Reed rolls his eyes a little at Kras but it's more out of amusement than annoyance, then gives him a pointed look that was his way of saying 'I love you too you goof.' Of course the older couple didn't miss this exchange, having perfected the silent conversation. Nigel tapped Charlie on the shoulder. "Awww, look, they're already doing that. Oh just wait until you don't," Charlie finished for him again, as if finishing each others sentences was second nature, "have to use words at all. Saves a lot of time actually." Reed was kind of confused and looked at Kras, hoping his boyfriend knew what was going on right now.

[Hehe...well I am quite excited to get to it too! XD ]

Kras grins at Reed's look, and then laughs when he hears the two older men talking. "I'm sure you're right." He grinned, seeing Reed's confused look. He'd probably have to explain later, but that was alright. "Though it probably helps that I'm already pretty good at understanding people and what they're trying to say, even if they don't actually say it."

Reed huffs. "You guys suck! I'm going to go get the rest of the food!" He stands and marches out of the room, leaving Charlie and Lisa to laugh. Lisa places a hand on top of Kras'. "I'm sure you're used to that, but he doesn't really like being left out of the loop and gets a bit frustrated when he doesn't understand something." She shrugged and finished off her 'salad'.

Kras can't help pouting a little when Reed gets up and leaves. He sighs when Lisa finally speaks. "I know he doesn't. Ack." He stood. "Please excuse me, I'm going to go talk to him." And then hopefully cheer him up a little.

Kras leaves the room and goes into the kitchen to find his boyfriend. "Hey, Reed? Don't be angry. I was going to tell you what they were going on about."

All the adults nod when Kras excuses himself and continue talking to each other about random things. Reed was a little surprised when Kras spoke to him, not expecting him to have followed. "I'm not angry. I promise. I just don't like when I don't get things when everyone else understands. Makes me feel, I dunno, slow or something. I'm sorry. I'm not trying to be dramatic or anything...I'm..yeah, sorry. Let's go finish eating? Faster we eat, the faster we can have cuddles." He smiled at Kras sweetly.

Kras smiled, nodding. "Yes. I do like the sound of having cuddles." He moved closer, pulling Reed close for a gentle hug. "And you're not slow, baby. No need to apologize. I know how things like that bother you. And honestly they were just commenting on how we were kind of silently communicating. You know, when I was telling you I love you just with my smile. I guess Charlie and Nigel are pretty good at the whole silent communication thing." Now that he really thought about it it might be nice to be able to share silent words with his boyfriend more often. Pretty convenient too if they were around others and wanted to share something without being heard. Simple, silently shared thoughts would come in handy.

Reed wrapped his arms around Kras' waist and inhaled, just enjoying the moment. "Okay. Let's go. Love you." Reed smiled and grabbed the bowl of their special mac n cheese. He walked back into the dinning room with a big smile. "I saw this in a movie. We're doing this with what's called 'Thanksgiving style'." He set the bowl in between Charlie and Nigel. "So you just take some, then pass it around the table. That way you get as much as you want." He smiled and sat down. The others knew to ignore the fact that Reed just had a little bit a dramatic moment.

Love you more." Kras chuckled, leaving the room before Reed could retaliate. He sat with Reed and waited to get some mac n cheese. Which of course was going to be super yummy. Now I want mac n cheese. Nur. After Kras got a chance to get some of the uber cheesy goodness he passed the bowl to Reed, giving him a loving smile at the same time. He was glad no one had mentioned the dramatic moment; it might have ruined the fun mood a bit. Plus there was nothing wrong now, so they could just continue having fun.

Reed scoops a big scoop of food onto his plate and dug in. And we'll speed things up a bit so everyone eats their yummy food and chit chats a little bit. Then Reed gets the cookies and everyone compliments Kras for how good they are because they are the best cookies on the planet. THE PLANET.

Omg haha. And then Kras just blushed a lot and flailed, because he was all embarrassed. He thanked them all happily for their compliments and everything was happy and rainbows.

Reed sat back in his chair, smiling around at the people he loved. Lisa stood. "You boys worked so hard on this dinner, why don't you let me clean up for you." Reed smiled gratefully and nodded. "Thanks Lisa. Charlie and Nigel, you gonna stay for a little bit?" The older men looked at each other then back at the two boys. "Maybe until Lisa is finished. You boys have had a long day, I'm sure you're tired." Nigel gave them a sly look, of course he knew what was going to happen, they were young once too. Reed blushed under the look and looked shyly over at Kras.

"Thanks, Lisa." Kras smiled too. Though if she asked for help of course he would not mind, because he liked helping people. When he spots Nigel's sly little look his own face reddens a bit and he tried not to laugh as he glanced quickly over at Reed. "Well...it was a fun, long day." He was sure to make sure his enthusiasm over getting to 'rest' from their tiring day wasn't showing...though he may have had some difficulty. "Thank you, Charlie, and Lisa, for coming to the zoo with us today. It was an eventful, and good, time." He looked over, smiling sincerely at both the adults.

Reed smiled and silently thanked Kras for speaking up, because he was still to embarrassed to speak. After Kras finished, Reed cleared his throat. "Yes. Thank you so much. And you know, thanks for letting us handle that..situation that happened earlier." Of course he had been passed out in the car when Charlie had spoken to Kras about that. Charlie nodded and smiled proudly at the two boys. "I told Kras this already, but I really am proud of how you handled that. I can tell you with complete honesty that I reacted much worse the first time it happened to us. So I mean it when I saw I am very proud that you didn't try and lash out at whoever yelled." Reed was positively beaming by now and would not mention the little break down he had when they returned back to the house.

Kras wouldn't mention Reed's little break down either, but he's still proud of Reed too for being strong even when it was difficult. "I'm proud of him too." He spoke up, reaching out to touch Reed's hand softly and smiling at him. Of course...Kras is pretty sure if that incident at the zoo had been worse he, himself, might not have reacted as he had. Especially if Reed had gotten hurt physically. Kras was sure he would have responded quite poorly instead if that had been the case. No one hurt Reed and got away with it.

Reed was really blushing now and hid behind his hands for a moment before peeking back out. "Guyysssss stop. My face is gunna melt of." Charlie and Nigel laughed while Charlie leaned over to pat Reed's hand. "Now you know it's my job to embarrass you. Nigel would you.." Nigel nodded and Reed was once again confused by their silent conversation. Nigel smiled, noticing Reed's expression. "We were just thinking it was time to leave. Unless there's anything you boys have to ask? I know once you've found yourself and found the one you love, most things seem clear. But if there's anyone who knows the road you're about to travel down, it would be Charlie and I. Never be afraid to ask." He smiled at them both. Reed looked to Kras, to see if his boyfriend had any questions since Reed was lucky enough to be able to be around the older couple more frequently.

Kras laughed too, giving his boyfriend an adoring smile. He was not too surprised by Nigel and Charlie's ability to hold a silent conversation now, it more just amazed him. Seeing too people who were so close like that made him smile. He was sure he and Reed would reach that point some day. Now that they were asking if either he or Reed had any questions, Kras found he couldn't remember any of them. Gah. "I'm sure...I'm sure I'll think of something on occasion I'd want to ask you guys about...would it be alright if I wrote to you guys then?" He wasn't sure whether the sight of his eagle flying in with a letter would weird them out or not so he could just send it via non-magical people mail. Yep yep.

The two older men looked a bit shocked when Kras asked if he could write. It seemed so old fashioned and they both approved. "Of course you can write us anytime you'd like. I'll leave our address before we leave." Charlie excused himself from the table and made his way to the study to fetch some paper. Reed stood, knowing his guests would be leaving soon. Lisa had just returned from the kitchen, having already put everything in the dishwasher and cleaning up. Soon Charlie returned with a piece of paper containing his and Nigel's address. He handed it to Kras with a smile then went and stood by his husband, preparing to leave. "Reed, Kras, thank you so much for having us for dinner. I honestly cannot remember the last time I've had Macaroni." Reed went over to Charlie and gave him a big hug. "You're welcome! I just didn't want it to be like a dinner party my parents throw. Thank you so much for coming! And for everything and stuff." He pulled away, grinning, then gave Nigel a big hug too. "And you too of course! I'll see you at my show, right?" Both men nodded and Reed looked relieved that he would have some people there that could help calm him.

Kras was a bit worried at first when he saw how shocked the two men looked when he asked if he could write. He was relieved when they agreed and Charlie handed him a piece of paper with their address. "Thank you." He smiled as the two men said their goodbyes and Reed gave out hugs. Kras didn't know if it'd be weird or not to do hugs too so he just said 'farewell'. "Hopefully I'll get to see you both again soon. It was wonderful meeting you both."

Charlie and Nigel bid farewell to Lisa as well, then Reed led them to the door, saying many more 'thank you's' and 'goodbyes'. Once the guests were gone, Reed went back and plopped onto the sofa in the living room, face first. He turned his head and looked around for Kras, wanting him to come join him. Lisa came in the room and ruffled Reed's curls, mumbling something about a bubble bath, before retreating upstairs to her room. Reed let out a whine and flailed his arms around. "Krrraaaaaasssss."

After everyone was off and about, Kras went into the living room and laughed when he saw Reed flailing his arms about. "You goof." He went on over and crouched down next to the couch so he could lean over and kiss the top of his boyfriend's head. "Is someone sleepy?"

Reed smiled when Kras FINALLY joined him. He nodded at the question. "Yeah. But mostly I want some comfy clothes and Kras cuddles. Honestly I don't know why I have to be cursed to look good in skinny jeans. Oh well. The price I pay for fashion. Help me up please?" He flopped onto his back and held his arms up and pouted at Kras.

Kras laughed, shaking his head. "You look good in anything you wear, honestly. No matter how much...or how little clothing." He winked. And instead of pulling Reed up, Kras just picked him up instead and held him...like they do princesses in movies or votever. How cheesy. "Lets see about getting you those comfy clothes and cuddles, shall we?" And of course he'll ignore Reed's protests as he takes Reed back to the bedroom.

Reed squeaked and flailed when Kras picked him up and walked him down the hall. "Ah! Kras! Put me down! Ahhh I can walk!" When he knew his protest would get him nowhere, he just sunk into Kras and rested his head on his boyfriends shoulder. "You're lucky you're bigger than me." Of course he wasn't really annoyed. He pressed a kiss to Kras' neck and enjoyed the rest of the ride to his room.
