was for her to eat and the other dropped onto Al's head.

"Ow!" He dropped his apple as his hands flew to his head. "Well, looks like you haven't changed a bit. Still the same old, ever-so-charming Rose Weasley," he teased as he rubbed at his head where the apple had hit.

Rose laughs and bows. "Thank you, thank you. And you look the same as ever, too, Al. Still skinny and prepubescent," she teases. "How's life?"

Albus laughs and shakes his head. "It's alright. Nothing exciting happening yet, really. Though the teachers are already spazzing out over N.E.W.T.s. Seriously? Classes just started. We have plenty of times before exams."

Rose smacks her cousin on the arm. "Albus, I am ashamed to call you family! It is never to early to start preparing for a life changing test!" Rose exclaimed. "I've ALREADY starting color coding my schedule!"

"Oh my god, Rose, I forgot you're such a Ravenclaw," he groaned as he rubbed at his arm, dramatically pouting as if it actually hurt. "I don't even have a schedule, let alone a color-coded one."

Rose rolls her eyes. Of COURSE Al doesn't have a color coded schedule! "Well, then. That means I'll have to make you one!" She pulls out a quill and parchment and starts sketching tables.

"Are you serious?" He shakes his head and rolls his eyes before watching her work on the schedule. "So, what have you been up to besides being a total nerd and making schedules?"

"I made the quidditch team this year," she mutters, not looking up from the schedule, "so that eats up a lot of time. And I... have talked to people. Yep."

"Talking to people? Wow, look who's a social butterfly now," he teased. "And you made the team? Well, that's actually really cool, Rose. What position?" he asked curiously.

"Keeper," Rose says, still not looking up. She charms the paper so the important homework flashes the day before its due. She finally looks at her cousin and scowls. "Oh, it's only been one person--your best friend," she says with scorn. She didn't really understand what had happened in the showers, so she tries to push that thought out of her mind.

"Scorpius? What are you doing talking to him? Weren't you two born to hate each other? Destined enemies or something?" he teased as he sat down and leaned back against the apple tree.

"It's not MY fault he shows up everywhere that I go! First he shows up when I'm walking to breakfast. He insulted my mum so I slapped him. Then he shows up in the library while I'm studying and is just incredibly annoying. Then, the next day, we meet yet again. Nothing happened," she lies.

Albus cocked his head to the side. He loved Scorp, and knew him well enough to know what his friend just had a thing for messing people which Albus didn't particularly like, but he had learned to ignore it. "Nothing happened? So, either things are getting better or you're just lying to me..."

"Things are not getting better," she grumbled, deciding to tell Al the truth because he could usually tell when she was lying. "He was rude, invasive, and just downright... horny!"

"Horny? Yeah, that sounds like Scorpius. Horny isn't a mood for him, it's a lifestyle," he says with a laugh before going into cousin mode. "Wait, he didn't, like, hurt you or anything, right?"

"No, he didn't hurt me. We just sort of you know, made out with each other against a bathroom wall," she said, as if it were no big deal, though it totally was. "We were naked-ish and all that fun stuff. Oh, and we were talking about the weather too."
