Padfoot barks loudly, falls on the ground, laying on his back with his feet in the air, that belly just waiting to be rubbed as he barks in a way that sounds like laughter.

Viktor laughs and pats Padfoot on the head. "It vos nice talking to you, Mya, but I think somevon's hungry," he said with a grin as he stood up. "See you around." He ruffed Padfoot's ears one last time before walking up to the castle with him to find snacks. "Come on, boy. Lets get some food for you."

Hermione smiles and waves the pair off, before gingerly climbing to her feet - tackles from Padfoot really do bruise, dammit! - and walking back inside at a much slower pace.

Viktor walks over here and sits under a tree, feeling all horny and frustrated because this stupid duel has served as an excellent cockblock. Not gonna lie. He starts knitting to keep him from running to Regulus and fucking him senseless because that's sort of what he wants to do right now.

Scorpius walks down to the lake, all happy and whatnot because him and Faye have been able to work stuff out. He freezes when he sees Viktor knitting and if he wasn't such a manly man, he would be tearing up over the loss of his knitting buddy. He's hesitant to approach Viktor, but desperately misses the bloke. He thinks for a moment, then takes out his wand and summons the blanket he has wrapped in a parcel for Viktor and Reg. He walks up to Viktor and says, "Hey...I'm err, sorry for interrupting, but I have something I want to give you."

Viktor looked up, surprised to see who was talking to him. He sighs and sets down his knitting, deciding to let Scorpius say what he has to say considering he brought Regulus to the hospital wing when he was hurt. Actually, I'm not sure when this takes place in the plot because Viktor would have told Regulus about it. Or...Maybe he's waiting to tell him. I'll figure it out. -shrugs- "Oh. Er- Hey Scorpius," he says cautiously, wondering what his ex-knitting buddy would want to give him after the way Viktor yelled at him. "Sure. I guess. Vot is it?"

"I...I made something a couple weeks ago for you. I didn't realize who I was making it for or anything until I actually completed it and took a look, but err...yeah," he says awkwardly scratching the back of his neck. "I just, I want you to have it. Just...just to remember the old times and what we used to have. If you don't want it or anything, or the thought of you and Regulus snuggling in something that I made for you repulsive, then...that's okay. I'll err, I dunno what I'll do with it but I'll figure something out," he rambles while handing the parcel to Viktor.

Inside the package is a blanket that looks like this [though it's not purple anymore because I couldn't find the purple blanket... so this rainbow fish one is a pretty awesome second]:

Viktor listened quietly as Scorpius talked to him, and hesitantly took the parcel from his hands. He slowly opened it, letting his fingers run over the stitches as he thought about how much effort must have gone into making this. "Scorpius...This is just... Wow," he said, still admiring the blanket. "Thank you," he said, looking up at his old friend. "But, I just- I don't know if I can forgive vot you did. Ever. I appreciate this, and the fact that you brought Reg to the hospital ving. I don't vant to hate you anymore though," he said.

[I'm on my iPod because I have to watch a movie with my dad and stepmom so I'll reply if I can. It'll just be slow. Smile

"I...I understand that Viktor," he says, his hands slipping into his pockets for he feels awkward just standing there. "I just... I want you to know that I'm sorry. Alcohol is no excuse for going off and err...looking at Gellert's banana. I'm honestly truly sorry. I wish we could work through this, I really do. I miss your company and friendship more than anything right now. Slowly, I'm getting things back on track," he says, glad that Faye has forgiven him, "but I understand if this is one thing that'll never get worked out. I just thought...it's worth the shot."

Viktor rubbed at the back of his neck, giving Scorpius a small smile. "I von't lie. I miss you too. I'd like to vork things out between us somehow. I don't know vot Regulus vill think though. Actually, I do know. He von't be happy vith me," he said with a sigh, knowing that Regulus wasn't as forgiving as Viktor. "Vot you did to him vos terrible and it hurt both of us. I understand it vos a mistake. A huge mistake, but you still did it. It'll probably take some time, but I really miss you, Scorpius. If ve can find a vay to be friends again...That vould be...I'd really like that," he said with another small smile.

Scorpius feels relief spread through him. Viktor wants to try and be friends again. "We...we can take things slowly," he suggests, his tone questioning if Viktor agrees. "I...I can't see Regulus being pleased in the slightest. I honestly thought he was going to kill me with his bare hands when it all came out. Perhaps if we take things nice and slow, everything can eventually fall back to how it used to be. Maybe we can knit with each other every now and then?" He keeps the slightly desperate tone at a minimum, but Viktor had been one of his few friends. Now, his only male friend was Flint, who is often off with Penny doing stuff Scorpius doesn't want to imagine the two doing.

"Slow vould be good," he said with a smile. "I...I miss our knitting sessions together. I miss having you to talk to," he tells him as he realizes he should probably stand up which he eventually does. "I'll tell Regulus about this eventually, but yes, I vould like to start knitting vith you again." He isn't sure what else to say and doesn't think they're ready for a hug yet, so instead he offers out his hand to Scorpius, along with a warm smile.

Scorpius offers Viktor a smile in return, then pulls his hand out of his pocket and takes Viktor's hand in his...in a bros/gangsta kind of way, because Scorpius has gangsta tendencies that are hard to shake (even though Elise hates it). "I actually haven't done any knitting since that blanket," he says while motioning to it. "I just... haven't had the heart to really. I want that to change, because I do miss it. It's an extremely relaxing and manly hobby," he says with a small nod. Knitting is manly now bitches. If Viktor does it, then it so is.

Viktor grins, happy to have another chance at being Scorpius' friend. "Yeah. It is pretty manly," he said with a chuckle. "I've knitted a few times, but it hasn't been the same." He glances back down at the blanket in his hand with a smile. "It's really good, Scorpius. I can tell you put a lot of effort into this."
